If the determination result is No, the process in elevator system 1 proceeds to step S308. If the determination result is Yes, the process in elevator system 1 proceeds to step S309.
In step S308, the notification unit 27 notifies the suspension information server 17 of information indicating a registration failure for the elevator 2 that has output the usage request. Here, when the signal from the remote management device includes that the elevator 2 is out of service as the reason for the registration failure, the notification unit 27 notifies the suspension information of the elevator 2 to the suspension information server 17. do. The hibernation information server 17 that has received the notification newly registers the notified hibernation information. On the other hand, if the signal from the remote management device includes timeout of the waiting time for receiving the signal from the call management unit 10 as the reason for the registration failure, the notification unit 27 indicates that the call registration of the elevator 2 has failed. The information is notified to the hibernation information server 17 . The suspension information server 17 that has received the notification of the information about the failure of the call to the elevator 2 stores information about the elevator 2 that the call registration has failed in the elevator 2 . After that, the process in the elevator system 1 proceeds to step S309.
In step S309, the presentation unit 26 presents information indicating registration failure to the mobile terminal 12. If the elevator 2 that has output the usage request is out of service, the presenting unit 26 also presents information on the suspension of the elevator 2 to the portable terminal 12 . The mobile terminal 12 displays the failed registration and the pause information received, for example, on a display. At this time, the mobile terminal 12 may notify the user, for example, through a speaker or a vibrator. After that, in the elevator system 1, the processing by the call registration server 21 ends.
In step S310, the determination unit 25 determines whether a preset time has elapsed since the usage request was output, that is, whether a timeout has occurred. This time is an example of the first time. When the determination result is Yes, the process in the elevator system 1 proceeds to step S311. If the determination result is No, the process in elevator system 1 proceeds to step S303.
In step S<b>311 , the presentation unit 26 acquires, from the stop information server 17 , the stop information of the elevator 2 for which the usage request has been output. After that, the process in the elevator system 1 proceeds to step S312.
In step S312, the notification unit 27 notifies the suspension information server 17 of information about the failure of the call registration of the elevator 2 for which the usage request has been output. The suspension information server 17 that has received the notification of the information about the failure of the call to the elevator 2 stores information about the elevator 2 that the call registration has failed in the elevator 2 . After that, the process in the elevator system 1 proceeds to step S313.
In step S313, the presentation unit 26 presents information indicating registration failure to the mobile terminal 12. When the suspension information about the elevator 2 to which the usage request is output can be acquired from the suspension information server 17 , the presentation unit 26 also presents the suspension information of the elevator 2 to the portable terminal 12 . The mobile terminal 12 displays the failed registration and the pause information received, for example, on a display. At this time, the mobile terminal 12 may notify the user, for example, through a speaker or a vibrator. After that, in the elevator system 1, the processing by the call registration server 21 ends.
As described above, the elevator system 1 according to Embodiment 1 includes the call management unit 10, the remote monitoring device 14, and the call registration system 19. The call management unit 10 manages information on calls for the elevator 2 . A remote monitoring device 14 is connected to the call management unit 10 . The call registration system 19 includes a reception section 23 , an output section 24 and a determination section 25 . The accepting unit 23 accepts a usage request from the mobile terminal 12 possessed by the user. The output unit 24 outputs a call registration request of the user to the call management unit 10 through relaying by the remote monitoring device 14 when the reception unit 23 receives a usage request from the mobile terminal 12 . The determination unit 25 determines whether the call for which the output unit 24 has output a request has been successfully registered based on communication with the remote monitoring device 14 . When the determination unit 25 determines that the registration of the call has failed, the presentation unit 26 acquires the suspension information of the elevator 2 for which registration of the call has been requested from the suspension information system 16 that collects the suspension information of the elevator 2. . The presentation unit 26 presents the acquired pause information to the mobile terminal 12 .
With such a configuration, when the registration of the call for the elevator 2 fails in the call registration system 19, the user receives the pause information of the elevator 2 from the presentation unit 26 via the mobile terminal 12, if any. As a result, the user can easily grasp whether or not the elevator 2 is out of service without having to operate the mobile terminal 12 voluntarily to acquire the outage information.
Further, when the determination unit 25 does not receive the information indicating the success of the registration of the call from the remote monitoring device 14 until the first time elapses after the output unit 24 outputs the call registration request, the determination unit 25 determines whether the call is registered. registration has failed.
Further, the remote monitoring device 14 receives information from the call management unit 10 when it does not receive information from the call management unit 10 until the second time elapses after relaying the call registration request from the output unit 24 . Information is sent to the call registration system 19 indicating that it did not.
Further, when the remote monitoring device 14 receives information indicating a call registration failure from the call management unit 10 , the remote monitoring device 14 relays the information to the call registration system 19 . Further, when the output unit 24 receives from the remote monitoring device 14 information indicating that the call registration has failed, the determination unit 25 determines that the call registration has failed.
With such a configuration, the determination unit 25 can identify the cause of call registration failure. That is, due to the timeout of the signal reception from the remote monitoring device 14, the determination unit 25 can determine that the remote monitoring device 14 itself or the communication path from the call registration system 19 to the remote monitoring device 14 has a factor of failure. Further, due to timeout of signal reception from the call management unit 10 to the remote monitoring device 14, the determination unit 25 determines that the call management unit 10 itself or the communication path from the remote monitoring device 14 to the call management unit 10 has a cause of failure. It can be determined that there is Further, when the call management unit 10 transmits failure information, the determination unit 25 can determine that the call management unit 10 itself has a cause of failure.
The call management system also includes a notification unit 27 . The notification unit 27 provides information indicating failure of call registration by the output unit 24 when information is not received from the remote monitoring device 14 until the first time elapses after the output unit 24 outputs the call registration request. is notified to the hibernation information system 16 . When the notifying unit 27 receives information from the remote monitoring device 14 indicating that information has not been received from the call managing unit 10 until the second time has passed since the call registration request was relayed, the output unit 24 informs the dormancy information system 16 of the failure to register the call.
Further, when the notification unit 27 receives from the remote monitoring device 14 information indicating that the registration of the call for which the output unit 24 has output a request has failed because the elevator 2 is out of service, the notification unit 27 The information is notified to the dormancy information system 16 .
With such a configuration, the suspension information system 16 is notified of information according to the success or failure of the registration of the call for the elevator 2. If it is determined that the call registration has failed due to a signal timeout, the pause information system 16 is notified of information indicative of the call registration failure. As a result, information indicating that the elevator 2 is in a state in which call registration through the call registration system 19 is not possible is aggregated in the suspension information system 16 . The information collected in the hibernation information system 16 may be obtainable from the user by voluntarily operating the mobile terminal 12 in the same way as the hibernation information. In addition, when failure of call registration due to suspension of the elevator 2 is determined by a signal, suspension information of the elevator 2 is notified to the suspension information system 16 . This enables the suspension information system 16 to quickly acquire the suspension information of the elevator 2 when the suspension information of the elevator 2 has not yet been registered in the suspension information system 16 .
