the vibration material layer 9 is located between the lifting machine 11 and the cleaning box 2, the lifting machine 11 comprises two mounting plates 103 which are symmetrically arranged, a plurality of second rotating drums 105 which are identical to the first rotating drums 19 in structure are arranged between the mounting plates 103, two ends of each second rotating drum 105 are respectively connected with the mounting plates 103 in a rotating way, a positioning box 106 is arranged on the outer side of at least one mounting plate 103, a conveying motor is arranged in the positioning box 106, and the output end of the conveying motor rotatably penetrates through the positioning box 106 and the mounting plates 103 and is connected with one end of the second rotating drum 105;
each second rotary drum 105 is connected through a conveyor belt 107, a plurality of first water filtering openings 108 are formed in the conveyor belt 107, a plurality of anti-skid plates 109 are arranged on the conveyor belt 20 at intervals, a plurality of second water filtering openings 130 are formed in each anti-skid plate 109, observation openings 131 are formed in each mounting plate 103, the lower ends of the mounting plates 103 are connected through guide plates 132, the conveyor belt 20 is positioned above the guide plates 132, and the lower ends of the guide plates 132 are positioned above the water receiving plates 102; the provision of viewing port 131 may facilitate viewing of whether or not there is meat chunk stuck within conveyor 107. In the invention, the water screened by the shaking of the shaking material layer 9 can fall into the water pan 102, and meanwhile, the conveyor belt 107 of the elevator 11 is also provided with a plurality of first water filtering ports 108, so that the washed lean meat blocks are filtered again, and the filtered water falls into the water pan 102 after falling onto the guide plate 132, so that the filtered water is collected by the water pan 102, the environment pollution of the water filtering to a working area is avoided, and meanwhile, the collected water filtering can be recovered in the washing water.

In operation, if there is too much blood in the collection tank 65, the water in the collection tank 65 is not returned to the washing tank 2 for further use, but is directly discharged through the drain pipe 73.

In addition, the lifting motor 89 can be used for driving the rotating rod 88, the gear 92 sleeved on the rotating rod 88 can be used for driving the rack 93 to move up and down, and the first positioning plate 15 is driven to move up and down through the up-and-down movement of the rack 93, so that the cleaning and conveying unit 3 can be moved down, the cleaning and conveying unit 3 can be positioned in the cleaning box 2 to clean lean meat blocks when the lean meat blocks need to be cleaned, after the lifting motor 89 is used for driving the cleaning and conveying unit 3 to move up and out of the cleaning box 2, the cleaning box 2 and the cleaning and conveying unit 3 can be conveniently cleaned, and the lean meat blocks remained on the conveying belt 20 can be conveniently cleaned after the cleaning and conveying unit 3 is moved up and out of the cleaning box 2, so that the cleaning and the replacement of various parts of the cleaning and conveying unit are also facilitated.
