The manner in which the present disclosure is practiced is described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repetitive description thereof will be appropriately simplified or omitted.
Embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 is a configuration diagram of a remote management system 1 according to embodiment 1.
The elevator 2 to which the remote management system 1 is applied, for example, to a building 3 having a plurality of floors. The elevator 2 is used by a user of the building 3 for movement between a plurality of floors. A hoistway 4 is provided in the building 3. The hoistway 4 is a vertically long space that spans a plurality of floors. The elevator 2 includes a hoisting machine 5, main ropes 6, a car 7, a counterweight 8, and a control panel 9.
The hoisting machine 5 includes a motor that generates a driving force and a sheave that rotates by the driving force generated by the motor. The hoisting machine 5 is disposed, for example, at an upper portion or a lower portion of the hoistway 4. Alternatively, for example, in a case where a machine room is provided above the hoistway 4, the hoisting machine 5 may be disposed in the machine room.
The main ropes 6 are ropes supporting a load of the car 7 and the counterweight 8 in the hoistway 4. The main rope 6 is wound around a sheave of the hoisting machine 5. The main rope 6 supports the load of the car 7 on one side of the sheave of the hoisting machine 5. The main ropes 6 support the load of the counterweight 8 on the other side of the sheave of the hoisting machine 5.
The car 7 is a device that transports users between a plurality of floors by traveling in the vertical direction in the hoistway 4. The counterweight 8 is a device for balancing the load applied to both sides of the sheave of the hoisting machine 5 with respect to the car 7. The driving force generated by the motor of the hoisting machine 5 by the car 7 and the counterweight 8 travels in opposite directions in the hoistway 4.
The control panel 9 is a part that controls the operation of the elevator 2. The operation of the elevator 2 includes, for example, lifting and lowering of the car 7. The control panel 9 is disposed, for example, at an upper portion or a lower portion of the hoistway 4. Alternatively, for example, when a machine room is provided above the hoistway 4, the control panel 9 may be disposed in the machine room.
The remote management system 1 applied to the elevator 2 includes a remote management device 10 and a control system 11.
The remote management device 10 is disposed in, for example, the building 3 to which the elevator 2 is applied. The remote management device 10 is a device for remotely managing the elevator 2. The remote management of the elevator 2 comprises, for example, remote monitoring of the status of the elevator 2. The remote management of the elevator 2 includes, for example, execution of a diagnostic operation, diagnosis based on the presence or absence of abnormality in the diagnostic operation, and automatic recovery based on the diagnosis result. The remote management apparatus 10 performs remote management based on the remote management information.
The remote management information includes information of the contents of the remote management service contracted with the manager of the elevator 2 and the maintenance company. The remote management service is, for example, a maintenance service including implementation of remote monitoring, diagnosis operation, and the like. In this example, the remote management information includes identification information, remote management parameters, and remote management programs. The identification information is information identifying the elevator 2. In this example, the identification information is an ID (IDentifier) of the elevator 2. The remote management information contains identification information that identifies the elevator 2 to which the remote management information is applied. The remote management parameter is a parameter representing the content of the remote management service. The remote management parameter contains, for example, information indicating the validity or invalidity of each service item of the remote management service. The remote management program is a program describing the operation of the elevator 2 in the remote management service. A remote management program is written to the control panel 9 of the elevator 2. The remote management program acts based on the remote management parameters. The control panel 9 implements the contents of the remote management service based on the remote management parameters according to the written remote management program.
The policing system 11 is a system that manages remote management information. The control system 11 includes a contract DB12 (DB: dataBase), an information management device 13, and a transmitter/receiver device 14. The contract DB12 is a database storing remote management information. In the contract DB12, remote management information is stored for each elevator 2. The remote management information of the elevator 2 is stored in association with information that identifies the remote management device 10 provided in the elevator 2 as the connection destination of the communication. In this example, the remote management information of the elevator 2 is stored in association with the telephone number of the remote management device 10 provided in the elevator 2. The telephone number of the remote management apparatus 10 may be any one of a telephone number added to the remote management apparatus 10 itself and a telephone number added to a communication line connected to the remote management apparatus 10. The information specifying the remote management apparatus 10 as the connection destination of the communication may be an IP address (IP: internet Protocol) of the remote management apparatus 10 or the like. The information management device 13 is a device that manages remote management information. The information management device 13 is a device that performs information processing in the management of remote management information such as the generation and update of remote management information, and the writing and reading of information in the contract DB 12. The transceiver 14 is a device that communicates with a device external to the control system 11. The transceiver 14 is connected to a communication network 15. In this example, the communication network 15 is a public telephone line network. Alternatively, the communication network 15 may be a network such as the internet.
The remote management apparatus 10 includes a start switch 16, a storage unit 17, and a setting unit 18.
The start switch 16 is a part that receives a start operation of the remote management apparatus 10. The start switch 16 may be a button, for example. The operation of starting the operation switch 16 is, for example, an operation of turning on the power supply. When the start switch 16 is operated, the remote management apparatus 10 is started by the start processing. The start-up process is a process started upon operation of the start-up switch 16.
The storage unit 17 is a portion for storing information. The first connection information is stored in the storage unit 17. The first connection information is information that determines the policing system 11 as a connection destination of the communication. In this example, the storage unit 17 stores the telephone number of the transmitter-receiver 14 as the first connection information. The first connection information may be an IP address of the transceiver 14 or the like. In this example, the storage unit 17 stores flag information indicating the state of setting of remote management information. In this example, the storage unit 17 does not store the unique information of the elevator 2 such as the identification information in the initial state.
The setting unit 18 is a unit for setting remote management information. The setting unit 18 is provided with a communication function connected to the control system 11 via the communication network 15. The communication function of the setting unit 18 may be provided by a detachable auxiliary device or the like that performs the communication function.
Next, an example of the operation of the remote management system 1 will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 to 4 are timing charts showing examples of the operation of the remote management system 1 according to embodiment 1.
Fig. 2 to 4 show examples of the operation of the remote management system 1 concerning the startup process of the remote management apparatus 10. In the startup processing of the remote management apparatus 10 of this example, the identification information setting processing, the program setting processing, and the parameter setting processing are sequentially performed. The identification information setting process is a process of setting identification information to the remote management apparatus 10 based on the remote management information. The program setting process is a process of setting a remote management program to the control panel 9 based on the remote management information. The parameter setting process is a process of setting remote management parameters to the remote management apparatus 10 based on the remote management information.
Fig. 2 shows an example of the operation of the remote management system 1 when the remote management apparatus 10 performs the identification information setting process.
In step S21, when the start switch 16 is operated, the remote management apparatus 10 starts the start processing. After that, the operation of the remote management system 1 proceeds to step S22.
In step S22, the setting unit 18 of the remote management device 10 determines whether or not an ID is set in the remote management device 10 as identification information. For example, when the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 indicates that the ID is set, the setting unit 18 determines that the ID is set in the remote management device 10. Alternatively, for example, when the ID is stored in the storage unit 17, the setting unit 18 may determine that the ID is set in the remote management device 10. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the remote management system 1 proceeds to the program setting process of fig. 3. On the other hand, when the determination result is no, the setting unit 18 notifies the second connection information and requests the transmitting/receiving device 14 to transmit the ID. The second connection information is information for determining the transmission source as the connection destination. Here, since the source of the request is the remote management apparatus 10, the second connection information is information that identifies the remote management apparatus 10 as the connection destination of the communication. In this example, the second connection information is the telephone number of the remote management apparatus 10.
The information management device 13 confirms whether or not transmission of the ID is requested to the transmitting/receiving device 14. The request for transmission of the ID is periodically confirmed, for example, at a predetermined cycle. When the transmission of the ID is requested to the transmitting/receiving device 14, the information management device 13 starts the process of confirming the ID in step S23.
In step S23, the information management apparatus 13 requests the contract DB12 for an ID response using the telephone number notified from the remote management apparatus 10 as a key. That is, the information management device 13 requests the contract DB12 for an answer to the ID contained in the remote management information associated with the telephone number. The contract DB12 answers the ID contained in the remote management information associated with the telephone number. Here, in the case where the remote management information associated with the telephone number is not stored in the contract DB12, the contract DB12 answers that there is no remote management information associated with the telephone number among the managed remote management information. At this time, the information management device 13 issues a request to add remote management information associated with the telephone number or to correct the remote management information, for example, to a maintenance company. On the other hand, upon receiving an answer to the ID of the remote management information associated with the telephone number from the contract DB12, the information management apparatus 13 transmits the ID to the remote management apparatus 10 through the transceiver 14. At this time, the transmitting/receiving device 14 determines the transmission destination of the ID based on the notified second connection information. The information management apparatus 13 requests a reset from the remote management apparatus 10 after transmitting the ID to the remote management apparatus 10.
In step S24, when the ID is acquired from the information management device 13, the setting unit 18 of the remote management device 10 sets the acquired ID as follows, for example. The setting unit 18 stores the ID in the storage unit 17. Thereafter, the setting unit 18 switches the state of the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 to the state in which the ID is set.
In step S25, when a reset is requested from the information management apparatus 13, the setting section 18 of the remote management apparatus 10 performs a reset process. The reset process is, for example, a process of initializing a remote management program and remote management parameters. The initialization processing of the remote management program includes processing for switching the state of the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 to the initial state in which the remote management program is not set. The initialization processing of the remote management parameter includes processing of switching the state of the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 to an initial state in which the remote management parameter is not set. After that, the operation of the remote management system 1 related to the identification information setting process ends.
Fig. 3 shows an example of the operation of the remote management system 1 when the remote management device 10 performs the program setting process after the identification information setting process.
In step S31, the setting unit 18 of the remote management device 10 acquires information on the version of the remote management program set in the control panel 9. When the remote management information corresponding to the elevator 2 includes version information of the remote management program corresponding to the elevator 2, the setting unit 18 obtains the version information from the control system 11, for example. After that, the operation of the remote management system 1 proceeds to step S32.
In step S32, the setting unit 18 of the remote management device 10 determines whether or not the remote management program is set in the control panel 9. For example, when the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 indicates that the remote management program is set, the setting unit 18 determines that the remote management program is set on the control panel 9. Alternatively, for example, when the remote management program is written on the control panel 9, the setting unit 18 may determine that the remote management program is set on the control panel 9. When the version information acquired from the control panel 9 does not match the version information acquired from the control system 11, the setting unit 18 may determine that the remote management program is not set in the control panel 9. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the remote management system 1 proceeds to the parameter setting process of fig. 4. On the other hand, when the determination result is "no", the setting unit 18 notifies the telephone number or the set ID of the remote management device 10, and requests the transmitting/receiving device 14 to transmit the remote management program.
The information management device 13 confirms whether or not transmission of the remote management program is requested to the transmitting/receiving device 14. The confirmation of the transmission request of the remote management program is performed periodically, for example, at a predetermined cycle. When the transmission of the remote management program is requested to the transmitting/receiving device 14, the information management device 13 starts the process of acquiring the remote management program in step S33.
In step S33, the information management apparatus 13 requests the contract DB12 to transmit the remote management program included in the remote management information associated with the telephone number or ID notified from the remote management apparatus 10. The contract DB12 provides a remote management program contained in remote management information associated with the telephone number or the ID. When receiving the remote management program of the remote management information provided in association with the telephone number or the ID from the contract DB12, the information management apparatus 13 transmits the remote management program to the remote management apparatus 10 through the transceiving apparatus 14.
In step S34, when the remote management program is acquired from the information management apparatus 13, the setting unit 18 of the remote management apparatus 10 sets the acquired remote management program on the control panel 9 as follows, for example. The setting unit 18 rewrites the remote management program on the control panel 9. Thereafter, the setting unit 18 switches the state of the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 to a state in which the remote management program is set.
In step S35, the control panel 9 notifies whether the setting of the remote management program is successful. The information management device 13 is notified of success or failure by the remote management device 10 and the transceiver device 14, for example. The information management apparatus 13 may retransmit the remote management program when a notification of a setting failure is received. After the remote management program is successfully set, the operation of the program setting process of the remote management system 1 ends.
Fig. 4 shows an example of the operation of the remote management system 1 when the remote management device 10 performs the parameter setting process after the program setting process.
In step S41, the setting unit 18 of the remote management device 10 determines whether or not the remote management parameter is set. For example, when the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 indicates a state in which the remote management parameter is set, the setting unit 18 determines that the remote management parameter is set in the remote management device 10. Alternatively, for example, when the remote management parameter is stored in the storage unit 17, the setting unit 18 may determine that the remote management parameter is set in the remote management device 10. If the determination result is yes, the operation of the remote management system 1 related to the parameter setting process ends. On the other hand, when the determination result is "no", the setting unit 18 notifies the telephone number or the set ID of the remote management device 10, and requests the transmission/reception device 14 to transmit the remote management parameter.
The information management device 13 confirms whether transmission of the remote management parameter is requested from the transceiver device 14. The confirmation of the request for transmission of the remote management parameter is performed periodically, for example, at a predetermined cycle. When the transmission of the remote management parameter is requested from the transmitting/receiving device 14, the information management device 13 starts the contract information acquisition process in step S42.
In step S42, the information management apparatus 13 requests the contract DB12 to transmit the contract information contained in the remote management information associated with the telephone number or ID notified from the remote management apparatus 10. Here, the contract information is information indicating contract contents of the remote management service. The contract information may not include information on the operation of the elevator 2, such as the number of floors of the building 3. The contract DB12 answers contract information contained in remote management information associated with the telephone number or the ID. After receiving the answer of the contract information of the remote management information associated with the telephone number or the ID from the contract DB12, the information management apparatus 13 starts the specification information acquisition process in step S43.
In step S43, the information management apparatus 13 requests the remote management apparatus 10 to transmit the specification information of the elevator 2. The specification information of the elevator 2 includes, for example, the number of floors of the building 3 to which the elevator 2 is applied, and the like. After the specification information is acquired by the answer from the remote management apparatus 10, the information management apparatus 13 starts the process of generating parameters in step S44.
In step S44, the information management apparatus 13 generates a remote management parameter based on the contract information and the specification information. After that, the information management device 13 transmits the generated remote management parameters to the remote management device 10 through the transceiver device 14.
In step S45, when the remote management parameter is acquired from the information management apparatus 13, the setting unit 18 of the remote management apparatus 10 sets the acquired remote management parameter as follows, for example. The setting unit 18 stores the remote management parameter in the storage unit 17. Thereafter, the setting unit 18 switches the state of the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 to a state in which the remote management parameter is set. After that, the operation of the remote management system 1 related to the parameter setting process ends.
The identification information may be set on the control panel 9. The remote management parameter may be set in the control panel 9. Flag information indicating the status of setting of remote management information may be stored in the control panel 9. At this time, the remote management apparatus 10 performs writing, updating, and the like of identification information, remote management parameters, flag information, and the like as setting of the remote management information.
The initialization processing of the remote management program may include a process of deleting the remote management program written to the control panel 9. The initialization processing of the remote management parameter may include processing of deleting the remote management parameter stored in the storage unit 17 or the like.
As described above, the remote management system 1 according to embodiment 1 includes the remote management device 10 and the control system 11. The remote management device 10 is connected to the control panel 9 of the elevator 2. The remote management device 10 remotely manages the elevator 2 based on remote management information corresponding to the elevator 2. The policing system 11 manages remote management information. The remote management apparatus 10 includes a start switch 16, a storage unit 17, and a setting unit 18. The start switch 16 receives a start operation. The storage unit 17 stores the first connection information in advance. The first connection information is information that determines the policing system 11 as a connection destination. In the start-up process started when the start-up switch 16 is operated, the setting unit 18 is connected to the control system 11 based on the first connection information stored in the storage unit 17. The setting unit 18 acquires remote management information corresponding to the elevator 2 from the control system 11 during the startup process. The setting unit 18 sets at least a part of the acquired remote management information to the control panel 9 in the startup process.
With this configuration, the remote management information is set by triggering an operation of starting the remote management apparatus 10, such as power on, regardless of the content of the remote management service. Since no maintenance personnel are required to perform an input operation at the site where the elevator 2 is installed, it is possible to suppress occurrence of setting errors and the like in the site operation. In addition, since the working time of the maintenance personnel on site is shortened, the stop time of the elevator 2 is shortened. Further, since the remote management information managed by the management system 11 is automatically reflected by the activation of the remote management apparatus 10, it is not easy to cause the contract contents related to the remote management service to be not fulfilled. The information registered in advance in the remote management apparatus 10 is information independent of the elevator 2, such as the telephone number of the control system 11. Therefore, it is not necessary to register identification information such as an ID in advance in the remote management apparatus 10. This can suppress occurrence of registration errors of the identification information, errors of the remote management device 10 having different identification information inputted, and the like.
The remote management information includes identification information for identifying the elevator 2. The setting unit 18 determines whether or not the identification information is set before the control system 11 is connected in the start-up process. When it is determined that the identification information is not set, the setting unit 18 requests the identification information of the management system 11 with the notification of the second connection information, and sets the identification information acquired from the management system 11 connected to the remote management device 10 based on the second connection information. The second connection information is information for determining the transmission source as the connection destination.
With this configuration, the identification information is acquired using the second connection information as a key. Therefore, it is not necessary to register identification information such as an ID in advance in the remote management apparatus 10. This can suppress occurrence of registration errors of the identification information, errors of the remote management device 10 having different identification information inputted, and the like.
In addition, the control system 11 issues a request for adding or correcting the remote management information when the remote management information associated with the second connection information does not exist in the managed remote management information.
With this configuration, even when there is a mismatch between the remote management information managed by the management system 11 and the contract content, the mismatch can be promptly notified. Therefore, the countermeasure against the mismatch can be promptly performed. Thus, it is difficult to prevent contract contents related to the remote management service from being performed.
In addition, the remote management information includes a remote management program to be followed by the control panel 9. After determining that the identification information is set in the start-up processing, the setting unit 18 determines whether or not the remote management program is set in the control panel 9. When it is determined that the remote management program is not set, the setting unit 18 requests the remote management program from the control system 11, and sets the remote management program acquired from the control system 11 to the control panel 9.
The remote management information includes remote management parameters for setting the content of remote management of the elevator 2. The setting unit 18 determines whether or not the remote management parameter is set after determining that the remote management program is set in the control panel 9 in the startup process. When it is determined that the remote management parameter is not set, the setting unit 18 requests the remote management parameter from the control system 11, and sets the remote management parameter acquired from the control system 11.
With this configuration, the remote management program is set after the identification information is confirmed. Accordingly, the content of the startup process at the time of restarting the remote management apparatus 10 is controlled by the setting of the identification information. When the remote management information has been set, the remote management apparatus 10 does not perform wasteful update, and therefore, communication capacity and the like are not wasted. In addition, the setting of the remote management parameters is performed after the setting of the remote management program is confirmed. Therefore, a mismatch between the version of the remote management program corresponding to the remote management parameter and the version of the remote management program written to the control disk 9 is unlikely to occur. This makes it possible to automatically and reliably set the content of the remote management service.
In addition, when the contract content or the like is changed, the information management device 13 of the control system 11 may transmit an initialization signal. The initialization signal is input to the setting unit 18 of the remote management device 10 through the transceiver 14. When receiving an initialization signal from the control system 11, the setting unit 18 initializes the setting of the identification information. In the process of initializing the identification information, the state of the flag information stored in the storage unit 17 is switched to the initial state in which the identification information is not set. At this time, the setting unit 18 does not initialize the remote management program and the remote management parameters. Thus, the remote management information is automatically updated by restarting the remote management apparatus 10. In addition, the identification information initialized by the initialization signal is information not used for the operation of the elevator 2 based on the control panel 9, and thus the operation of the elevator 2 in the startup of the remote management device 10 is not affected by the initialization signal. Therefore, when the remote management apparatus 10 is newly installed, the setting of the remote management information is automatically performed by an operation such as turning on the power of the remote management apparatus 10, as well as when the setting of the remote management apparatus 10 in operation is updated.
Next, an example of a hardware configuration of the monitoring system will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a hardware configuration diagram of a main part of the monitoring system according to embodiment 1.
The functions of the monitoring system can be implemented by a processing circuit. The processing circuit is provided with at least 1 processor 100a and at least 1 memory 100b. The processing circuit may include at least 1 piece of dedicated hardware 200 together with the processor 100a and the memory 100b, or at least 1 piece of dedicated hardware 200 in place of the processor 100a and the memory 100b.
In the case where the processing circuit includes the processor 100a and the memory 100b, each function of the monitoring system is realized by software, firmware, or a combination of software and firmware. At least one of the software and firmware is described as a program. The program is stored in the memory 100b. The processor 100a reads out and executes a program stored in the memory 100b to realize each function of the monitoring system.
The processor 100a is also referred to as CPU (Central Processing Unit), a processing device, an arithmetic device, a microprocessor, a microcomputer, a DSP. The memory 100b is constituted by a nonvolatile or volatile semiconductor memory such as RAM, ROM, flash memory, EPROM, EEPROM, or the like, for example.
In the case of a processing circuit provided with dedicated hardware 200, the processing circuit is implemented, for example, by a single circuit, a composite circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC, an FPGA, or a combination thereof.
The functions of the monitoring system can be implemented by a processing circuit, respectively. Alternatively, the functions of the monitoring system can be realized by the processing circuit. With respect to the functions of the monitoring system, one part may be implemented by dedicated hardware 200, and the other part may be implemented by software or firmware. Thus, the processing circuitry implements the functions of the monitoring system through dedicated hardware 200, software, firmware, or a combination thereof.
