5000g of fresh rose flowers are placed in a subcritical extraction tank, and the weight ratio of the fresh rose flowers to the subcritical extraction tank is 1 kg: mixing 2L of the mixture with liquid butane, and performing subcritical extraction for 3 times at 40 deg.C under 0.40MPa in dark condition for 60 min; after the subcritical extraction is finished, extracting an extract liquid; evaporating and desolventizing the extract liquor, compressing and liquefying the evaporated gas solvent by a diaphragm compressor, and then recovering the solvent; and desolventizing the extractive solution to obtain 1085.5g of rose essential oil balm with extraction rate of 21.71%. 100g of rose essential oil balm was dissolved in 200 ml of hexane, and the resultant hexane solution was subjected to column chromatography using basic alumina and washed with hexane to separate 18.65g of total rose wax, and the wax content of the rose essential oil balm was found to be about 18.65%.
2. Preparation method of rose repairing moisturizing lotion
The following ingredients were accurately weighed: 3g of squalane, 1g of propylene glycol, 5g of olive oil, 3g of tocopherol, 5g of hyaluronic acid, 1g of amino acid humectant, 20g of rose essential oil balm prepared by the method and 20g of rose hydrosol. Mixing and stirring the components, and preserving heat for 20 minutes at the temperature of 60 ℃; and then carrying out ultrasonic homogenization for 8min, sterilizing and canning to obtain the rose moisturizing emulsion.
3. Preparation method of rose fragrance facial cleanser
The following ingredients were accurately weighed: 3g of glycerin, 0.5g of propylene glycol, 0.5g of lauric acid, 0.5g of polyethylene glycol-1500.1 g of glyceryl stearate, 1g of potassium cocoyl glycinate, 5g of aloe leaf extract, 10g of rose essential oil balm prepared by the method and 40g of rose hydrosol. Mixing the above materials, stirring, and keeping the temperature at 60 deg.C for 20 min; and then carrying out ultrasonic homogenization for 8min, sterilizing and canning to obtain the rose fragrance facial cleanser.
Example 3
1. A production method of rose essential oil balm comprises the following steps:
5000g of fresh rose flowers are placed in a subcritical extraction tank, and the weight ratio of the fresh rose flowers to the subcritical extraction tank is 1 kg: mixing 1L of the material-solvent ratio with liquid tetrafluoroethane, and performing subcritical extraction for 30min under the conditions of extraction temperature of 50 ℃, extraction pressure of 0.5MPa and light shielding for 4 times; after the subcritical extraction is finished, extracting an extract liquid; evaporating and desolventizing the extract liquor, compressing and liquefying the evaporated gas solvent by a diaphragm compressor, and then recovering the solvent; and desolventizing the extract to obtain 1142.5g of rose essential oil balm with extraction rate of 22.85%.
100g of rose essential oil balm was dissolved in 200 ml of hexane, and the resultant hexane solution was subjected to column chromatography using basic alumina and washed with hexane to separate out 23.65 g of total rose wax, and the wax content of the rose essential oil balm was found to be about 23.65%.
2. Preparation method of rose repairing moisturizing lotion
The following ingredients were accurately weighed: 2g of squalane, 2g of propylene glycol, 4g of olive oil, 4g of tocopherol, 4g of hyaluronic acid, 2g of an amino acid humectant, 15g of the rose essential oil balm prepared by the method and 30g of rose hydrosol. Mixing and stirring the components in parts by weight, and keeping the temperature at 60 ℃ for 30 minutes; and then carrying out ultrasonic homogenization for 10min, sterilizing and canning to obtain the rose moisturizing emulsion.
3. Preparation method of rose fragrance facial cleanser
The following ingredients were accurately weighed: 1g of glycerin, 1g of propylene glycol, 0.3g of lauric acid, 1500.3g of polyethylene glycol-ester, 0.1g of glyceryl stearate, 2g of coconut oil acyl potassium glycinate, 3g of aloe leaf extract, 20g of rose essential oil balm prepared by the method and 20g of rose hydrosol. Mixing the above materials, stirring, and keeping the temperature at 60 deg.C for 20 min; and then carrying out ultrasonic homogenization for 8min, sterilizing and canning to obtain the rose fragrance facial cleanser.
Example 4
The rose moisturizing emulsion and the rose-flavor facial cleanser prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention are randomly distributed to 100 persons for use, the rose moisturizing emulsion and the rose-flavor facial cleanser prepared in the comparative examples 1 to 2 are randomly distributed to another 100 persons for use, and the return visit tracking after the trial is carried out. After the testers use for a period of time, people who use the rose moisturizing emulsion and the rose-flavor facial cleanser prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 feed back that the skin is tender and tender, feel moist and smooth, and have remarkable nourishing effect, while people who use the rose moisturizing emulsion and the rose-flavor facial cleanser prepared in the comparative examples 1 to 2 feed back the effect generally, and have little effect on caring the skin. The rose moisturizing emulsion and the rose scent facial cleanser prepared by the method contain rose essential oil balm and rose hydrosol, contain rich rose components, and can effectively promote cell regeneration, prevent skin aging and smooth skin fine lines.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. The application of the rose essential oil balm in cosmetics; the preparation method of the rose essential oil balm comprises the following steps:
fresh rose flowers and extraction solvent were mixed in a 1 g: mixing 1-3 ml of the rose essential oil and the rose essential oil, performing subcritical extraction under a dark condition, collecting extract liquor, and removing an extraction solvent in the extract liquor to obtain rose essential oil balm;
the temperature of the subcritical extraction is 40-45 ℃, the pressure of the subcritical extraction is 0.40-0.45 MPa, the extraction times of the subcritical extraction are 2-4 times, and the time of each extraction is 30-60 min; the extraction solvent is propane.
2. The use according to claim 1, wherein the cosmetic comprises a rose-scented facial cleanser or a rose repairing moisturizing lotion.
3. The use according to claim 2, wherein the rose repairing moisturizing emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of squalane, 1-3 parts of propylene glycol, 3-5 parts of olive oil, 3-5 parts of tocopherol, 3-5 parts of hyaluronic acid, 1-3 parts of an amino acid humectant, 10-20 parts of rose essential oil balm and 20-40 parts of rose hydrosol.
4. The use of claim 2, wherein the rose-scent facial cleanser comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of glycerin, 0.5-1 part of propylene glycol, 0.3-0.5 part of lauric acid, 0.3-0.3 part of polyethylene glycol-1500.1, 0.1-0.5 part of glycerol stearate, 1-2 parts of potassium cocoyl glycinate, 3-5 parts of aloe leaf extract, 10-20 parts of rose essential oil balm and 20-40 parts of rose hydrosol.
5. The rose repairing and moisturizing emulsion is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of squalane, 1-3 parts of propylene glycol, 3-5 parts of olive oil, 3-5 parts of tocopherol, 3-5 parts of hyaluronic acid, 1-3 parts of an amino acid humectant, 10-20 parts of rose essential oil balm and 20-40 parts of rose hydrosol;
the method for preparing the rose essential oil balm is the method for preparing the rose essential oil balm in the application of claim 1.
