本发明公开了密封式增压浮动滚轴,轴芯和轴瓦之间存在联动的安装机构,轴芯的外壁上沿水平轴向对称开两条长槽,轴芯的外圆周壁上垂直于轴向对称开两条圆槽,此圆槽在水平轴向处断开形成两个半月槽,与长槽贯通的半月槽为半月环安装槽,与长槽断开的半月槽为定限位板安装槽,与半月环安装槽同侧的轴芯的外壁上开注油孔;在轴芯上位于轴瓦的两端分别通过油封安装圆型定位圈,增压油管通过注油孔向增压腔内注入增压润滑油,常压腔内注入常压润滑油,整体形成密封式增压浮动滚轴。本发明降低轴芯和轴瓦的摩擦系数,减小功率消耗,使其更适用于重载时。

本发明涉及滚轴,具体涉及密封式增压浮动滚轴。
背景技术
众所周知,滚轴的应用领域非常广泛,其结构主要由轴芯和轴瓦构成;自滚轴问世以来,轴芯和轴瓦之间为滑动接触,其滑动接触面积较大,导致轴芯和轴瓦的摩擦系数较大,通常在1/25-1/30之间,那么在重载情况下,消耗功率会更多;比如应用于火车时,当火车运行时轮与轴之间摩擦系数达1/25,一方面能耗较高,另一方面不利于提速增效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:设计一种密封式增压浮动滚轴,降低轴芯和轴瓦的摩擦系数,减小功率消耗,使其更适用于重载时。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该浮动滚轴包括轴芯和轴瓦,轴瓦套装在轴芯外,其特征是:轴芯和轴瓦之间存在联动的安装机构,所述的安装机构包括:四片定位密封半月环,二片一字径向板,二只树叉式长簧,四只短簧,二片半月型定限位板,二只圆型定位圈,二只油封,一根增压油管;轴芯的外壁上沿水平轴向对称开两条长槽,轴芯的外圆周壁上垂直于轴向对称开两条圆槽,此圆槽在水平轴向处断开形成两个半月槽,与长槽贯通的半月槽为半月环安装槽,与长槽断开的半月槽为定限位板安装槽,与半月环安装槽同侧的轴芯的外壁上开注油孔;长槽内通过树叉式长簧安装一字径向板,半月环安装槽内两边分别安装二片定位密封半月环,两片定位密封半月环错开叠装并在各自一端通过短簧卡合在一字径向板上,定限位板安装槽内过盈压入或焊接方式硬性安装半月型定限位板,正圆状态时负10丝,轴瓦经定位密封半月环、一字径向板、半月型定限位板套装在轴芯外,在轴芯上位于轴瓦的两端分别通过油封安装圆型定位圈,在轴芯和轴瓦之间通过定位密封半月环、一字径向板形成增压腔,增压油管通过注油孔向增压腔内注入增压润滑油,在轴芯和轴瓦之间通过半月型定限位板形成常压腔,常压腔内注入常压润滑油,整体形成密封式增压浮动滚轴。
更进一步的设计是,定位密封半月环的面向半月环安装槽的壁面上开一组倒V槽。
更进一步的设计是,一字径向板上设坡度。
本发明的优点是:
1、结构设计合理,减小了硬性接触面积,形成浮动式接触,降低摩擦系数,减少功率消耗,使其更适用于重载。
2、定位密封半月环的面向半月环安装槽的壁面上开一组倒V槽。倒V槽增加了定位密封半月环的弹性。
3、一字径向板上设坡度,坡度使密封面更贴合。

如图1-图20所示,该浮动滚轴包括轴芯1和轴瓦2,轴瓦2套装在轴芯1外,其特征是:轴芯1和轴瓦2之间存在联动的安装机构,所述的安装机构包括:四片定位密封半月环3,二片一字径向板4,二只树叉式长簧5,4只短簧6,二片半月型定限位板7,二只圆型定位圈8,二只油封9,一根增压油管10;轴芯1的外壁上沿水平轴向对称开两条长槽11,轴芯1的外圆周壁上垂直于轴向对称开两条圆槽,此圆槽在水平轴向处断开形成两个半月槽,与长槽11贯通的半月槽为半月环安装槽12,与长槽11断开的半月槽为定限位板安装槽13,与半月环安装槽12同侧的轴芯1的外壁上开注油孔14;长槽11内通过树叉式长簧5安装一字径向板4,半月环安装槽12内两边分别安装二片定位密封半月环3,两片定位密封半月环3错开叠装并在各自一端通过短簧6卡合在一字径向板4上,定限位板安装槽13内过盈压入或焊接方式硬性安装半月型定限位板7,正圆状态时负10丝,轴瓦2经定位密封半月环3、一字径向板4、半月型定限位板7套装在轴芯1外,在轴芯1上位于轴瓦2的两端分别通过油封9安装圆型定位圈8,在轴芯1和轴瓦2之间通过定位密封半月环3、一字径向板4形成增压腔,增压油管10通过注油孔14向增压腔内注入增压润滑油,在轴芯1和轴瓦2之间通过半月型定限位板7形成常压腔,常压腔内注入常压润滑油,整体形成密封式增压浮动滚轴。
更进一步的设计是,定位密封半月环3的面向半月环安装槽12的壁面上开一组倒V槽。
更进一步的设计是,一字径向板4上设坡度。
