Abstract
The invention discloses a bathing product for relieving pressure tiredness and improving mood pleasure, which comprises the following raw materials: green tea extract, biogel-2, bergamot juice, magnesium PCA, surfactant, green soy bean seed extract, psyllium extract, geranium essential oil, bergamot essential oil; the green tea extract, the semen lablab album extract, the plantain extract, the biological sugar gum-2, the vetch fruit juice and the PCA magnesium are used together, so that the production of the main skin pressure hormone cortisol can be reduced, the release of the nerve peptide can be promoted, the blood circulation can be promoted, and the muscle pressure can be relieved, thereby achieving the effects of relieving the pressure and tiredness, simultaneously, the essential oil fragrance can stimulate the secretion of dopamine, promote the pleasure feeling of the user, and enable the user to relieve the pressure and the mood to be smooth.

step one, cleaning green tea, drying, crushing and sieving;
step two, adding the crushed green tea in the step one into an extraction tank, extracting with water, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a green tea crude extract;
and thirdly, filtering the green tea crude extract obtained in the second step, concentrating the green tea crude extract through an external circulation tank and a sedimentation tank, and performing spray drying to obtain the green tea extract.
Preferably, the first step is a 20 mesh sieve, 60 mesh sieve.
Preferably, in the second step, the mass ratio of green tea to water is 1:6-10, extracting temperature is 35-65 ℃, ultrasonic power is 500-800w, and ultrasonic time is 40-100min.
Green tea contains more tea polyphenols, catechin, chlorophyll, caffeine, amino acids, vitamins, etc. and more nutrients; the natural nutritional ingredients have special effects on aging resistance, cancer prevention, anticancer, sterilization, inflammation diminishing and the like, and are not available for other teas. Wherein, the tea polyphenol is water-soluble substance, can remove greasy skin, astringe pores, has the effects of disinfection, sterilization, skin aging resistance, skin injury reduction caused by ultraviolet radiation in sunlight, and the like.

s2, sequentially adding biological sugar-2, PCA magnesium, a surfactant and nano montmorillonite to the mixture, and stirring, wherein geranium essential oil and bergamot essential oil are sequentially added in the stirring process to obtain a semi-finished product;
s3, standing the semi-finished product in the step S2 for 10-20h at normal temperature.
Preferably, the stirring process in the step S1 is stirring at the speed of 200-300r/min for 20-30min at 50-60 ℃, and the stirring process in the step S2 is stirring at the speed of 100-200r/min for 1-3h at 55-75 ℃.

The stirring process in S1 of this example was stirring at 300r/min for 30min at 60℃and the stirring process in S2 was stirring at 200r/min for 3h at 75 ℃.
Example 3.
The invention provides a washing and bathing product for relieving pressure fatigue and improving mood pleasure, which comprises the following raw materials:
green tea extract, biogel-2, bergamot juice, magnesium PCA, surfactant, green soy bean seed extract, psyllium extract, geranium essential oil, bergamot essential oil;
the specific formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of green tea extract, 2 3 parts of biological sugar gum, 7.5 parts of vetch fruit juice, 2 parts of PCA magnesium, 0.75 part of surfactant, 4 parts of green soy bean extract, 3 parts of plantain extract, 0.3 part of geranium essential oil and 0.3 part of bergamot essential oil.
The preparation method of the green tea extract of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step one, cleaning green tea, drying, crushing and sieving;
step two, adding the crushed green tea in the step one into an extraction tank, extracting with water, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a green tea crude extract;
and thirdly, filtering the green tea crude extract obtained in the second step, concentrating the green tea crude extract through an external circulation tank and a sedimentation tank, and performing spray drying to obtain the green tea extract.
The first step of this example was screened under 20 mesh and over 60 mesh.
In the second step of this embodiment, the mass ratio of green tea to water is 1:8, the extraction temperature is 50 ℃, the ultrasonic power is 650w, and the ultrasonic time is 70min.
The surfactant of this example was CAB-35, CDEA.
The bathing product of this embodiment further comprises a preservative and an adjunct.
The preservative of the embodiment is benzyl alcohol and salicylic acid, and the auxiliary materials are a composite of vitamin complex, deep sea elastin, hydrolyzed elastin and deep sea mineral salt crystals.

s1, adding the vetch fruit juice, the green tea extract, the green soy bean seed extract and the plantain extract into a mixing pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture;
s2, sequentially adding biological sugar-2, PCA magnesium and a surfactant into the mixture, stirring, and simultaneously sequentially adding geranium essential oil and bergamot essential oil in the stirring process to obtain a semi-finished product;
and S3, standing the semi-finished product in the step S2 for 15 hours at normal temperature.
The stirring process in S1 of this example was stirring at a speed of 250r/min for 25min at 55℃and the stirring process in S2 was stirring at a speed of 150r/min for 2h at 60 ℃.
Comparative example 1.
The difference from example 3 is that the vetch fruit juice is replaced by purified water.
Comparative example 2.
The difference from example 3 is that the green soy bean seed extract was not added.
Comparative example 3.
Unlike example 3, the psyllium extract was not added.
The products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 were subjected to performance testing;
the bath products prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 were selected for the experiment, 60 men and women aged 25-35 were randomly selected for the experiment, then the men and women were randomly divided into 6 groups of A/B/C/D/E/F, 10 persons in each group, the bath products prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 were used by the A/B/C/D/E/F, the methods of use were consistent, each time was used by shower in the evening, the use time was 10ml, the use time was 6 weeks, and then 60 experimenters were observed; finally, 60 experimenters were conducted to score the use of the products prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, with 4-5 being very satisfactory, 3-4 being satisfactory, 2-3 being general, and 2 being less than 2 being not practical, and the average of the individual use results being as follows.
As can be seen from examples 1-3; the bathing product prepared by the invention can moisten and preserve moisture after being used, has no irritation, and thus, the mind and the body of a user are pleasant, and the effects of relieving pressure and tiredness are achieved.
From comparative example 1, it can be seen that the substitution of the vetch juice with purified water results in a reduced moisturizing effect of the bathing product after use, resulting in dry skin, which is less effective than the present invention.
In addition, from comparative examples 2-3, it was found that the absence of the extract of green soy seeds and the extract of psyllium allowed for a significant reduction in the degree of moisturization and moisturization of the resulting cleansing product, while the absence of the extract of green soy seeds allowed for a very strong tightening of the skin.
The nano montmorillonite is added to cooperatively modify the hydroxyapatite, so that experimental treatment is further optimized;
the washing and bathing product is also added with nano montmorillonite cooperated modified hydroxyapatite, and the addition amount is 3.5 parts by weight;
the preparation method of the nano montmorillonite cooperated modified hydroxyapatite comprises the following steps:
adding hydroxyapatite into an ethanol solvent according to a weight ratio of 1:6, stirring uniformly, then adding a rare earth lanthanum sulfate solution with 3% of the total amount of the hydroxyapatite and tannic acid with 3% of the total amount of the hydroxyapatite, and stirring uniformly to obtain a hydroxyapatite compound agent;
putting the nano montmorillonite into a ball mill for ball milling modification, and adding a ball milling agent accounting for 7.5% of the total amount of the nano montmorillonite into the ball mill, wherein the ball milling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3.5 parts of sodium alkyl sulfonate, 2 parts of chitosan, 0.35 part of acetic acid, 15 parts of deionized water and 2 parts of silica sol, wherein the ball milling modification rotation speed is 1250r/min, the ball milling time is 25min, the ball milling is finished, the water washing and the drying are carried out, the mixture is placed in a hydroxyapatite compound agent with the power of 4 times for full stirring, and finally the mixture is washed and dried.
Through experimental tests, the test degree of the invention can reach about 5 minutes, and the performance of the product is further improved.
The innovation point of the invention is that:
the green tea extract, the semen lablab album extract, the plantain extract, the biological sugar gum-2, the vetch fruit juice and the PCA magnesium are used together, so that the production of the main skin pressure hormone cortisol can be reduced, the release of the nerve peptide can be promoted, the blood circulation can be promoted, and the muscle pressure can be relieved, thereby achieving the effects of relieving the pressure and tiredness, simultaneously, the essential oil fragrance can stimulate the secretion of dopamine, promote the pleasure feeling of the user, and enable the user to relieve the pressure and the mood to be smooth.

Claims (10)
1. A bathing product for relieving pressure tiredness and improving mood pleasure, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: green tea extract, biogel-2, bergamot juice, magnesium PCA, surfactant, green soy bean seed extract, psyllium extract, geranium essential oil, bergamot essential oil;
the specific formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of green tea extract, 5-10 parts of biological sugar gum-2 1 parts of vetch fruit juice, 1-3 parts of PCA magnesium, 0.5-1 part of surfactant, 2-6 parts of ash green soy bean extract, 2-4 parts of plantain extract, 0.1-0.5 part of geranium essential oil and 0.1-0.5 part of bergamot essential oil.
2. A bathing product for relieving pressure tiredness and enhancing mood pleasure according to claim 1, comprising the following ingredients:
6 parts of green tea extract, 2 3 parts of biological sugar gum, 7.5 parts of vetch fruit juice, 2 parts of PCA magnesium, 0.75 part of surfactant, 4 parts of green soy bean extract, 3 parts of plantain extract, 0.3 part of geranium essential oil and 0.3 part of bergamot essential oil.
3. A bathing product for relieving pressure tiredness and enhancing mood pleasure according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the green tea extract comprises the steps of:
step one, cleaning green tea, drying, crushing and sieving;
step two, adding the crushed green tea in the step one into an extraction tank, extracting with water, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a green tea crude extract;
and thirdly, filtering the green tea crude extract obtained in the second step, concentrating the green tea crude extract through an external circulation tank and a sedimentation tank, and performing spray drying to obtain the green tea extract.
4. A bathing product according to claim 3, wherein said step one is screened 20 mesh undersize and 60 mesh screen.
5. A bathing product for relieving pressure tiredness and improving mood pleasure according to claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of green tea to water in the second step is 1:6-10, extracting temperature is 35-65 ℃, ultrasonic power is 500-800w, and ultrasonic time is 40-100min.
6. A bathing product according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant is one or more of AES, AESA, K, A, CAB-35, CDEA.
7. A bathing product according to claim 1, wherein the bathing product further comprises a preservative and an adjunct;
the preservative is one or two of benzyl alcohol and salicylic acid, and the auxiliary material is one or more of composite vitamin, deep sea elastin, hydrolyzed elastin and deep sea mineral salt crystal.
8. The bathing product for relieving pressure fatigue and improving mood pleasure according to claim 1, wherein nano montmorillonite and modified hydroxyapatite are added into the bathing product, and the addition amount is 2-5 parts by weight;
the preparation method of the nano montmorillonite cooperated modified hydroxyapatite comprises the following steps:
adding hydroxyapatite into an ethanol solvent according to a weight ratio of 1:6, stirring uniformly, then adding rare earth lanthanum sulfate solution with 2-5% of total weight of the hydroxyapatite and tannic acid with 1-5% of total weight of the hydroxyapatite, and stirring uniformly to obtain a hydroxyapatite compound agent;
putting the nano montmorillonite into a ball mill for ball milling modification, and adding a ball milling agent accounting for 5-10% of the total amount of the nano montmorillonite into the ball mill, wherein the ball milling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of sodium alkyl sulfonate, 1-3 parts of chitosan, 0.2-0.5 part of acetic acid, 10-20 parts of deionized water and 1-3 parts of silica sol, wherein the ball milling modification speed is 1000-1500r/min, the ball milling time is 20-30min, the ball milling is finished, the water washing and drying are carried out, the mixture is placed in a hydroxyapatite compound agent with the ratio of 3-5 times for full stirring, and finally the mixture is washed and dried.

s3, standing the semi-finished product in the step S2 for 10-20h at normal temperature.

The method for preparing a bathing product for relieving pressure fatigue and improving mood pleasure according to claim 9, wherein the stirring process in the step S1 is stirring at a speed of 200-300r/min for 20-30min at 50-60 ℃, and the stirring process in the step S2 is stirring at a speed of 100-200r/min for 1-3h at 55-75 ℃.
