Abstract
本发明涉及烟用纸的制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法。其包括以下步骤:将单数层浆料抄造,单数层浆料包括甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体;将双数层浆料抄造,双数层浆料包括包覆材料,所述包覆材料通过以下步骤制备:将壳体材料、水溶性纳米荧光材料混合后降温至5‑10℃,将热膨胀粒子、光敏剂和乳化剂混合后降温至5‑10℃,两者混合后干燥;涂覆胶粘剂后,将单数层纸和双数层纸交替叠合压紧,并置于水溶性纳米荧光材料的激发波长下照射。本申请利用热膨胀粒子的热胀冷缩特性、利用热膨胀粒子与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体紫外光照接枝反应、以及利用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体紫外光照聚合,从多个方面综合提高了白芯卡纸的内聚力和层间结合力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及烟用纸的制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法。
背景技术
目前烟用包装中部分高端规格和高速设备均选用进口原纸,运行效果良好。但为了提升供应链柔性,保障生产稳定性,降低生产成本,维护品牌价值度为目标,烟标进口/国产白卡纸供应渠道备份技术验证工作亟需展开。
白卡纸是指完全用漂白化学制浆制造并充分施胶的单层或多层结合的纸,一般定量在150g/㎡以上。这种卡纸的特征是:平滑度高、挺度好、整洁的外观和良好的匀度,可用于名片、菜单或类似的产品。
由于白卡纸是由多层纸通过胶粘剂粘合得到的,多层纸之间可能存在缝隙、具有层间结合力不足的问题。公开号为CN111676737A 的专利文件公开了这样一种白卡纸的生产工艺,所述白卡纸包括面层、芯层和底层三层结构,所述白卡纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:步骤S1:制备面层:面层采用打浆后面层浆料,送到面网进行抄造;步骤S2:制备芯层:芯层采用打浆后芯层浆料和增强剂,送到芯网进行抄造;步骤S3:制备底层:底层采用打浆后底层浆料,送到底网进行抄造;步骤S4:制备白卡纸:面层的底面、芯层的两面及底层的顶面分别施涂粘合剂,依次叠放整齐后经辊压后烘干即得所需白卡纸;按照重量份数计,所述增强剂包括以下组分和配比:10-20份淀粉,10-15份羟苯基甘氨酰胺,5-10份羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷。其采用普通胶粘剂将三层纸粘合,并在芯层内增加增强剂以提高内聚力和层间结合力,但增强剂多于芯层上发挥作用,对芯层与面层、芯层与底层之间的层间结合力还待优化,此外面层和底层的内聚力也待优化。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述问题,提供一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法 。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是,提供一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备单数层纸:将单数层浆料进行抄造,制得单数层纸;所述单数层浆料包括甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体;
(2)制备双数层纸:将双数层浆料进行抄造,制得双数层纸;所述双数层浆料包括包覆材料;所述包覆材料通过以下步骤制备:将壳体材料、水溶性纳米荧光材料混合后降温至5-10℃,得到壳体体系;将热膨胀粒子、光敏剂和乳化剂混合后降温至5-10℃,得到芯材体系;将芯材体系加入壳体体系中,分散均匀后干燥得到包覆材料;所述水溶性纳米荧光材料的发射波长为280-400nm;
(3)制备白芯卡纸:于单数层纸或/和双数层纸上涂覆胶粘剂后,将单数层纸和双数层纸交替叠合,然后置于层压装置中压紧,并同时置于所述水溶性纳米荧光材料的激发波长下照射。
本申请中,利用热膨胀粒子的热胀冷缩特性、利用热膨胀粒子与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体紫外光照接枝、利用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体紫外光照聚合来综合实现内聚力和层间结合力的提高。
具体为:通过低温使得热膨胀粒子收缩,并通过壳体材料将体积收缩的热膨胀粒子包覆;然后在叠合层压时,通过层压热引发热膨胀粒子热膨胀而体积增大,壳体材料破裂,一方面膨胀填充乃至挤压双数层纸自身纤维之间的间隙,提高双数层纸内聚力;另一方面膨胀填充乃至挤压单数层纸和双数层纸之间的缝隙,以达到提高层间结合力的效果。层压同时还在水溶性纳米荧光材料的激发波长下照射,水溶性纳米荧光材料受到激发光的激发从而发射280-400nm的波长,使得被水溶性纳米荧光材料包围且收不到外部提供的紫外光照射的热膨胀粒子和光敏剂受到紫外光的辐照,与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体接枝,提高单数层纸和双数层纸之间的层间结合力;同时甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体自身也能在紫外光照下聚合,从而提高单数层纸的内聚力。
步骤(1)中,单数层浆料包括任意普通纸浆和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体,纸浆优选为化学木浆。单数层浆料中甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体的用量应当受到限制,过高可能影响纤维之间的结合,过低无法发挥上述作用,作为本发明的优选,所述单数层浆料中所述甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体的质量分数为5-10%。
步骤(2)中,双数层浆料包括任意普通纸浆和包覆材料,纸浆也优选为化学木浆。包覆材料的用量应当受到限制,过高影响纤维之间的结合,过低无法发挥上述作用,作为本发明的优选,所述双数层浆料中所述包覆材料的质量分数为5-10%。
包覆材料中壳体材料的选择不受限制,优选为具有粘度的材料,以减少胶粘剂的使用,作为本发明的优选,所述壳体材料包括壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或几种。
水溶性纳米荧光材料选用能发出280-400nm波长的材料,作为本发明的优选,所述水溶性纳米荧光材料包括水溶性CdSe/ZnS量子点、水溶性CdS/ZnS量子点、水溶性InP/ZnS量子点、水溶性ZnSe/ZnS量子点中的一种或几种。
作为本发明的优选,所述水溶性纳米荧光材料的激发波长为200-380nm。
热膨胀粒子选用热膨胀系数较高以及能与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体接枝的材料,作为本发明的优选,所述热膨胀粒子包括环氧树脂粒子、聚氨酯树脂粒子、聚酰胺树脂粒子中的一种或几种。环氧树脂的热膨胀系数大致为65×10-6℃-1,聚氨酯树脂的热膨胀系数大致为180×10-6℃-1,聚酰胺树脂的热膨胀系数大致为(110-150)×10-6℃-1。
为了提高接枝效果,作为本发明的优选,将热膨胀粒子进行空气等离子处理后再制备为包覆材料,以在表面形成过氧化基团。
热膨胀粒子的粒径应当受到限制,过大可能反而导致间隙增加,过小可能导致膨胀填充挤压效果不明显,作为本发明的优选,所述热膨胀粒子的粒径为10-20nm。
光敏剂的选择不受限制,作为本发明的优选,所述光敏剂选用二苯甲酮。
乳化剂的选择不受限制,优选为水包油乳化剂,作为本发明的优选,所述乳化剂包括聚氧乙烯(16)失水山梨醇单妥尔油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(10)失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20)失水山梨醇二油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(18)失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(3, 8)甘油单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(16)季戊四醇单妥尔油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(10)蔗糖单油酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(如乳化剂OP-4、乳化剂OP-7、乳化剂OP-10、乳化剂OP-15)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、油酸钠、松香酸钠、C14-18烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐中的一种或几种。
干燥方式不受限制,作为本发明的优选,采用喷雾干燥。
步骤(3)中,制备白芯卡纸时,单数层纸和双数层纸的用量不受限制,可以将一张单数层纸和一张双数层纸叠合在一起,也可以在一张双数层纸的两面分别叠合一张单数层纸,也可以在此基础上在单数层纸的另一面再次叠合双数层纸,只要保证单数层纸和双数层纸交替设置即可。
层压时压力、温度和时长也不受限制,只要保证层压温度不低于室温即可。作为本发明的优选,层压时,层压时间为60s-240s,层压温度为40℃-100℃,层压压力为0.01MPa-0.03MPa。
胶粘剂的选择不受限制,为了进一步提高层间结合力,作为本发明的优选,所述胶粘剂中包括聚乙烯醇。聚乙烯醇可增强原纸的抗张强度、耐破度和撕裂度。
为了进一步提高层间结合力,作为本发明的优选,所述单数层浆料中还包括羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、二月桂酸二丁基锡以及交联剂。与之配合地,壳体材料和胶粘剂均选为聚乙烯醇。羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷可以与聚乙烯醇形成互穿网络,具体为:在交联剂和锡催化剂的作用下,基于羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷与交联剂之间的缩合反应,形成交联的网络,同时聚乙烯醇呈线性分散于PDMS网络中,从而进一步提高层间结合力。
作为本发明的优选,所述单数层浆料中所述羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量分数为2-5%。
同时,基于上述得到的聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯以及羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷,作为本发明的优选,所述单数层浆料中还包括淀粉和羟苯基甘氨酰胺。
羟苯基甘氨酰胺和羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷复合活性物质可与淀粉相互作用,提高单数层浆料中长分子链的比例,并且羟苯基甘氨酰胺和羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷均含有较多-O原子和-H,能分别与纸纤维分子的-OH和-OH上的-H和原子结合形成氢键,有效提高纸纤维的连接作用力,提高纤维之间的机械交织程度,有效提高层纸的内聚力,并且通过氢键作用力,提高层纸与其他层之间的层间结合力。聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯能使纤维间及纤维与淀粉、羟苯基甘氨酰胺和羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷之间的结合位点增加,从而进一步提高层纸的内聚力和层间结合力。
作为本发明的优选,所述淀粉、羟苯基甘氨酰胺、羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量比为(10-20):(10-15):(5-10)。
本发明的有益效果:
本申请中,利用热膨胀粒子的热胀冷缩特性、利用热膨胀粒子与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体紫外光照接枝反应特性、以及利用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体紫外光照聚合特性,从多个方面综合提高了白芯卡纸的内聚力和层间结合力。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施方式,并对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备单数层纸:按照质量份,将92份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆以及8份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体混合后搅拌均匀,然后送至面网进行抄造,制得单数层纸。
(2)制备双数层纸:
制备包覆材料:按照质量份,将100份聚乙烯醇、0.1份水溶性CdSe/ZnS量子点混合均匀后,降温至6℃,得到壳体体系。将20份粒径为15nm的聚氨酯树脂、0.1份二苯甲酮、1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀后,降温至6℃,得到芯材体系。在6℃环境中,将壳体体系和芯材体系混合,于1000r/min转速下分散均匀,然后喷雾干燥,得到包覆材料。
按照质量份,将92份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆以及8份包覆材料混合后搅拌均匀,然后送至芯网进行抄造,制得双数层数。
(3)制备白芯卡纸:于双数层纸的两面分别涂覆聚乙烯醇,然后按照单数层纸-双数层纸-单数层纸的顺序叠合在一起,置于层压装置下层压,层压温度为50℃,层压压力为0.02MPa,同时于200-380nm的波长下照射,层压并照射120s,制得白芯卡纸。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
制备白芯卡纸时:按照单数层纸-双数层纸的顺序叠合在一起。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
制备白芯卡纸时:按照单数层纸-双数层纸-单数层纸-双数层纸的顺序叠合在一起。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
制备双数层纸时,均降温至5℃,并在5℃环境中,将壳体体系和芯材体系混合。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
制备双数层纸时,均降温至10℃,并在10℃环境中,将壳体体系和芯材体系混合。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
制备单数层纸:按照质量份,将95份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆以及5份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体混合。制备双数层纸:按照质量份,将95份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆以及5份包覆材料混合。
实施例7
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
制备单数层纸:按照质量份,将90份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆以及10份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体混合。制备双数层纸:按照质量份,将90份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆以及10份包覆材料混合。
实施例8
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
选用水溶性ZnSe/ZnS量子点。
实施例9
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
热膨胀粒子选用粒径为10nm的聚氨酯树脂粒子。

热膨胀粒子选用粒径为20nm的聚氨酯树脂粒子。

制备单数层纸:按照质量份,将88.7份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆、8份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体、3份羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.01份二月桂酸二丁基锡、0.3份正硅酸四乙酯交联剂混合。
实施例14
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
制备单数层纸:按照质量份,将76.7份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆、8份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体、3份羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.01份二月桂酸二丁基锡、0.3份正硅酸四乙酯交联剂、6份淀粉、6份羟苯基甘氨酰胺混合。
实施例15
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处仅在于:
用空气等离子体处理器对聚氨酯树脂表面处理40s,暴露于空气中5min已形成过氧化基团后再与二苯甲酮、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合。

制备白芯卡纸时:按照将三层单数层纸叠合在一起。

在室温25℃下,按照质量份,将100份聚乙烯醇、0.1份水溶性CdSe/ZnS量子点混合均匀后,得到壳体体系。将20份粒径为15nm的聚氨酯树脂、0.1份二苯甲酮、1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀后,得到芯材体系。在室温环境中,将壳体体系和芯材体系混合,于1000r/min转速下分散均匀,然后喷涂干燥,得到包覆材料。

制备单数层纸:按照质量份,将80份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆以及20份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体混合。制备双数层纸:按照质量份,将80份针叶木漂白硫酸盐化学浆以及20份包覆材料混合。

【内结合强度检测】
对实施例和对比例制得的白芯卡纸,采用《GB/T 26203-2010 纸和纸板 内结合强度的测定(Scott型)》进行内结合强度测试,测试结果如下表1。

如表1,通过实施例和对比例的对比可知,本申请能够有效提高卡纸的内结合强度。通过实施例1与对比例1、2、3的对比可知,单数层纸中的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体需要与双数层纸中的包覆材料在水溶性纳米荧光材料的激发下共同实现内结合强度的提高,几个技术特征缺一不可。通过实施例1和对比例4的对比可知,热膨胀系数高的材料对内结合强度的改性更好。通过实施例1和对比例5的对比可知,低温条件下制备包覆材料能使得后续热膨胀粒子体积膨胀率更高,对内结合强度的改善更为优异。通过实施例1和对比例6、7、8、9的对比可知,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体的质量分数、包覆材料的质量分数以及热膨胀粒子的粒径都应限定在特定范围内,否则会反而导致内结合强度降低。

Claims (10)
1.一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备单数层纸:将单数层浆料进行抄造,制得单数层纸;所述单数层浆料包括甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体;
(2)制备双数层纸:将双数层浆料进行抄造,制得双数层纸;所述双数层浆料包括包覆材料;所述包覆材料通过以下步骤制备:将壳体材料、水溶性纳米荧光材料混合后降温至5-10℃,得到壳体体系;将热膨胀粒子、光敏剂和乳化剂混合后降温至5-10℃,得到芯材体系;将芯材体系加入壳体体系中,分散均匀后干燥得到包覆材料;所述水溶性纳米荧光材料的发射波长为280-400nm;
(3)制备白芯卡纸:于单数层纸或/和双数层纸上涂覆胶粘剂后,将单数层纸和双数层纸交替叠合,然后置于层压装置中压紧,并同时置于所述水溶性纳米荧光材料的激发波长下照射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述单数层浆料中所述甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体的质量分数为5-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述双数层浆料中所述包覆材料的质量分数为5-10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水溶性纳米荧光材料包括水溶性CdSe/ZnS量子点、水溶性CdS/ZnS量子点、水溶性InP/ZnS量子点、水溶性ZnSe/ZnS量子点中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水溶性纳米荧光材料的激发波长为200-380nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热膨胀粒子包括环氧树脂粒子、聚氨酯树脂粒子、聚酰胺树脂粒子中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述壳体材料包括壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述单数层浆料中还包括羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、二月桂酸二丁基锡以及交联剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述单数层浆料中还包括淀粉和羟苯基甘氨酰胺。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种烟用白芯卡纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂包括聚乙烯醇。
