when a portable terminal acquires information from an identification device provided in a hall of an elevator, the portable terminal transmits identification information of the hall of the elevator based on the information, and the presentation-side receiving section receives the identification information, the presentation-side control section extracts spot inspection condition information of the hall corresponding to the identification information from the information stored in the presentation-side storage section, and causes the presentation-side transmitting section to transmit the spot inspection condition information of the hall to the portable terminal.
6. A portable terminal, comprising:
a terminal-side receiving unit that receives information;
a terminal side transmission unit that transmits information;
a terminal-side storage unit that stores information; and
a terminal-side control unit that, when the terminal-side receiving unit receives information from the identification device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, causes the terminal-side transmitting unit to transmit the identification information of the elevator based on the information, and when the information presentation system transmits the spot check condition information corresponding to the identification information and the terminal-side receiving unit receives the spot check condition information, causes the terminal-side storage unit to store the spot check condition information.
7. The portable terminal according to claim 6,
the portable terminal is provided with a terminal side display part for displaying information,
the terminal side control unit causes the terminal side display unit to display the spot inspection state information when the terminal side receiving unit receives the spot inspection state information.
