本发明涉及白卡纸生产技术领域,特别涉及一种白卡纸及生产工艺。
背景技术
涂布白卡纸是一种高档包装材料,具有技术含量高、质量要求高、生产难度大的特点,主要用于小型高档商品及高附加值产品的外包装,如香烟、化妆品、医药、高档礼品等。
现有授权公告号CN101644014B、名称为“一种防伪涂布白卡纸及其生产工艺”的中国授权的发明专利公开了一种防伪涂布白卡纸及其生产工艺,其包括白卡纸原纸,白卡纸原纸设有水性防伪颜色涂布层,颜色涂布层设有纹理,原纸设有至少三层结构,其分别为面层、芯层、底层,生产工艺为:在涂布的过程中使用刮棒涂布,刮棒上设有沟纹结构,涂料中加有颜料,将有颜料的一面用刮棒进行涂布,使白卡纸即具有防伪纹理又具有防伪的颜色涂布层,双重防伪结构。但是采用该方法制备的白卡纸的芯层与其他层之间的结合力并不高,并且芯层的内聚力也不能达到较高的水平,导致白卡纸的胶印性能受到影响。
因此,需要研究一种层间结合力高、芯层内聚力高,芯层纸机留着性能的白卡纸及其生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种层间结合力高、芯层内聚力高,芯层纸机留着性能好的白卡纸及其生产工艺。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种白卡纸的生产工艺,所述白卡纸包括面层、芯层和底层三层结构,所述白卡纸及生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制备面层:面层采用打浆后面层浆料,送到面网进行抄造;
步骤S2:制备芯层:芯层采用打浆后芯层浆料和增强剂,送到芯网进行抄造;
步骤S3:制备底层:底层采用打浆后底层浆料,送到底网进行抄造;
步骤S4:制备白卡纸:面层的底面、芯层的两面及底层的顶面分别施涂粘合剂,依次叠放整齐后经辊压后烘干即得所需白卡纸;
按照重量份数计,所述增强剂包括以下组分和配比:10-20份淀粉,10-15份羟苯基甘氨酰胺,5-10份羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
作为本发明的进一步设置,按照重量份数计,所述步骤S1中的面层浆料为20-40份的漂白化学针叶浆和60-80份的漂白化学阔叶浆。
作为本发明的进一步设置,按照重量份数计,所述步骤S2中的芯层浆料为60-85份的机械浆、10-30份的损纸浆和5-10份脱墨浆。
作为本发明的进一步设置,按照重量份数计,所述步骤S3中为底层浆料为的20-40份的漂白化学针叶浆和60-80份的漂白化学阔叶浆。
作为本发明的进一步设置,按重量份数计,所述增强剂还包括3-5份聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。

本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的白卡纸生产工艺在芯层生产制造时添加了能提高芯层性能的增强剂,增强剂中采用了羟苯基甘氨酰胺和羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷复合活性物质,使得增强剂中与淀粉相互作用,提高增强剂中长分子链的比例,并且羟苯基甘氨酰胺和羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷均含有较多-O原子和-H,能分别与纸纤维分子的-OH和-OH上的-H和原子结合形成氢键,有效提高纸纤维的连接作用力,提高纤维之间的机械交织程度,有效提高芯层的内聚力,并且通过氢键作用力,提高芯层与其他层之间的层间结合力。
2.本发明在增强剂中还添加有聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯能进一步提高增强剂与纸纤维的结合作用力,并且聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯能有效提高纸纤维的分散均匀性,使纤维间及纤维与淀粉、羟苯基甘氨酰胺和羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷之间的结合位点增加,从而进一步提高芯层的内聚力和层间结合力。
3.本发明在增强剂中还添加有4-氨基-3-羟基丁酸,4-氨基-3-羟基丁酸协同增强剂中的聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯能提高芯层的电荷吸引力,提高芯层的首程留着率,改善芯层纸机的留着性能,并且降低纸机对于电荷需求和电导率。

步骤S2:制备芯层:芯层采用打浆后芯层浆料60份的机械浆、10份的损纸浆和5份脱墨浆,将增强剂原料按照10份淀粉、10份羟苯基甘氨酰胺、5份羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、3份聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和0.5份4-氨基-3-羟基丁酸比例混合,加入去离子水稀释5倍后,加入氢氧化钠反应15min形成增强剂,将增强剂添加到芯层纸机浆池出口,和芯层浆料一起进入流浆箱上芯网进行抄造;

一种白卡纸的生产工艺,所述白卡纸包括面层、芯层和底层三层结构,所述白卡纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制备面层:面层采用打浆后面层浆料30份的漂白化学针叶浆和70份的漂白化学阔叶浆,送到面网进行抄造;
步骤S2:制备芯层:芯层采用打浆后芯层浆料70份的机械浆、20份的损纸浆和8份脱墨浆,将增强剂原料按照15份淀粉、12份羟苯基甘氨酰胺、8份羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷和4份聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯比例混合,加入去离子水稀释8倍后,加入氢氧化钠反应18min形成增强剂,将增强剂添加到芯层纸机浆池出口,和芯层浆料一起进入流浆箱上芯网进行抄造;
步骤S3:制备底层:底层采用打浆后底层浆料25份的漂白化学针叶浆和70份的漂白化学阔叶浆,送到底网进行抄造;
步骤S4:制备白卡纸:面层的底面、芯层的两面及底层的顶面分别施涂粘合剂,粘合剂中包含涂料,将依次叠放整齐的面层、芯层和底层通过通过钢辊和胶辊的旋转与接触,将胶黏剂均匀地辊压分布在各层中后,烘干即得所需白卡纸。
实施例7
一种白卡纸的生产工艺,所述白卡纸包括面层、芯层和底层三层结构,所述白卡纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制备面层:面层采用打浆后面层浆料30份的漂白化学针叶浆和70份的漂白化学阔叶浆,送到面网进行抄造;
步骤S2:制备芯层:芯层采用打浆后芯层浆料70份的机械浆、20份的损纸浆和8份脱墨浆,将增强剂原料按照15份淀粉,加入去离子水稀释8倍后,加入氢氧化钠反应18min形成增强剂,将增强剂添加到芯层纸机浆池出口,和芯层浆料一起进入流浆箱上芯网进行抄造;
步骤S3:制备底层:底层采用打浆后底层浆料25份的漂白化学针叶浆和70份的漂白化学阔叶浆,送到底网进行抄造;
步骤S4:制备白卡纸:面层的底面、芯层的两面及底层的顶面分别施涂粘合剂,粘合剂中包含涂料,将依次叠放整齐的面层、芯层和底层通过通过钢辊和胶辊的旋转与接触,将胶黏剂均匀地辊压分布在各层中后,烘干即得所需白卡纸。
将实施例1-7分别制备芯层纸片试样(250g·m-2)和白卡纸试样(250g·m-2),采用GB/T26203-2010的方法进行芯层的内聚力测试和白卡纸的层间结合力的测试,测试结果如下表1:

纸机芯层的首程留着率按照差量法计算,首程留着率%=(上网浆料浓度-网下白水浓度)/上网浆料浓度*100%。各个实施例的测试结果如下表2:

Claims (9)
1.一种白卡纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述白卡纸包括面层、芯层和底层三层结构,所述白卡纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制备面层:面层采用打浆后面层浆料,送到面网进行抄造;
步骤S2:制备芯层:芯层采用打浆后芯层浆料和增强剂,送到芯网进行抄造;
步骤S3:制备底层:底层采用打浆后底层浆料,送到底网进行抄造;
步骤S4:制备白卡纸:面层的底面、芯层的两面及底层的顶面分别施涂粘合剂,依次叠放整齐后经辊压后烘干即得所需白卡纸;
按照重量份数计,所述增强剂包括以下组分和配比:10-20份淀粉,10-15份羟苯基甘氨酰胺,5-10份羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的白卡纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述步骤S1中的面层浆料为20-40份的漂白化学针叶浆和60-80份的漂白化学阔叶浆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的白卡纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述步骤S2中的芯层浆料为60-85份的机械浆、10-30份的损纸浆和5-10份脱墨浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的白卡纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,所述步骤S3中为底层浆料为的20-40份的漂白化学针叶浆和60-80份的漂白化学阔叶浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的白卡纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述增强剂还包括3-5份聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的白卡纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述增强剂还包括0.5-1份4-氨基-3-羟基丁酸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的白卡纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中增强剂的添加步骤为:将增强剂原料按照比例混合,加入去离子水稀释5-10倍后,加入氢氧化钠反应15-20min形成所述增强剂,将增强剂添加到芯层纸机浆池出口,和芯层浆料一起进入流浆箱上芯网进行抄造。
8.根据权利要求1所述的白卡纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,粘合剂中包含涂料,叠放好的面层、芯层和底层通过通过钢辊和胶辊的旋转与接触,将胶黏剂均匀地辊压分布在各层中。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一所述的白卡纸的生产工艺制备的白卡纸,其特征在于,制备的白卡纸包括面层、芯层和底层三层结构。
