Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,包括竖直的卸料管,卸料管上端为物料入口、下端为物料出口,卸料管上端设有与油罐出口适配的法兰盘,卸料管下端的外壁上连接有圆台形的密封套,密封套小头朝下、大头朝上;密封套上方的卸料管上套设有集气盒,集气盒顶部和底部与卸料管密封连接;位于集气盒内的卸料管管壁上设有泄压口,泄压口连通卸料管管腔和集气盒内腔;集气盒的顶部设有出气口,出气口上连接有排气管。本发明在油罐出口上连接卸料嘴,油罐卸料时,储料桶内的废气通过排气管进入UV光解净化装置,有效解决了原有油罐卸料时,废气飘散在空气中污染环境且影响操作人员正常工作的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于储油设备技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置。
背景技术
目前固定油罐向储料桶内注入油料主要有两种方式,第一种储料桶顶部设有两个开口,一个为进料口另一个为排气口,进料时打开两个开口,油罐卸料口通过管道密封连接储料桶的进料口,油罐内的物料通过管道进入储料桶内,储料桶内的空气通过排气口排出,平衡储料桶内的气压。第二种储料桶顶部设有一个进料口,进料时,油罐卸料口通过管道连接储料桶的进料口,管道与进料口之间留有间隙,油罐内的物料通过管道进入储料桶内,储料桶内的空气通过间隙排出,平衡储料桶内的气压。
以上两种方式均存在同样一个问题,输送油料时产生的废气直接排入空气中,不仅影响环境空气质量,而且废气弥散在空气中影响工作人员正常的油料输送作业,影响工作人员身体健康。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,目的在于解决现有油罐卸料过程中废气直接排入空气,存在污染的问题。
为此,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,包括竖直的卸料管,卸料管上端为物料入口、下端为物料出口,卸料管上端设有与油罐出口适配的法兰盘,卸料管下端的外壁上连接有圆台形的密封套,密封套小头朝下、大头朝上;
密封套上方的卸料管上套设有集气盒,集气盒顶部和底部与卸料管密封连接;位于集气盒内的卸料管管壁上设有泄压口,泄压口连通卸料管管腔和集气盒内腔;
集气盒的顶部设有出气口,出气口上连接有排气管。
进一步地,所述排气管远端连接至废气净化装置。
进一步地,所述废气净化装置为UV光解净化装置。
进一步地,所述集气盒呈锥形,小头朝下大头朝上。
进一步地,所述密封套为有机材质。
本发明在油罐出口上连接卸料嘴,油罐卸料时,储料桶内的废气通过排气管进入UV光解净化装置,有效解决了原有油罐卸料时,废气飘散在空气中污染环境且影响操作人员正常工作的问题;本发明的密封套呈圆台形,可有效密封储料桶进料口,防止废气外泄;本发明结构简单,方便对原有油罐出料口进行改造,改造成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1~3所示,一种环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,包括竖直的卸料管1,卸料管1上端为物料入口、下端为物料出口。卸料管1上端设有与油罐出口适配的法兰盘2,卸料管1上的法兰盘2与油罐出口上的法兰盘2通过螺栓固定连接。
卸料管1下端的外壁上连接有圆台形的密封套3,密封套3小头朝下、大头朝上,密封套3为橡胶材质。密封套3小头的直径小于小规格储料桶进料口直径,密封套3大头大于大规格储料桶进料口直径,使密封套3可套接至各种规格的储料桶进料口上。
密封套3上方的卸料管1上套设有集气盒4,集气盒4呈锥形,小头朝下大头朝上。集气盒4顶部和底部与卸料管1通过焊接密封连接,位于集气盒4内的卸料管1管壁上设有泄压口5,泄压口5连通卸料管1管腔和集气盒4内腔。为了防止油料积存集气盒4内,泄压口5下沿与集气盒4下沿平齐,且集气盒4底部呈倾斜状,使集气盒4内积存的油料可回流至卸料管1内。集气盒4的顶部设有出气口,出气口上连接有排气管6,排气管6远端连接至废气净化装置,废气净化装置为UV光解净化装置。
本发明的使用方法如下:
使用时,将该卸料嘴通过法兰盘2连接至油罐卸料口下端,将排气管6远端连接至UV光解装置,在排气管6上连接抽风机。使用时将储料桶放至油罐卸料口正下方,并将密封套3嵌入储料桶的进料口中,密封套3四周与进料口紧密镶嵌,对进料口进行密封。
然后打开油罐卸料口上的阀门向储料桶内输入油料,储料桶内的空气通过卸料管1、泄压口5进入集气盒4内,再经过排气管6进入UV光解装置中分解。

1.一种环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,其特征在于,包括竖直的卸料管(1),卸料管(1)上端为物料入口、下端为物料出口,卸料管(1)上端设有与油罐出口适配的法兰盘(2),卸料管(1)下端的外壁上连接有圆台形的密封套(3),密封套(3)小头朝下、大头朝上;
密封套(3)上方的卸料管(1)上套设有集气盒(4),集气盒(4)顶部和底部与卸料管(1)密封连接;位于集气盒(4)内的卸料管(1)管壁上设有泄压口(5),泄压口(5)连通卸料管(1)管腔和集气盒(4)内腔;
集气盒(4)的顶部设有出气口,出气口上连接有排气管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,其特征在于,所述排气管(6)远端连接至废气净化装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,其特征在于,所述废气净化装置为UV光解净化装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,其特征在于,所述集气盒(4)呈锥形,小头朝下大头朝上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型油罐废气收集式卸料装置,其特征在于,所述密封套(3)为有机材质。
