Description

Mosquito-repellent incense liquid and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mosquito-repellent incense liquid, and particularly relates to a mosquito-repellent incense liquid and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Summer is a season of growing mosquitoes, in which Aedes albopictus is a vehicle for the transmission of various mosquito-borne infectious diseases such as dengue fever, zika virus diseases, chikungunya fever and the like. When the temperature is proper, the larvae of the Aedes albopictus can grow in various container water accumulation in rural and urban environments, and the activities such as outdoor work, leisure, travel, sports and the like of residents are affected. In order to prevent the mosquito from being bitten by Aedes albopictus, mosquito-repellent incense liquid becomes a necessary sanitary protection article for residents. The mosquito-repellent incense liquid in the current market mainly uses solvent oil as a solvent, pyrethroid medicines as mosquito-repellent components, essence, auxiliary agents and the like, and the medicines and the solvent oil are volatilized in a synergic manner through a heating mode of a mosquito-repellent incense device, so that a mosquito-repellent effect is generated. However, the solvent oil is a carbon-containing organic compound and is not renewable, and the use of the solvent oil as a solvent is not environment-friendly and wastes resources; at present, some water-based mosquito-repellent incense liquid without solvent oil is in the industry, but the components of the mosquito-repellent incense liquid and water can form a microemulsion system, so that the water content in the water-based mosquito-repellent incense liquid is generally about 50%, and more water cannot be added, so that the problem of excessive addition of organic solvents still exists.
In summary, it is urgent to develop a water-based mosquito-repellent incense liquid with high water content.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the mosquito-repellent incense liquid, the preparation method and the application thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the moisture content of the mosquito-repellent incense liquid is obviously improved, and the product is more environment-friendly.
According to the mosquito-repellent incense liquid of the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, the preparation raw materials of the mosquito-repellent incense liquid comprise: water-soluble drugs and synergists;

the synergist comprises at least one of diethyl maleate, rose hydrosol, lavender hydrosol, chamomile hydrosol, peppermint hydrosol, citronella hydrosol and mugwort hydrosol
The mosquito-repellent incense liquid provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
the mosquito-repellent incense liquid adopts the synergistic effect of the water-soluble medicine and the water-soluble synergist, realizes the improvement of the water solubility of the mosquito-repellent incense liquid under the condition that other solubilizers and cosolvents are not required to be additionally added, and forms small molecules after volatilizing to the space, so that the effective components and the synergist can be accelerated to penetrate the insect epidermis more quickly, the metabolic enzymes of mosquitoes are inhibited, and the killing effect is improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the mosquito-repellent incense liquid further comprises: a bactericide.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the germicide comprises at least one of glutaraldehyde and cinnamon extract.
According to the mosquito-repellent incense liquid, the bactericide is added, so that not only can air bacteria be killed, but also a synergistic effect can be generated with other components in the mosquito-repellent incense liquid, and the mosquito-repellent effect is improved. The main reason is that the sterilization component can effectively kill the microorganisms of the mosquitoes, including harmful and beneficial microorganisms, so as to destroy the balance in the bodies of the mosquitoes; secondly, as the small molecules are formed after volatilizing into space, the effective components and the synergistic agent can be accelerated to penetrate the insect epidermis more rapidly.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the mosquito-repellent incense liquid further comprises: volatilizing the regulator.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the volatility regulator comprises: at least one of methyl pyrrolidone and ethyl pyrrolidone.
Because the vapor pressure of water is higher, and the vapor pressure of the pharmaceutical ingredient is lower. The volatility and the synchronism of the two are greatly different, and if the two are directly used, only water is volatilized, and the medicine is not volatilized. Therefore, the water-soluble volatilization regulator is newly added, and the vapor pressure of the water-soluble volatilization regulator is between that of water and the medicine, so that the water-soluble volatilization regulator plays a role of linking and binding in the volatilization process, and the medicine and the water are volatilized synchronously. Meanwhile, as the active ingredients and the synergistic agent are volatilized to form small molecules, the effective ingredients and the synergistic agent can be accelerated to penetrate the insect epidermis more rapidly.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the mosquito-repellent incense liquid further comprises: and (3) water.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the water-soluble drug is 0.5-8 parts by weight and the water is 85-98.9 parts by weight.
The invention solves the technical problem that water-based mosquito liquid cannot be added with more water, and after the water content is adjusted, the water content can be improved to more than 85%, and the product is more green and environment-friendly and has better smell.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the water-soluble drug is 0.5-8 parts and the synergist is 0.5-6 parts.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the water-soluble drug is 0.5-8 parts by weight and the bactericide is 0.1-1 part by weight.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the water-soluble drug is 0.5-8 parts by weight and the volatility regulator is 0.5-4 parts by weight.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the mosquito liquid further comprises a core rod.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the mandrel comprises at least one of a ceramic mandrel and a fiber mandrel.
The core rod is not changed when meeting water, and is suitable for the mosquito-repellent incense liquid.

According to some preferred embodiments of the invention, the diameter of the mandrel is 7mm.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the length of the mandrel is 60-90mm.
According to some preferred embodiments of the invention, the length of the mandrel is 81mm.
In addition, the invention realizes the adjustment of the heat radiation area and the integral volatilization amount by controlling the adjustment of the diameter and the length of the core rod, thereby ensuring that the volatilization amount of mosquito-repellent incense liquid meets the requirement.
According to a second aspect of the invention, a method for preparing mosquito-repellent incense liquid comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials for preparing the mosquito-repellent incense liquid.
According to the water-based mosquito-repellent incense liquid of the embodiment of the third aspect of the invention, the preparation raw materials of the water-based mosquito-repellent incense liquid comprise the mosquito-repellent incense liquid.

/>
Figure BDA0004048853130000061
As is clear from Table 1, in comparative example 1, comparative example 2 contained a component which was not water-soluble, and resulted in cloudiness of the mosquito-repellent incense liquid, as compared with example 1; comparative example 3 and example 1 did not add glutaraldehyde, resulting in a significant decrease in the bacterial kill rate and mosquito knockdown rate of the mosquito repellent liquid of comparative example 3.
