Abstract

本发明涉及一次性尿片，其腰围部分外侧有布的触摸感，同时提高与大腿周围的密切接触性。一次性尿片1的里面层3由覆盖尿片1里面全部的塑料薄膜21，以及与该塑料薄膜21的外面接合、分别覆盖该塑料薄膜的前后腰围部分6、7，在大腿间部分8前后相互分开的一对无纺布22、23构成。

Description

一次性尿片
本发明是关于一次性尿片的发明。
采用聚乙烯薄膜等不透水的塑料薄膜作一次性尿片的不透水里面层是历来众所周知的惯用技术。日本特开平3-86159号公报公开了一种将塑料薄膜与接合于其外面的无纺布构成的复合层作里面层的技术。
对于上述以塑料薄膜作里面层的公知尿片，有许多消费者不喜欢塑料薄膜特有的触摸感。上述公知技术所说的在塑料薄膜的外面覆以无纺布的复合层使尿片外面产生象布一样的触摸感，解决了塑料薄膜特有的问题。但是，里面层采用了这种复合层，与只用塑料薄膜相比，其刚性提高了，因腰围与大腿周围的弹性部件收缩而产生收拢时，空隙就变大了。如大腿周围的收拢空隙变大，换句话说就是大腿周围不能形成细小的空隙，那么尿片在大腿周围的密切接触性能就下降了，造构成了体液从大腿周围漏出的原因之一。
因此，本发明以改善一次性尿片前后腰围的触摸感，同时提高其在大腿周围的密切接触性为课题。
为了解决上述课题，本发明以一种由透水表面层，不透水里面层，以及装在该两层之间的吸水芯构成的，具有前腰围部分，后腰围部分，以及位于该两个腰围部分之间的大腿间部分，在上述大腿间部分的左右两侧靠大腿边缘具有弹性伸缩部件的一次性尿片为前提。
在上述前提下，本发明的特征是由不透水的塑料薄膜，以及与上述前后腰围部分的上述塑料薄膜的外面分别接合、在上述大腿间部分相互分开的一对热塑性合成纤维无纺布构成。
下面，参照附图对本发明的一次性尿片进行详细说明。
图1为一次性尿片的部分断裂平面图。
图1以部分断裂平面图表示的尿片1由接触肌肤侧的表面层2，不接触肌肤侧的里面层3，以及装在该两层2、3之间的吸水芯4构成，具有前腰围部分6，后腰围部分7，以及位于该两个腰围部分6、7之间的大腿间部分8。表面层、里面层2、3在吸水芯4四周延伸出来的部分接合，形成前后腰围端缘部10、11，前后腰围侧缘部12、13，以及大腿间侧缘部14，该大腿间侧缘部14向尿片的内侧方弯曲以能贴住穿用者的大腿。在前后腰围端缘部10、11与大腿间侧缘部14，表面层、里面层2、3之间有腰围弹性部件16、17与大腿周围弹性部件18，在伸长状态下与里面层、表面层2、3的里面接合。能与前腰围侧缘部12接合、脱开的搭扣带19从左右后腰围侧缘部13伸出。
表面层2采用透水性的无纺布或透水性的开孔塑料薄膜。
里面层3由覆盖尿片1全部里面侧的不透水或透气不透水的塑料薄膜21，与该塑料薄膜21的前腰围部分实质上形状相同、大小相同、并与其接合成一体的无纺布22，与塑料薄膜21的后腰围部分实质上形状相同、大小相同、并与其接合成一体的无纺布23构成。
在这种尿片1的里面层3，穿用者或其母亲的手接触机会最多的前后腰围部分6、7，其最外侧为无纺布22、23，能产生布的触摸感。手接触机会较少的大腿间部分8没有无纺布22、23，仅由塑料薄膜21构成。由于此处没有无纺布22、23，里面层3的刚性就降低了。这样，弹性部件18收缩时，在大腿间侧缘部14就产生较小的空隙，尿片1与大腿的密切接触性得到提高。无纺布22与23在尿片前后方向相距的尺寸最好是在尿片伸展状态下在100-500mm的范围内，成人用的尿片可用更大的相距尺寸。无纺布22、23与塑料薄膜21的接合，同尿片1的其他部件的接合一样，可以采用热融性粘结剂等粘结剂，也可以采用热融接技术。无纺布22与23的大小、外形可以相同，也可以不同。
本发明的尿片因为其里面层由塑料薄膜与另外两块无纺布构成，各由一块无纺布将前后腰围部分覆盖，同时这两块无纺布在大腿间部分前后方向相距一定距离，所以在前后腰围部分的外侧产生布的触摸感，大腿间部分容易与大腿四周密切接触，产生很小的空隙。

Claims (1)

1.一种由透水表面层，不透水里面层，以及装在该两层之间的吸水芯构成的，具有前腰围部分，后腰围部分，以及位于该两个腰围部分之间的大腿间部分，在上述大腿间部分的左右两侧靠大腿边缘具有弹性伸缩部件的一次性尿片，其特征是上述的里面层由不透水的塑料薄膜，以及与上述前后腰围部分的上述塑料薄膜的外面分别接合、在上述大腿间部分相互分开的一对热塑性合成纤维无纺布构成。
