When the workpiece needs to be polished externally, the clamping jaw assembly 206 moves the workpiece to the movable roller III 2031 through the electric linear guide rail 207, then the motor II 2033 is started, the motor II 2033 drives the movable roller III 2031 to rotate, meanwhile, the cylinder V2035 is started, the cylinder V2035 is clamped through the movable base 2032, meanwhile, the movable base 2032 is movably arranged on the cylinder V2035, the workpiece can rotate along with the movable roller III 2031, meanwhile, the motor III 2039 and the cylinder VI 20310 are started, the motor III 2039 drives the outer diameter polishing roller 2034 to rotate, the cylinder VI 20310 drives the outer diameter polishing roller 2034 to move downwards, so that the outer diameter polishing roller 2034 polishes the outside of the workpiece, and meanwhile, the outer diameter polishing roller 2034 can be driven to move back and forth through the manual control screw 2037, so that the external polishing position of the workpiece can be controlled.
The groove grinding assembly 205 is similar in structure to the through hole grinding assembly 202 except that the through hole grinding bar 2028 is different and the groove grinding assembly 205 contains a short cylindrical grinding bar so that the parts of the cylindrical groove that are not internally through holes can be internally ground.
Namely, the groove polishing assembly 205 comprises a second electric lead screw 2026 installed on the frame 201, a first motor 2027 installed on the second electric lead screw 2026, a main belt pulley 20210 is installed on the first motor 2027, a short cylindrical polishing rod is installed on a polishing rod fixing seat 2029, the polishing rod fixing seat 2029 is movably installed on the second electric lead screw 2026, one end of the polishing rod fixing seat 2029 far away from the short cylindrical polishing rod is provided with a secondary belt pulley 20211, the secondary belt pulley 20211 is in transmission connection with the main belt pulley 20210 through a belt 20212, two ends of two movable rollers 2025 are respectively movably installed on a second fixed plate 2022 and a first fixed plate 2021, meanwhile, a through hole is formed in the position of the second fixed plate 2022 corresponding to the short cylindrical polishing rod, and when the second electric lead screw 2026 is started, the short cylindrical polishing rod penetrates through the second fixed plate 2022, so that the short cylindrical polishing rod is placed above the movable roller two 2025; the fourth cylinder 2024 is mounted on the second fixing plate 2022 through a cylinder seat, meanwhile, the fourth cylinder 2024 is located above the second movable roller 2025, and a clamping block is mounted on the fourth cylinder 2024.
The shaped hole grinding assembly 204 is similar in structure to the through hole grinding assembly 202 except that the through hole grinding rod 2028 is different, please refer to fig. 6 with emphasis on the shaped hole grinding assembly 204 includes a shaped hole grinding rod 2041, so that the shaped hole grinding assembly can be used for internal grinding of parts with stepped internal through holes inside.
The special-shaped hole polishing assembly 204 comprises a second electric screw rod 2026 installed on the frame 201, a first motor 2027 installed on the second electric screw rod 2026, a main belt pulley 20210 is installed on the first motor 2027, a special-shaped hole polishing rod 2041 is installed on a polishing rod fixing seat 2029, the polishing rod fixing seat 2029 is movably installed on the second electric screw rod 2026, one end of the polishing rod fixing seat 2029, which is far away from the special-shaped hole polishing rod 2041, is provided with a slave belt pulley 20211, the slave belt pulley 20211 is in transmission connection with the main belt pulley 20210 through a belt 20212, two ends of two movable rollers 2025 are respectively movably installed on a second fixed plate 2022 and a first fixed plate 2021, meanwhile, a through hole is formed in the position of the second fixed plate 2022, corresponding to the special-shaped hole polishing rod 2041, and when the second electric screw rod 2026 is started, the special-shaped hole polishing rod 2041 penetrates through the second fixed plate 2022, so that the special-shaped hole polishing rod 2041 is placed above the movable roller two 2025; the fourth cylinder 2024 is mounted on the second fixing plate 2022 through a cylinder seat, meanwhile, the fourth cylinder 2024 is located above the second movable roller 2025, and a clamping block is mounted on the fourth cylinder 2024.
The transfer rest assembly 205 includes two rest rollers movably mounted on the frame 201 between which the workpiece is placed by the jaw assembly 206 after the workpiece is polished inside and outside.
Referring to fig. 7, the clamping jaw assembly 206 includes a cylinder seven 2065 mounted on the electric linear guide 207, a first finger clamping cylinder 2061 is mounted on the cylinder seven 2065 by a movable seat 2063, the movable seat 2063 is movably mounted on the electric linear guide 207 by a linear guide 2064, and clamping jaws 2062 are mounted on both sides of the first finger clamping cylinder 2061.
The first cylinder 2065 and the first finger grip cylinder 2061 are turned on to clamp the workpiece placed on the first movable roller 112, the second movable roller 2025, or the third movable roller 2031, thereby moving the workpiece, and then the workpiece moves along with the electric linear guide 207, thereby performing the next operation.
Referring to fig. 8, the transfer device 3 includes a bracket 301 mounted on the frame 201, a Y-axis transporting device 302 mounted on the bracket 301, a Z-axis transporting device 303 mounted on the Y-axis transporting device 302, and a second finger grip cylinder 304 mounted on the Z-axis transporting device 303.
When the workpiece is positioned on the transit shelving assembly 205, the Y-axis conveying device 302, the Z-axis conveying device 303 and the second finger grip cylinder 304 are started, the workpiece is gripped by the second finger grip cylinder 304, and the workpiece is moved into the end face polishing and grinding device 4.
Referring to fig. 9, the end face polishing and grinding device 4 includes a triaxial module 401, and a grinding plate 402 mounted on the triaxial module 401 by a motor four, wherein the triaxial module 401 can drive the grinding plate 402 to move on triaxial, and the motor four drives the grinding plate 402 to rotate, so that when the workpiece is moved to the grinding plate 402 by the transfer device 3, the two end faces of the workpiece are ground by the grinding plate 402 driven by the triaxial module 401; meanwhile, the polishing piece 402 is provided with the dust guide piece 403, the dust guide piece 403 is a semi-cylindrical shell, the dust guide piece 403 is provided with the dust outlet 404, the dust collecting box 405 is located below the polishing piece 402, and when the workpiece is polished by the polishing piece 402, scrap iron falling on the workpiece falls into the dust collecting box 405 along the dust outlet 404 of the dust guide piece 403, so that cleaning of scrap iron by staff is facilitated.
Cylinder one 105, electric lead screw one 104, cylinder two 111, cylinder three 113, cylinder seven 2065, finger grip cylinder one 2061, motor one 2027, electric lead screw two 2026, cylinder four 2024, motor two 2033, cylinder five 2035, motor three 2039, cylinder six 20310, finger grip cylinder two 304, Y-axis transport 302, Z-axis transport 303, tri-axis module 401, and motor four are communicatively coupled to the control panel.
The control panel contains a PLC controller, the PLC controller can be used as a programmable numerical control system, the PLC is used as a central control system, the touch screen is used for realizing the program input and operation control of the whole machine, and the full automation of the transportation process is realized. The control system can be used as a system for connecting each execution element to move according to a logic track, and the execution elements are controlled to operate according to required operation steps through programming.
Based on the above device, the first embodiment of the invention also provides an operation method using the full-automatic metal surface polishing and grinding device, which comprises the following steps:
step one, when a workpiece enters a feeding end of a feeding device 1, the feeding device 1 intermittently feeds the workpiece into an inner and outer polishing and grinding device 2;
the inner and outer polishing and grinding device 2 can be sequentially used for internal grinding of a workpiece with a through hole inside, external grinding of a cylindrical part, internal grinding of a cylindrical groove part with a non-through hole inside and internal grinding of a part with a stepped internal through hole;
step three, when the internal and external polishing and grinding of the workpiece are finished, starting a transfer device 3, and transferring the workpiece into an end face polishing and grinding device 4 by the transfer device 3;
and step four, polishing two ends of the workpiece by the end face polishing and grinding device 4, and then repeating the steps one to three for the next workpiece.
Example two
The full-automatic metal surface polishing and grinding device disclosed in the second embodiment is identical to the first embodiment except for the operation method and the installation positions of other devices.
Based on the device, the second embodiment of the invention also provides an operation method using the full-automatic metal surface polishing and grinding device, which comprises the following steps:
step one, when a workpiece enters a feeding end of a feeding device 1, the feeding device 1 intermittently feeds the workpiece into an inner and outer polishing and grinding device 2;
the inner and outer polishing and grinding device 2 can be sequentially used for internal grinding of a workpiece with a through hole inside, external grinding of a cylindrical part, internal grinding of a cylindrical groove part with a non-through hole inside and internal grinding of a part with a stepped internal through hole;
step three, when the internal and external polishing and grinding of the workpiece are finished, starting a transfer device 3, and transferring the workpiece into an end face polishing and grinding device 4 by the transfer device 3;
step four, polishing two ends of the workpiece by an end face polishing and grinding device 4;
step five, manually taking off the workpiece from the transfer device 3, and placing the edges and corners of the workpiece on the end face polishing and grinding device 4 for grinding;
step six, repeating the steps from step one to step five for the next workpiece.
Corners or edges of the workpiece are usually required to be polished into round corners, so that damage to users during use is avoided; when the workpiece is manually taken off from the transfer device 3, the workpiece polishing angle can be flexibly converted, so that a plurality of workpiece edges can be polished.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, but it is to be understood that modifications and equivalents of some of the technical features described in the foregoing embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The full-automatic metal surface polishing and grinding device is characterized by comprising a feeding device (1), an inner and outer polishing and grinding device (2), a transferring device (3) and an end surface polishing and grinding device (4) which are sequentially arranged, wherein parts are intermittently fed into the inner and outer polishing and grinding device (2) by the feeding device (1) to be polished and ground internally and externally, and then the parts are transferred into the end surface polishing and grinding device (4) by the transferring device (3) to be polished and ground on the end surface;
inside and outside polishing grinding device (2) are including frame (201), install in frame (201) and run through electric linear guide (207) of front and back end, feed arrangement (1) are located the front end in frame (201) simultaneously, and clamping jaw subassembly (206) are installed in frame (201) through electric linear guide (207) movable mounting, install straight through hole grinding module (202), external diameter grinding module (203), recess grinding module (205), dysmorphism hole grinding module (204) and transfer in proper order in frame (201) and shelve subassembly (205).

The full-automatic metal surface polishing and grinding device according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device (1) comprises a rack (101), wherein a plurality of fixed placing plates (102) and a plurality of movable placing plates (103) are arranged in the rack (101) in a staggered manner, the fixed placing plates (102) are arranged in the rack (101), the movable placing plates (103) are arranged on a main plate, the main plate is arranged on a first cylinder (105), the first cylinder (105) is movably arranged in the rack (101) through a first electric screw (104), and meanwhile, the main plate is arranged on the first electric screw (104) through a flange (106) in cooperation with a guide post (107); the device comprises a rack (101), wherein a placing inclined plate (108) is arranged at the discharging end of the rack (101), two movable rollers I (112) are arranged at one end, far away from the rack (101), of the placing inclined plate (108), the placing inclined plate (108) is used for guiding a workpiece between the two movable rollers I (112) from the discharging end of the rack (101), two ends of the movable rollers I (112) are movably arranged on a plate, the plate is arranged on an inner polishing and outer polishing and grinding device (2), fixing seats (110) are respectively arranged on the plates at two ends through a cylinder II (111) and a cylinder III (113), and grooves (109) which are correspondingly used for moving the placing plate (103) are formed in the placing inclined plate (108); and the fixed placing plate (102) and the movable placing plate (103) are provided with a plurality of workpiece placing grooves.

The full-automatic metal surface polishing and grinding device according to claim 1, wherein the through hole grinding assembly (202) comprises a second electric screw rod (2026) installed on the frame (201), a first motor (2027) installed on the second electric screw rod (2026), a main belt pulley (20210) is installed on the first motor (2027), a through hole grinding rod (2028) is installed on a grinding rod fixing seat (2029), the grinding rod fixing seat (2029) is movably installed on the second electric screw rod (2026), a slave belt pulley (20211) is installed at one end, far away from the through hole grinding rod (2028), of the grinding rod fixing seat (2029) and the main belt pulley (20210) are in transmission connection through a belt (20212), two ends of the two movable rollers (2025) are respectively and movably installed on a second fixing plate (2022) and a first fixing plate (2021), and meanwhile a through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the through hole grinding rod (2028), of the second fixing plate (2022); the fourth air cylinder (2024) is arranged on the second fixing plate (2022) through an air cylinder fixing base (2023), meanwhile, the fourth air cylinder (2024) is located above the second movable roller (2025), and a clamping block is arranged on the fourth air cylinder (2024).

The full-automatic metal surface polishing and grinding device according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameter polishing assembly (203) comprises a motor II (2033) installed on a frame (201) through a motor base, a driving wheel is installed on the motor II (2033), a driven wheel is installed on a movable roller III (2031), the driving wheel and the driven wheel are in transmission connection, meanwhile, a movable base (2032) is movably installed on a cylinder V (2035), the movable base (2032) is respectively located right above two ends of the movable roller III (2031), the cylinder V (2035) is installed on the frame (201) through a fixing plate, meanwhile, an outer diameter polishing roller (2034) is located above the movable roller III (2031), the outer diameter polishing roller (2034) is driven to rotate through the motor III (2039), meanwhile, the motor III (2039) is installed on a fixing frame (2038), a positioning plate (2036) is movably installed on the frame (201) through a lead screw (2037), a guide shaft (20312) is installed on the fixing frame (8), the positioning plate (2036) is installed right above two ends of the movable roller III (2031), meanwhile, the outer diameter polishing roller (2034) is located above the movable roller III (2031) through a fixing plate (2031), and the guide shaft (2034) is connected with the fixing plate (20311) through a connecting rod (203) through a fixing flange (11).

s5, manually taking off the workpiece from the transfer device (3), and placing edges and corners of the workpiece on the end face polishing and grinding device (4) for grinding;
s6, repeating S1-S5 for the next workpiece.
