Description

Hand-washing-free disinfection gel and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sanitary and disinfecting products, and particularly relates to a hand-washing-free disinfecting gel, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
75% alcohol spraying (hand) and 84 disinfectant are commonly used in all places to kill and prevent epidemic in relevant public places. However, 75% ethanol has good disinfection effect, but presents the potential safety hazard of dry skin and flammability; 84 disinfectant has a pungent smell, belongs to a chlorine-containing preparation, has certain corrosiveness, and cannot be used for hand washing and disinfection.
For example, the patent with publication number CN 104873432A discloses a hand-protecting type no-clean disinfection gel and a preparation method thereof, wherein the hand-protecting type no-clean disinfection gel comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.1 to 0.5 percent of bactericide, 2.1 to 3.5 percent of cosolvent, 0.10 to 0.25 percent of thickener, 0.01 to 2.0 percent of emollient, 1.8 to 3.0 percent of essence, 0.02 to 0.15 percent of pH regulator, 39 to 54 percent of ethanol and the balance of water; the bactericide is 2,4, -trichloro-2, -hydroxydiphenyl ether and p-chlorom-dimethylphenol according to the following formula (3.8-2.2): 1. The active ingredients of the hand-protecting type no-clean disinfecting gel, namely 2,4, -trichloro-2, -hydroxydiphenyl ether and parachlorometaxylenol, can be harmful to the environment.
For another example, the patent with publication number CN101953779a discloses a medical disinfection gel, which is composed of o-phenylphenol, ethanol, thickener, humectant, pH regulator and deionized water, wherein the mass percentages of the components are: 1.0 to 5.0 percent of o-phenylphenol, 55 to 65 percent of ethanol, 1.0 to 5.0 percent of thickener, 3.0 to 8.0 percent of humectant, 1.0 to 3.0 percent of pH regulator and the balance of deionized water. The o-phenylphenol as an active ingredient in the patent has carcinogenicity, can generate harm to the environment and is not beneficial to environmental protection.
In summary, the existing disinfection products have the defects of pungent odor, corrosiveness and environmental protection, and it is necessary to develop a mild and environmental-friendly hand-washing-free disinfection gel.
