Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明一般涉及信息处理系统的运送,并且更具体而言,涉及用以运送信息处理系统(例如服务器)的吸震栈板。
背景技术
有时在机架中会使用服务器、网络装置、存储系统以及本领域已知的其他装置。各个机架可安置多个耦接至彼此的装置,也可安置其他机架中的装置。其中一些机架相对地较高,这使得机架能够安置相对较大数量的装置。例如,现有的42单位(42U)机架可高达7英尺,而其他的机架类型可超过此高度。机架牢固地安装至用于运送的栈板。机架易受可导致在不同方向运动以及振动的外力影响,这可能造成倾倒、转动以及晃动。据此,理想的是有一种栈板可吸收由于这些外力而使机架所受的冲击。

本发明的实施例针对吸震栈板,用以运送如服务器的信息处理系统。吸震栈板具有一个或多个隔离装置以及一个或多个围绕各隔离装置的支撑层,用以吸收由于外部力而使服务器机架所受的冲击。各个隔离装置包括一吸震组件,当服务器机架受到外力(例如运送时所受到的力)时,可通过允许服务器机架相关于栈板的相对位移来缓冲冲击。

顶盖110以及底盖190由一绝热材料(例如但不限于,木、塑胶等)形成。在一些实施例中,顶盖110以及底盖190具有相等的尺寸。在一示例性实施例中,顶盖110以及底盖190的形状可大致为矩形并且长度以及宽度相等。在另一示例性实施例中,顶盖以及底盖的形状可为圆形并且具有相等的直径。在又一示例性实施例中,顶盖以及底盖的形状可为椭圆形并且具有相等的长轴以及短轴。
在一些实施例中,隔离装置140于吸震栈板100的一中心或围绕吸震栈板100的一中心、在顶盖110与底盖190之间设置。当栈板100遭受外力时,这使力能够一致地分布。在如图2所示的一示例性实施例中,当顶盖110以及底盖190的形状为矩形,四个隔离装置可被设置于栈板100的四个角落或被设置于邻近栈板100的四个角落。在另一示例性实施例中,当顶盖110以及底盖190的形状为圆形,四个隔离装置可被设置于栈板100的四个互相垂直的直径端点或被设置于邻近栈板100的四个互相垂直的直径端点。在又一示例性实施例中,当顶盖110以及底盖190的形状为椭圆形,四个隔离装置可被设置于栈板100的四个长轴以及短轴的端点或被设置于邻近栈板100的四个长轴以及短轴的端点、以及一个隔离装置被设置于中心。在其他实施例中,隔离装置140的位置可根据栈板100所受的力的性质而偏斜。
隔离装置140各包括一吸震组件150,耦接至顶盖110以及底盖190。隔离装置140回应于一外力,通过吸震组件150相关于栈板100上的一负载(例如,图4A中所示的一服务器机架410)的相对运动来吸收震动。此相对运动通过压缩设置在吸震组件150中的一悬吊弹簧所促进。吸震组件150将在以下相关于图3A至图3B更加细节地描述。在图2所示的示例性实施例中,沿栈板100的长度的两个隔离装置140的吸震组件150被配置以相互靠近移动以吸收冲击,而沿栈板100的宽度的两个隔离装置140的吸震组件150被配置以在同一方向移动以吸收冲击。
在一些实施例中,支撑层160围绕隔离装置140紧固于顶盖110与底盖190之间。支撑层160由一弹性材料、一合成橡胶材料、或一发泡材料形成。在一些实施例中,支撑层160可为气囊。支撑层160的安排使得支撑层160之间形成多个槽170。多个槽170帮助导引一栈板升降器(例如,图4B中所示的栈板升降器450)的臂通过槽170,使得栈板100可被升起。
在一些实施例中,支撑层160从栈板100的中心围绕隔离装置140均匀分布。在一示例性实施例中,如图2所示,有一中央支撑层160,通过槽170沿栈板100的长度与两个支撑层160分隔开。中央支撑层160也通过槽170沿栈板100的宽度与两个支撑层160分隔开。据此,沿栈板100的一长度以及一宽度各有两个槽170,用于导引栈板升降器通过槽170中。在另一示例性实施例中,可有一中央支撑层,通过槽沿着栈板的圆周与多个弧形支撑层分隔开。在其他实施例中,支撑层的位置可以根据栈板所受的力的性质而偏斜。
图3A至图3B显示隔离装置140的侧视图,隔离装置140被配置以吸收栈板100上由于外力引起的冲击。隔离装置140具有一第一支架120,附接(例如,使用一螺钉)至沿栈板100的顶盖110水平安装的一第一板115。第一支架120朝底盖190向下突出并且位于吸震组件150的前段。隔离装置140具有一第二支架180,附接(例如,使用一螺钉)至沿栈板100的底盖190水平安装的一第二板185。第二支架180朝顶盖110向上突出并且位于吸震组件150的后段。一第三支架124耦接至第二板185并且朝顶盖110向上突出。第三支架124设置于第一支架120与吸震组件150之间。第一支架120、第二支架180、以及第三支架124由一金属或一合金形成。一连结构件122可转动地连接于第一支架120与吸震组件150之间。连结构件122在转动时,以第三支架124上的一铰接点125为枢轴旋转。
吸震组件150具有一圆柱体152以及一悬吊弹簧156,悬吊弹簧156围绕圆柱体152设置。在一些实施例中,圆柱体152由一金属片或一易切钢(例如但不限于不锈钢、碳钢、以及其类似物)制成。圆柱体152具有一第一止动面板151以及一第二止动面板159,第一止动面板151耦接至第一支架120,第二止动面板159耦接至第二支架180。因此,第一止动面板151以及第二止动面板159设置在圆柱体152的相对端。一悬吊活塞154设置于圆柱体152中并被配置以当一力施加于第一支架120上时,在第一支架120与第二支架180之间移动。
悬吊弹簧156在第一止动面板151与第二止动面板159之间、围绕圆柱体152设置。悬吊活塞154的一位移导致悬吊弹簧156在第一止动面板151与第二止动面板159之间压缩。
在操作过程中,当一外力施加于栈板100上,外力的一垂直分量V导致连结构件122绕铰接点125沿一逆时针方向旋转。如图3B所示,此旋转以一水平力H挤压第一止动面板151朝第二支架180移动。这造成悬吊弹簧156压缩,紧靠第二止动面板159。悬吊弹簧156的压缩吸收了由于外力引起的冲击,并且可能产生热量,随后通过隔离装置140消散。一旦外力不再施加,悬吊弹簧156可返回一解压缩状态,如图3A所示。
图4A显示用于承载服务器机架410(或另一信息处理系统)的一运送系统400的立体图。运送系统400具有栈板100,通过例如螺栓、螺钉的扣件紧固于服务器机架410下方。栈板100具有一较大的面积,以在栈板100上容纳服务器机架410。在图4A所示的示例性实施例中,栈板100的长度以及宽度分别大于服务器机架410的长度以及宽度。栈板100回应于外力而相对于服务器机架410移动,以缓冲服务器机架410在运送时所受的振动。
图4B显示用于升降服务器机架410的一示例栈板升降器450的立体图。栈板升降器450包括两个臂452,可被导引通过槽170(如图1至图2所示)。栈板升降器450具有一主体454,主体454有一钩456,用于升降栈板升降器450。
此处所述的吸震栈板的实施例可有利地被使用于吸收服务器机架所受到的冲击,例如在运送、输送以及投递期间的冲击。特定地,吸震栈板具有隔离装置以及支撑层的安排,以缓冲服务器机架由于外力所受到的冲击。这有助于保护机架中的服务器在运送时受到的物理损坏。

Claims (10)
1.一种吸震栈板,包括:
顶盖;
底盖;
一个或多个隔离装置,设置于该顶盖与该底盖之间,该一个或多个隔离装置各包括吸震组件,耦接至该顶盖以及该底盖;以及
一个或多个支撑层,围绕该一个或多个隔离装置紧固于该顶盖与该底盖之间,该一个或多个支撑层具有多个槽,用以导引栈板升降机通过该多个槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸震栈板,其中该吸震组件还包括:
圆柱体,包括:
第一止动面板,耦接至第一支架,该第一支架附接至该顶盖;以及
第二止动面板,相对于该第一止动面板,该第二止动面板耦接至第二支架,该第二支架附接至该底盖;
悬吊活塞,设置于该圆柱体中,并且被设置以在该第一支架与该第二支架之间移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的吸震栈板,其中该吸震组件还包括悬吊弹簧,围绕该圆柱体设置于该第一止动面板与该第二止动面板之间,其中该悬吊活塞的位移导致该悬吊弹簧于该第一止动面板与该第二止动面板之间压缩。
4.如权利要求1所述的吸震栈板,其中该顶盖以及该底盖由绝热材料形成。
5.如权利要求1所述的吸震栈板,其中该顶盖以及该底盖的形状为大致矩形。
6.如权利要求1所述的吸震栈板,其中该一个或多个隔离装置设置于该吸震栈板的中心或围绕该吸震栈板的中心设置,以使力能够一致地分布。
7.如权利要求1所述的吸震栈板,其中该一个或多个支撑层从该吸震栈板的中心围绕该一个或多个隔离装置均匀地分布。
8.如权利要求5所述的吸震栈板,其中该一个或多个支撑层设置以使沿该吸震栈板的长度有两个槽,并且沿该吸震栈板的宽度有另两个槽,分别用以沿该长度以及该宽度导引该栈板升降机。
9.一种运送系统,用于数个服务器,该运送系统包括:
服务器机架;以及
吸震栈板,紧固于该服务器机架下,并且被配置以相对于该服务器机架移动,以缓冲运送该服务器机架期间的振动,该吸震栈板包括:
顶盖;
底盖;
一个或多个隔离装置,设置于该顶盖与该底盖之间,该一个或多个隔离装置各包括吸震组件,耦接至该顶盖以及该底盖;以及
一个或多个支撑层,围绕该一个或多个隔离装置紧固于该顶盖与该底盖之间,该一个或多个支撑层具有多个槽,用以导引栈板升降机通过该多个槽。
10.如权利要求9所述的运送系统,其中该吸震栈板具有长度,该长度大于该服务器机架的长度,并且该吸震栈板具有宽度,该宽度大于该服务器机架的宽度。
