Abstract
一种发光面板(01)及其制备方法、电子设备,涉及显示技术领域,用于改善制作发光面板(01)的过程中转移LED芯片次数多以及LED芯片易损伤的问题。该发光面板(01)的制备方法包括:将发光二极管LED外延薄膜(8)转移至目标基板(1)上;LED外延薄膜(8)包括依次层叠设置的第一半导体薄膜(81)、发光薄膜(82)和第二半导体薄膜(83);第一半导体薄膜(81)和第二半导体薄膜(83)的掺杂类型不同;对LED外延薄膜(8)进行构图,形成多个LED晶粒(2);LED晶粒(2)包括依次层叠设置在目标基板(1)上的第一半导体层(21)、发光层(22)和第二半导体层(23)。可以用于制作micro LED显示面板。
