本发明涉及瓦楞纸板技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
纸箱包装一般为瓦楞纸板,也有单个的小产品包装为单层白卡纸或铜版纸,但应用最广的还是瓦楞纸箱。瓦楞纸箱通常通过撕箱带、粘合剂、图钉连接,其中粘合剂应用最多,用于复合瓦楞的粘合,用于纸箱的封合,用于里纸面纸以及芯纸之间的复合。
目前,胶黏剂仍然以甲醛系合成胶黏剂为主,主要包括脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂三种胶黏剂,由于它们具有低成本、良好胶接强度、可接受的耐水性等优势,占整个木材工业用胶量的80%以上。然而这些使用范围最广、用量最大的“三醛”胶存在着共同的缺点:其主要原料来源于不可再生化石资源,在生产、运输和使用过程中会释放甲醛等有害气体。如今,随着化石资源的日益枯竭以及人类环保意识的增强,“三醛”胶黏剂的缺点日渐突出。
专利文件CN113185933A公开了一种瓦楞纸板用的胶黏剂及其制备方法和瓦楞纸板,胶黏剂由包含以下重量份的原料制成,水305-347份、淀粉100-130份、氢氧化钠溶液20-30份、高锰酸钾溶液0.8-1.2份、三氧化铁0.8-1.3份、甲醛溶液1.0-1.4份、三聚氰胺2.1-4.0份、尿素1.0-1.4份、三聚氰胺尿素甲醛树脂8-15份、水泥3-8份、无机填料6-10份、稳定剂1.0-2.0份。该胶黏剂,未添加硼砂,避免硼砂的加入而对人体健康存在安全隐患,而且通过原料之间的协同作用,使胶黏剂表现出良好的干燥速率、粘合强度、耐水性,满足市场需求。但其属于三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂,在生产、运输和使用过程中会释放甲醛等有害气体,不符合现在工业对环保的要求。
研究、开发和应用以可再生资源为原料制备的生物质基环保型胶黏剂己成为了人造板行业的一个发展趋势。大豆蛋白具有来源广泛、可再生以及可生物降解等优点。
大豆蛋白胶黏剂是以大豆粉作为主要原料并添加交联改性剂、分散剂等助剂而制备的植物蛋白基胶黏剂。利用大豆蛋白制备胶黏剂,不仅能有效节约不可再生化石资源,而且不会释放甲醛等有害气体,兼具环保与节能的优势。
然而,大豆蛋白具有复杂的四级结构,通过多肽分子间的氢键、二硫键、离子键等次级键作用组装而成,具有分子量大、结构紧密等特点,大量的活性基团和极性基团被包埋在大豆蛋白分子内部,导致天然的大豆蛋白胶黏剂无法与极性木材表面发生有效的吸附作用,对胶接强度产生不利影响;同时,形成大豆蛋白紧密球形结构的二硫键、氢键、离子键等次级键,在潮湿环境或者水泡状态下易被破坏,导致大豆蛋白胶黏剂的耐水性不理想。此外,大豆蛋白的分子量巨大,以至于蛋白质的大分子链在水溶液分散过程中被缠结和吸附,从而导致了大豆蛋白胶黏剂的高黏度和低固体含量。
为了改善大豆蛋白胶黏剂的胶合强度和耐水性、降低胶液黏度、提高胶黏剂的固含量等目的,需要对大豆蛋白进行改性。化学改性是大豆蛋白改性中最常用的方法,主要包括酸碱改性、接枝改性、交联改性、酰化改性等。然而,豆粕胶黏剂的脆性往往会随着化学改性的交联度的增加而提高,这会导致胶黏过程后纸板的粘合强度不够容易出现破碎倒塌现象,不利于瓦楞纸板成型后的强度和耐水性。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸的制备工艺。
本发明人通过直接乳化法和硫醇烯的点击反应制备了接枝邻苯二酚的水性聚氨酯,所制备的改性水性聚氨酯与豆粕蛋白进行交联,所引入的邻苯二酚结构能够构建二次反应平台,使得水性聚氨酯与蛋白质分子之间形成多个氢键,增强了交联网络的结合力。本发明中将上述改性豆粕胶黏剂运用到瓦楞纸的生产中,结合生物质再生纤维制备的原浆得到了所述瓦楞纸,不仅具有高强度,且防潮环保,具有十分重要的应用价值。
具体技术方案如下:
一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1称取聚四氢呋喃醚20~30重量份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯7~8重量份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1~0.5重量份,混合后升温至70~80℃下搅拌2~4h,再加入硫代甘油0.7~1重量份、3-二甲胺-1,2-丙二醇3~5重量份、1,4-丁二醇0.8~1.5重量份、丙酮2~5重量份,进行扩链,得到溶液A;称取3,4-二羟基苯甲酸0.3~0.6重量份溶于5~6重量份的水中,得到溶液B;在2000~12000rpm将溶液B滴加到溶液A中,进行乳化;加入光引发剂1173 0.4~1重量份,反应液暴露于紫外光下2~4h进行硫醇烯点击反应,反应结束后浓缩反应液除去丙酮,得到改性的水性聚氨酯乳液;

S6先对芯纸进行预热处理,然后采用瓦楞辊对芯纸进行压纹处理,得到UV型瓦楞纸芯;
S7将步骤S5经过处理的瓦楞原纸进行预热处理,作为瓦楞纸的面纸和里纸,然后在UV型瓦楞纸芯的楞峰上涂抹改性豆粕胶黏剂,将面纸和里纸分别压合在瓦楞纸芯的两侧,再经过100~120℃烘干,制得半成品瓦楞纸;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明人通过直接乳化法和硫醇烯的点击反应制备了接枝邻苯二酚的水性聚氨酯,所制备的改性水性聚氨酯与豆粕蛋白进行交联,所引入的邻苯二酚结构能够构建二次反应平台,使得水性聚氨酯与蛋白质分子之间形成多个氢键,增强了交联网络的结合力;
本发明中将上述改性豆粕胶黏剂运用到瓦楞纸板的生产中,结合再生纤维制备的原浆得到了所述具有再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸板,不仅具有高强度,且防潮环保,具有十分重要的应用价值。

本发明实施例中部分原料的参数如下:
豆粕,蛋白质含量:43~46wt.%,货号:11-77-55,山东九州化工。
聚四氢呋喃醚,分子量:2000Da,上海东土化工进出口。

实施例1
一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1称取聚四氢呋喃醚20kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯7kg,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1kg,混合后升温至75℃下搅拌4h,再加入硫代甘油0.8kg、3-二甲胺-1,2-丙二醇3kg、1,4-丁二醇0.8kg、丙酮4kg,进行扩链,得到溶液A;称取3,4-二羟基苯甲酸0.5kg溶于5kg的水中,得到溶液B;在2000rpm下将溶液B滴加到溶液A中,进行乳化;加入光引发剂1173 0.4kg,反应液暴露于紫外光365nm下4h进行硫醇烯点击反应,反应结束后于45℃,0.09MPa浓缩反应液除去丙酮,得到改性的水性聚氨酯乳液;
S2称取豆粕30kg,加入到60kg的水中,搅拌20min后加入步骤S1中改性的水性聚氨酯乳液,搅拌20min后混合均匀得到改性豆粕胶黏剂;
S3取10kg秸秆、5kg蔗渣、10kg废纸混合,晒干、破碎,得到混合干粉;加至40kg的20wt.%硫酸水溶液中,加热至80℃,保温2h,冷却、打浆,得到浆液A;将羧甲基纤维素4kg、柠檬酸钠0.5kg、海藻酸钠2kg、液体石蜡0.5kg加至10kg水中,加热至60℃,保温2h,冷却,得到浆液B;将浆液A 10kg和浆液B 4kg混合,加入聚乳酸0.8kg、聚乙烯醇0.5kg、工业玉米淀粉2kg、硅藻土0.5kg,搅拌混合,得到混合浆液;

S1称取聚四氢呋喃醚30kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯8kg,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5kg,混合后升温至80℃下搅拌2h,再加入硫代甘油1kg、3-二甲胺-1,2-丙二醇5kg、1,4-丁二醇1.5kg、丙酮5kg,进行扩链,得到溶液A;称取3,4-二羟基苯甲酸0.6kg溶于6kg的水中,得到溶液B;在10000rpm下将溶液B滴加到溶液A中,进行乳化;加入光引发剂1173 1kg,反应液暴露于紫外光365nm下4h进行硫醇烯点击反应,反应结束后于45℃,0.09MPa浓缩反应液除去丙酮,得到改性的水性聚氨酯乳液;
S2称取豆粕40kg,加入到70kg的水中,搅拌10min后加入步骤S1中改性的水性聚氨酯乳液,搅拌10min后混合均匀得到改性豆粕胶黏剂;
S3取15kg秸秆、15kg蔗渣、5kg废纸混合,晒干、破碎,得到混合干粉;加至80kg的30wt.%硫酸水溶液中,加热至60℃,保温3h,冷却、打浆,得到浆液A;将羧甲基纤维素8kg、柠檬酸钠1kg、海藻酸钠5kg、液体石蜡1.0kg加至15kg水中,加热至80℃,保温3h,冷却,得到浆液B;将浆液A 15kg和浆液B 8kg混合,加入聚乳酸2kg、聚乙烯醇1kg、工业玉米淀粉4kg、硅藻土1kg,搅拌混合,得到混合浆液;

S1称取聚四氢呋喃醚25kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯7.5kg,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.25kg,混合后升温至70℃下搅拌3h,再加入硫代甘油0.7kg、3-二甲胺-1,2-丙二醇4kg、1,4-丁二醇1.0kg、丙酮2kg,进行扩链,得到溶液A;称取3,4-二羟基苯甲酸0.3kg溶于5.5kg的水中,得到溶液B;在5000rpm下将溶液B滴加到溶液A中,进行乳化;加入光引发剂11730.8kg,反应液暴露于紫外光365nm下4h进行硫醇烯点击反应,反应结束后于45℃,0.09MPa浓缩反应液除去丙酮,得到改性的水性聚氨酯乳液;
S2称取豆粕35kg,加入到65kg的水中,搅拌15min后加入步骤S1中改性的水性聚氨酯乳液,搅拌15min后混合均匀得到改性豆粕胶黏剂;

测试例1
对对照例及实施例制备的基于再生纤维的瓦楞纸板进行物理性能的测试,边压强度测定按照GB/T2679.17-1997《瓦楞纸板边压强度的测定(边缘补强法)》进行;剥离强度测定参照GB/T 6548-2011《瓦楞纸板粘合强度的测定》进行;耐破度测定按照GB/T 6545-1998《瓦楞纸板耐破强度的测定法》进行。边压强度的测试方法为将瓦楞纸板试片放于压缩试验仪的两压板之间,使试片的楞垂直于压板,然后加压,直至试样压坏为止,记录试片所能承受的最大压力。按式1计算得出边缘耐压强度。剥离强度的测试方法为将针形附件(剥离架)插入试样的楞纸和面(里)纸之间(或楞纸和中纸之间),然后对插有试片的针形附件(剥离架)施压,使其做相对运动,测定其被分离部分分开所需的最大力。按式2计算得出剥离强度。耐破强度的测试方法为将试片置于胶膜之上,用试片夹夹紧,然后均匀地施加压力,使试片与胶膜一起自由凸起,直至试片破裂为止,试片耐破度是施加液压的最大值。具体测试结果见表1。

从瓦楞纸板的物理性能测试可以看出,实施例1中的瓦楞纸板在边压强度、剥离强度、耐破强度的表现方面均为最佳,这可能是由于改性豆粕胶黏剂中作为二次反应平台接枝在聚氨酯链上的酚羟基增强了蛋白质分子/纸板底物与聚氨酯之间的氢键作用,聚氨酯的引入包含了交错的软段和硬段,在受到冲击时能够作为优良的能量耗散单元。此外,分子上而交织的烷基链和儿茶酚结构与蛋白质分子形成了多个氢键,也能够在外部拉力作用时通过断裂而消散掉部分能量,因此,粘结的强度得到了有效的增强,在面对各种强度测试时都能表现出优异的性能。
测试例2
对对照例及实施例所制备的瓦楞纸板进行吸水量的测试,测试方法参考GB/T461.3-2005《纸和纸板吸水性的测定(浸水法)》,具体测试方法为将瓦楞纸板进行湿温处理并切成100mm×100mm的方形试样十张,将处理后的试样放在一个预先称重的洁净容器内,在天平上进行称量。将试样从容器内取出,竖直插入装水的试剂槽内。试样的上边缘应在水面下25mm±3mm处,并应避免试样与槽底及试样间相接触。浸水至试样质量不再增加即试样达到了饱和,用镊子垂直夹持试样的一个角,将试样从蒸馏水中取出,夹持试样2min,使水滴下,将试样放回原来的容器中,称量重量,吸水性按式3计算,其结果应以十次测定值的平均值表示。具体测试结果见表2。

纸板的吸水性能能够一定程度提现其防潮性能,由于瓦楞纸板的应用场景众多,因此保证其防潮防水性对于提升运输的效率十分重要。吸水性越强,证明其在潮湿环境下不易损害,吸水性越小证明防水性能越优越。实施例1中的改性豆粕胶黏剂通过酚羟基与聚氨酯之间形成的氢键作用构建的交联网络能够提高胶黏剂的湿结强度,这能够使得瓦楞纸板在潮湿、有水的条件下也不会轻易散开。

1.一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1称取聚四氢呋喃醚20~30重量份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯7~8重量份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1~0.5重量份,混合后升温至70~80℃下搅拌2~4h,再加入硫代甘油0.7~1重量份、3-二甲胺-1,2-丙二醇3~5重量份、1,4-丁二醇0.8~1.5重量份、丙酮2~5重量份,进行扩链,得到溶液A;称取3,4-二羟基苯甲酸0.3~0.6重量份溶于5~6重量份的水中,得到溶液B;在2000~12000rpm下将溶液B滴加到溶液A中,进行乳化;加入0.4~1重量份光引发剂1173,反应液暴露于紫外光下2~4h进行硫醇点击反应,反应结束后浓缩反应液除去丙酮,得到改性的水性聚氨酯乳液;
S2称取豆粕30~40重量份加入到60~70重量份的水中,搅拌10~20min后加入改性的水性聚氨酯乳液,搅拌10~20min后混合均匀得到改性豆粕胶黏剂;

S8根据需要的尺寸对干燥后的半成品瓦楞纸进行切割,即得所述基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸。

3.如权利要求1所述一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中所得瓦楞原纸的定量在60~90g/m2
4.如权利要求1所述一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S6预热处理的温度为50~53℃。
5.如权利要求1所述一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S7预热处理的温度为45~55℃。
6.一种基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸,其特征在于:由权利要求书1~5中任一项所述基于再生纤维的防潮瓦楞纸的制备工艺制备而成。
