Then, a motor switch of a driving motor 4 is moved on an electric cabinet 35 of the polishing spraying rolling brush device to enable a driving wheel to rotate, and the frame body 1 is driven to walk forwards or backwards; the first polishing motor 14 and the second polishing motor 55 are simultaneously turned on, and the polishing brush 13 rotates to polish the bottom plate, the side plate and the wing plate of the steel template 37.
The pressurizing pump 6 and the electromagnetic valve 7 are switched on and off to enable the release agent in the release agent box 5 to squeeze the release agent to the spray head 29 along the liquid delivery pipe group 28, the release agent is uniformly sprayed on the inner surface of the steel molding plate 37 through the spray head 29, and meanwhile, the rolling brush 15 arranged at the rear end uniformly brushes the sprayed release agent on the surface of the steel molding plate 37 along with the running of the whole device.
When the whole device of the invention walks, the scraping plate device at the bottom of the frame body 1 scrapes off residues brushed off by the polishing device under the pressure of the spring tube 17, and the bottom of the baffle plate is slightly lower than the scraping plate, so that the residues are scraped off again and are taken out of the box body of the steel template.
