实施例1:
一种黑豆山药南瓜籽谷物粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,按照质量份数称取以下材料:豆类50份、黑芝麻1份、松子3份、杏仁3份、薏米8份、玉米3份、荞麦5份、高粱3份、燕麦1份、山药5份、莲子1份、山楂1份、黑木耳1份、紫薯1份、南瓜籽10份、葡萄籽3份、红枣1份;
S2,除杂,将步骤S1中的松子和杏仁进行去壳处理,山药和紫薯进行去皮处理,山楂和红枣进行去籽处理;
S3,清洗,将步骤S2中除杂后的松子、杏仁、山药、紫薯、山楂和红枣与豆类、黑芝麻、薏米、玉米、荞麦、高粱、燕麦、莲子、黑木耳、南瓜籽、葡萄籽进行挑选后进行清洗,将清洗后的原料进行晾干;
S4,熟化一,将步骤S3中清洗后的山药、紫薯、山楂、红枣进行切片处理,将切片后的山药、紫薯、山楂、红枣与黑木耳摆放入烤盘中,然后将烤盘放置于烤箱的内部进行加热烘烤熟化,制成果蔬干;
S5,熟化二,将步骤S3中清洗后的松子、杏仁、豆类、黑芝麻、薏米、玉米、荞麦、高粱、燕麦、莲子、南瓜籽、葡萄籽,放置入炒锅中进行炒制,在炒制过程中,使用机械手带动铲子进行翻料,同时通过摆臂机,带动炒锅进行往复式晃动,让原料在炒锅中的自由度更高,炒至一定时间后,得到熟化原料;
S6,粉碎,将步骤S4中制成的果蔬干和步骤S5中制成的熟化原料,加入至粉碎机中进行粉碎处理得到粗粉;
S7,混合,将步骤S6中制成的粗粉放置于研磨机中进行研磨处理,将研磨后的粉料放置于混合机中进行混合处理,得到代餐粉;
S8,包装,将步骤S7中制成的代餐粉等量填充于包装袋中,进行真空包装,得到代餐粉成品。
其中,在步骤S1中,所述豆类按照质量份数称取以下材料:黄豆10份、青豆5份、蚕豆5份、豌豆8份、黑豆50份、红小豆8份。
其中,在步骤S2中,除杂过程需要剔除坏果。
其中,在步骤S3中,清洗过程需要进行至少两遍。
其中,在步骤S4中,山药片、紫薯片、山楂片、红枣片、黑木耳进行的烘烤中,先烘烤40min,然后对烤盘上的山药片、紫薯片、山楂片、红枣片、黑木耳进行翻面,再烘烤50min。
其中,在步骤S5中,松子、杏仁、豆类、黑芝麻、薏米、玉米、荞麦、高粱、燕麦、莲子、南瓜籽、葡萄籽的炒制时长为2-3h。
其中,在步骤S6中,粉碎处理得到粗粉为50-100微米。
其中,在步骤S7中,研磨后的粉料为150-200微米。
实施例2:
一种黑豆山药南瓜籽谷物粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,按照质量份数称取以下材料:豆类70份、黑芝麻3份、松子5份、杏仁5份、薏米12份、玉米5份、荞麦7份、高粱5份、燕麦3份、山药10份、莲子3份、山楂2份、黑木耳2份、紫薯2份、南瓜籽12份、葡萄籽5份、红枣3份;
S2,除杂,将步骤S1中的松子和杏仁进行去壳处理,山药和紫薯进行去皮处理,山楂和红枣进行去籽处理;
S3,清洗,将步骤S2中除杂后的松子、杏仁、山药、紫薯、山楂和红枣与豆类、黑芝麻、薏米、玉米、荞麦、高粱、燕麦、莲子、黑木耳、南瓜籽、葡萄籽进行挑选后进行清洗,将清洗后的原料进行晾干;
S4,熟化一,将步骤S3中清洗后的山药、紫薯、山楂、红枣进行切片处理,将切片后的山药、紫薯、山楂、红枣与黑木耳摆放入烤盘中,然后将烤盘放置于烤箱的内部进行加热烘烤熟化,制成果蔬干;
S5,熟化二,将步骤S3中清洗后的松子、杏仁、豆类、黑芝麻、薏米、玉米、荞麦、高粱、燕麦、莲子、南瓜籽、葡萄籽,放置入炒锅中进行炒制,在炒制过程中,使用机械手带动铲子进行翻料,同时通过摆臂机,带动炒锅进行往复式晃动,让原料在炒锅中的自由度更高,炒至一定时间后,得到熟化原料;
S6,粉碎,将步骤S4中制成的果蔬干和步骤S5中制成的熟化原料,加入至粉碎机中进行粉碎处理得到粗粉;
S7,混合,将步骤S6中制成的粗粉放置于研磨机中进行研磨处理,将研磨后的粉料放置于混合机中进行混合处理,得到代餐粉;
S8,包装,将步骤S7中制成的代餐粉等量填充于包装袋中,进行真空包装,得到代餐粉成品。

Claims (8)
1.一种黑豆山药南瓜籽谷物粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1,按照质量份数称取以下材料:豆类50-70份、黑芝麻1-3份、松子3-5份、杏仁3-5份、薏米8-12份、玉米3-5份、荞麦5-7份、高粱3-5份、燕麦1-3份、山药5-10份、莲子1-3份、山楂1-2份、黑木耳1-2份、紫薯1-2份、南瓜籽10-12份、葡萄籽3-5份、红枣1-3份;
S2,除杂,将步骤S1中的松子和杏仁进行去壳处理,山药和紫薯进行去皮处理,山楂和红枣进行去籽处理;
S3,清洗,将步骤S2中除杂后的松子、杏仁、山药、紫薯、山楂和红枣与豆类、黑芝麻、薏米、玉米、荞麦、高粱、燕麦、莲子、黑木耳、南瓜籽、葡萄籽进行挑选后进行清洗,将清洗后的原料进行晾干;
S4,熟化一,将步骤S3中清洗后的山药、紫薯、山楂、红枣进行切片处理,将切片后的山药、紫薯、山楂、红枣与黑木耳摆放入烤盘中,然后将烤盘放置于烤箱的内部进行加热烘烤熟化,制成果蔬干;

2.根据权利要求1所述一种黑豆山药南瓜籽谷物粉的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S1中,所述豆类按照质量份数称取以下材料:黄豆10-20份、青豆5-10份、蚕豆5-10份、豌豆8-12份、黑豆50-70份、红小豆8-12份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种黑豆山药南瓜籽谷物粉的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S2中,除杂过程需要剔除坏果。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种黑豆山药南瓜籽谷物粉的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S3中,清洗过程需要进行至少两遍。
