The test result shows that: the disinfectant stock solutions of examples 1 and 3 were non-irritating to new zealand rabbits in a single whole skin test.
(2) Acute oral toxicology test
The test result shows that: during the test on the disinfectant stock solutions of examples 1 and 3, all the test animals did not show significant toxic symptoms and death within the 14-day observation period; acute oral toxicity LD of disinfectant stock solution on SPF-grade KM mice50More than 5000mg/kg BW, which belongs to the actual nontoxic level.
3. Corrosion test of metals
Examples 1-3 were tested for metal corrosion according to the requirements associated with the second part 2.2.4 of the test in the Disinfection Specification (2002 edition) with stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum as test subjects and the results are given in Table 2.

The test result shows that: according to the classification standard for metal corrosivity in the second part 2.2.4 of the specification for disinfection (2002), when the disinfectant prepared in examples 1-3 of the present invention is diluted at a dilution of 1: 100, the corrosion rates for stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum are all less than 0.01mm/a, all of which are the lowest corrosion levels, and are assigned to the essentially non-corrosive levels.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A biological disinfectant based on natural fruit acid is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of fruit acid extract, 2-5 parts of chitosan, 3-6 parts of antibacterial peptide, 2-5 parts of acetic acid chloride, 2-5 parts of plant additive, 2-4 parts of glycine, 0.5-2.5 parts of surfactant, 2-5 parts of auxiliary agent and the balance of water.
2. A biological disinfectant based on natural fruit acids according to claim 1, wherein said fruit acid extract is one or more of lactic acid, citric acid and malic acid.
3. The natural fruit acid based biological disinfectant as recited in claim 1, wherein said antimicrobial peptide comprises lysostaphin and protamine, and the ratio of lysostaphin to protamine is 2: 1.
4. The natural fruit acid-based biological disinfectant as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant additive is a herbal medicine extracting agent, and the herbal medicine raw materials include folium artemisiae argyi, cortex magnoliae officinalis, rhizoma atractylodis, herba eupatorii and flos magnoliae.
5. A natural fruit acid based biological disinfectant as claimed in claim 1, wherein said surfactant is selected from one or more of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, lecithin, rhamnolipid, polyoxyethylene castor oil and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil.
6. The biological disinfectant based on natural fruit acid as claimed in claim 1, wherein said adjuvant is ethanol and glycerol, and the ratio of ethanol to glycerol is 1: 1.
7. The process for preparing a biological disinfectant based on natural fruit acids according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the process comprises the following steps:
(1) treating the raw materials, namely fully cleaning the fruit acid extract raw materials, standing to enable water drops on the surface to slide off, fully crushing the fruit acid extract, and keeping for later use;
(2) extracting at low temperature, namely conveying the crushed fruit acid extract into a low-temperature extraction kettle, introducing liquid nitrogen, performing low-temperature freeze-drying, fully freezing the crushed material by the liquid nitrogen, waiting for the crushed material to be heated and melted, and performing ultrasonic emulsification treatment to obtain an extract liquid;
(3) mixing materials, namely feeding chitosan, antibacterial peptide, chlorine acetate, glycine, a surfactant, an auxiliary agent and water into a mixing kettle, performing magnetic force on the materials in the mixing kettle, fully mixing, heating and stirring for 15-20min, waiting for temperature reduction and defoaming, feeding prepared extract liquid into the mixing kettle, fully mixing, and keeping for later use;
(4) and adding the mixed solution after the mixing is finished into the corresponding plant additive, uniformly stirring and filling. As a further description of the above technical solution.
8. The process for preparing biological disinfectant based on natural fruit acid as claimed in claim 7, wherein said plant additive preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) slicing the medicinal materials, fully cleaning the medicinal materials, airing and drying the medicinal materials, and then slicing the medicinal materials and sending the sliced medicinal materials into a fumigating machine;
(2) adding an extraction solvent into a fumigator, standing for precipitation of partial drug properties, fully pressurizing the fumigator, gradually depressurizing for multiple times of fumigation, mixing multiple distilled extracts, and standing to obtain an extract.
9. The process for preparing biological disinfectant based on natural fruit acid as claimed in claim 8, wherein said pressure distillation is performed for the first time at 4mpa, and the pressure is reduced to 1mpa to obtain three times of distillate.
