Example two
The invention also provides a cleaning method of the bar cleaning equipment, referring to fig. 1-13, comprising the following steps:
step (a): the bar 100 to be cleaned is conveyed to a V-shaped carrier roller 7 at the inlet of the spray box 1, and is conveyed into the spray box 1 after being centered by the V-shaped carrier roller 7;
step (b): the bar stock 100 to be cleaned moves forward on the conveying mechanism 3 after entering the spray box 1;
step (c): when the bar 100 to be cleaned passes through the spray assembly 4 in the spray box 1, the periphery of the bar 100 is sprayed and washed by the spray header 403;
step (d): after the bar 100 sequentially passes through the spray assemblies 4, the spray heads 403 distributed in a staggered manner can spray and rinse the bar 100 without dead angles;
step (e): the bar 100 after spray flushing enters a wind spray box 2 from a spray box 1;
step (f): the bar stock 100 in the air shower box 2 passes through the air blowing groove 502, and dirt and cleaning liquid remained on the surface of the bar stock 100 on the conveying mechanism 3 are blown by the air blowing groove 502;
step (g): the sprayed and air-sprayed bar 100 is sent to the next procedure by a conveying mechanism 3;
step (h): in the spraying and air-spraying process, sewage in the spraying tank 1 and the air-spraying tank 2 is collected in the circulating water tank 601, pressurized and conveyed to the water filter group 603 for filtering by the first water pump 602, and filtered cleaning liquid is conveyed to the spraying assembly 4 by the water supply pipe 605 of the second water pump 604 for recycling.
The bar cleaning equipment has the advantages that the bar is sprayed with dirt on the surface through the spraying assembly, and then the dirt and the cleaning liquid remained on the surface of the bar are sprayed through the air spraying assembly, so that compared with the traditional manual operation high-pressure water gun, the bar cleaning equipment is higher in cleaning efficiency and better in effect.

Claims (10)
1. The bar cleaning equipment is characterized by comprising a spray box (1) and an air shower box (2) which are sequentially arranged;
a conveying mechanism (3) runs through the spraying box (1) and the air spraying box (2), and a bar (100) to be cleaned sequentially passes through the spraying of the spraying box (1) and the air spraying of the air spraying box (2) under the action of the conveying mechanism (3);
at least one group of spray assemblies (4) are arranged in the spray box (1), and dirt on the surface of the bar (100) is washed by cleaning liquid sprayed by the spray assemblies (4);
an air shower assembly (5) is arranged in the air shower box (2), and dirt and cleaning liquid remained on the surface of the bar (100) are sprayed through the air shower assembly (5);
the spray assembly (4) is further provided with a cleaning fluid circulation device (6), and cleaning fluid is collected and filtered by the cleaning fluid circulation device (6) and then is recycled by the spray assembly (4).
2. A bar cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the conveying mechanism (3) comprises two symmetrically arranged roller conveying belts (301), the two roller conveying belts (301) pass through the spraying box (1) and the air spraying box (2) along the center, and channels are formed on the spraying box (1) and the air spraying box (2) along the conveying direction of the bar (100) so that the roller conveying belts (301) lift the bar (100) to pass through in sequence;
the distance between the two roller conveyor belts (301) is smaller than the diameter of the bar (100), and the two roller conveyor belts are inclined downwards, so that the gravity center of the bar (100) is downwards, and the bar moves along a straight line between the two roller conveyor belts (301);
the spraying assembly (4) is perpendicular to the length direction of the roller conveying belt (301), and the spraying assembly (4) cuts off the roller conveying belt (301), so that the bar (100) is in non-contact with the roller conveying belt (301) when passing through the spraying assembly (4), and the bar (100) is sprayed and washed in all directions.
3. A bar cleaning device according to claim 2, characterized in that a V-shaped carrier roller (7) is arranged at the inlet of the spray box (1), two ends of the V-shaped carrier roller (7) are rotatably connected with the spray box (1) through bearing blocks, and the bar (100) is lifted by the V-shaped carrier roller (7) to enter the spray box (1).

A bar cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spray assembly (4) comprises a spray frame (401), a spray zone (402) is provided in the center of the spray frame (401), and a plurality of spray heads (403) are uniformly mounted on the spray frame (401) around the spray zone (402), and the plurality of spray heads (403) face the center, so that the bar (100) passing through the spray heads (403) is sprayed and rinsed.
5. A bar cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein at least two groups of spraying assemblies (4) are arranged, the spraying assemblies (4) are arranged in parallel at intervals, the spraying areas (402) are regular dodecagons, six spraying heads (403) are uniformly arranged on each spraying frame (401), and the spraying heads (403) of two adjacent groups of spraying assemblies (4) are distributed in a staggered manner;
the spray frame (401) is further provided with at least one water inlet (403), one end of the water inlet (403) is connected with the cleaning liquid circulating device (6) through a pipeline, and the other end of the water inlet is connected with each spray header (403) through an internal flow passage (404) of the spray frame (401).

A bar cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the air shower assembly (5) comprises a U-shaped air shower pipe (501), one end of the U-shaped air shower pipe (501) is connected with a fan, and the other end is connected with a plurality of air blowing grooves (502); the blowing grooves (502) extend into the air shower box (2), and the blowing grooves (502) are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the conveying mechanism (3), so that residual dirt and cleaning liquid on the surface of the bar stock (100) on the conveying mechanism (3) are blown.
7. A bar cleaning apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the air shower box (2) is covered with a water curtain paper.

A bar cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning solution circulation device (6) comprises a circulation water tank (601), the inlet of the circulation water tank (601) is connected with the spray tank (1) and the air shower tank (2) through pipelines, and is used for receiving cleaned sewage, and the outlet is sequentially connected with a first water pump (602), a filter group (603) and a second water pump (604); the sewage in the circulating water tank (601) enters the water filter group (603) for filtering after being pressurized by the first water pump (602), and the filtered cleaning fluid is conveyed to the spraying assembly (4) through the water supply pipe (605) of the second water pump (604).
9. A bar cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the water filter group (603) is formed by two water filters in series, with a filtering precision of 250 μm and 50 μm respectively.
10. A method of cleaning a bar stock cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
step (a): the bar stock (100) to be cleaned is conveyed to a V-shaped carrier roller (7) at the inlet of a spray box (1), and is conveyed into the spray box (1) after being centered by the V-shaped carrier roller (7);
step (b): the bar (100) to be cleaned moves forwards on the conveying mechanism (3) after entering the spray box (1);
step (c): when a bar (100) to be cleaned passes through a spray assembly (4) in a spray box (1), the periphery of the bar (100) is sprayed and washed by a spray header (403);
step (d): after the bar (100) sequentially passes through the spray assemblies (4), the spray heads (403) which are distributed in a staggered way can spray and rinse the bar (100) without dead angles;
step (e): the bar (100) after spray flushing enters a wind spraying box (2) from a spray box (1);
step (f): the bar stock (100) in the air shower box (2) passes through the air blowing groove (502), and dirt and cleaning liquid remained on the surface of the bar stock (100) on the conveying mechanism (3) are blown by the air blowing groove (502);
step (g): the sprayed and air-sprayed bar stock (100) is sent to the next working procedure by a conveying mechanism (3);
step (h): in the spraying and air-spraying process, sewage in the spraying box (1) and the air-spraying box (2) is collected in the circulating water tank (601), then is conveyed to the water filter group (603) for filtration under pressure through the first water pump (602), and the filtered cleaning liquid is conveyed to the spraying assembly (4) through the water supply pipe (605) of the second water pump (604) for recycling.
