本发明公开了一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,包括壳体,所述壳体内设置有分隔部,所述分隔部将所述壳体分隔成两个腔室,一个腔室为连接部,另一个腔室为储藏部,所述储藏部用于容纳物料,所述储藏部的开口处连接有第一密封部,撕开薄膜,将壳体内部的物料倒入水杯中,也可以不撕开薄膜,将连接部与瓶口拧紧,瓶口顶断分隔部,物料从分隔部与壳体之间的间隙落入瓶中,具有两种开封方式,物料存放在密封壳体的储藏部,容量为一次需要补充的量,服用时再打开,避免了桶装的物料因开封后,导致保质期缩短的问题,连接部和储藏部处的密封部,对壳体起到防尘的作用,壳体不需要额外的包装,即可实现储藏物料和防尘的作用,成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及容器技术领域,具体涉及一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器。
背景技术
现有的方案中也有密封盖中存储有物料的技术,但是其打开方式,仍然是外部作用力打开然后倒入瓶内溶解、浸泡,由此可见,其从存储、打开、物料进入瓶内的步骤都是孤立非连续的,这样处理方式,一方面操作多步,另一方面受物料打开方式,或将物料倒入瓶内受倒入角度,或现场环境如风速等影响,物料容易洒落。
现有技术中提供的胶囊包装容器有两种方式,一种是胶囊与瓶身分离,胶囊可以独立的携带,但是这类胶囊使用时,只能从上向下打开胶囊,开封方式单一,另一种是胶囊和瓶身一体的设计,此类胶囊和瓶身是一起销售,胶囊只能适合单一的瓶身使用,并且使用时,需要将胶囊底部的封膜撕掉,缺少一种独立设计的胶囊包装容器,既能够与瓶身连接后从底部开封,也能从顶部开封将内部的物料倒出的胶囊包装容器,用于解决产品开封方式单一的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,包括壳体,所述壳体内设置有分隔部,所述分隔部将所述壳体分隔成两个腔室,一个腔室为连接部,另一个腔室为储藏部,所述储藏部用于容纳物料,所述储藏部的开口处连接有第一密封部。
优选的:所述分隔部用以在所述连接部与瓶口连接时,由所述瓶口持续向所述分隔部施加压力以使所述分隔部与所述壳体内壁分离。
优选的:所述第一密封部为薄膜,薄膜用于密封储藏部,薄膜不限于铝膜,还可以是塑料膜。
优选的:所述连接部的底部于远离所述储藏部的一端设置有一第二密封部;第二密封部可以为薄膜或者盖体等任何具有密封作用的结构,例如铝膜。
优选的:所述连接部内壁设置有旋紧结构,优选的,旋紧结构为螺纹结构,用于与瓶口连接。
优选的:所述分隔部与壳体一体成型,分隔部与壳体内径相适配,分隔部在由下向上的外力作用下可与壳体内壁断开。
优选的:所述分隔部外缘与壳体内壁连接处设置有加厚区,加厚区与壳体始终保持连接。
优选的:所述分隔部以水平或倾斜方向设置在壳体内。
优选的:所述分隔部底部与瓶口接触区设置有突起部,优选的,所述突起部为凸台、凸点或菱角或其他任何可以顶破分隔部,使得储藏部的物料可以落入瓶口中的结构。
优选的:所述壳体与分隔部连接处设置有止漏区,止漏区用于卡接在瓶口处,优选的,所述止漏区为止漏环。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、本发明使用时,撕开第一密封部,将壳体内部的物料倒入杯体中,也可以不撕开第一密封部,将连接部与瓶口拧紧,瓶口顶断分隔部,物料从分隔部与壳体之间的间隙落入瓶中,具有两种开封方式;所述杯体为任何盛纳液体的器皿,例如杯体、罐体、碗体等。
2、本发明中,物料存放在壳体的储藏部,容量为一次需要补充的量,使用时通过两种开封方式中的任一种来获取物料,避免储藏部的物料因开封后,导致保质期缩短的问题。
3、本发明中,分隔部和壳体一体成型,储藏部用于储存物料,物料包括但不限于粉剂、液体或凝胶,储藏部开口处的第一密封部起到密封作用。
4、本发明中,连接部的螺纹结构与瓶口连接后,瓶口顶断分隔部,物料从分隔部与壳体之间的间隙落入瓶中,混合均匀后即可服用,减少了物料与外界的接触,保证物料的质量。
5、本发明中,连接部的第二密封部和储藏部的第一密封部,对壳体起到防尘的作用,壳体不需要额外的包装,即可实现储藏物料和防尘的作用,成本较低。
6、本发明中,在使用的过程中,止漏区贴合瓶口处,防止物料从瓶口与连接部之间处漏出,止漏环的边缘为弧形,更佳贴合瓶口外边缘,封堵的效果更佳。

请参阅图1~4,在本实施例中提供一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,包括壳体1,壳体1内设置有分隔部4,分隔部4与壳体1一体成型,分隔部4外缘与壳体1内壁连接处设置有加厚区401,分隔部4在外力作用下可与壳体1内壁断开后,加厚区401与壳体1保持连接,防止分隔部4进入瓶口中,将壳体1分隔成两个腔室,一个腔室为连接部3,连接部3的内壁设置有旋紧结构,另一个腔室为储藏部5,储藏部5用于容纳物料,物料能溶于水中,物料不限于粉剂、液体或凝胶,储藏部5的开口处连接有第一密封部2,防止灰尘进入储藏部5中。
本实施例中,我们以装有矿泉水的瓶口进行说明,连接部3对准瓶口处,拧动壳体1,连接部3的旋紧结构连接瓶口,瓶口进入壳体1中,当瓶口与分隔部4接触后,会明显感觉到阻力,再用力拧动壳体1,在瓶口挤压下,分隔部4除加厚区401以外处断开,与壳体1的内壁分离,物料沿着分隔部4与壳体1之间的间隙进入瓶口中,摇晃瓶口使物料与水充分混合,通过此方式,物料进入瓶口前后都不会与外界接触,避免物料受潮,取下壳体1,通过瓶口可直接饮用;其中,壳体1的分隔部4打开的方式通过旋转,由瓶口持续施压至分隔部4上,分隔部4与壳体1部分分离,其所需的作用力,比单纯的拧密封盖力更小,更易操作。
以下以物料为蛋白粉进行说明:
蛋白粉,采用提纯的大豆蛋白,蛋白质是保证机体健康最重要的营养素,它是维持和修复机体以及细胞生长所必需的,它不仅影响机体组织如肌肉的生长,还参与激素的产生、免疫功能的维持、其它营养物质和氧的转运以及血红蛋白的生成、血液凝结等多方面。一般脑力劳动者每天所需的蛋白质为每千克体重0.8-1.0克,从事大强度的运动员及健美爱好者的需要量则为他们的2-3倍。
现有的蛋白粉包装是桶装的,健美爱好者食用蛋白粉时,用勺子从桶中取蛋白粉,再进行冲泡,但桶装的蛋白粉开封后,需要存放在干燥的条件下,在2-6个月内服用完,并且保质期大大缩短,短期内如果没有服用完,会造成蛋白粉的浪费。
现有技术中,“维咔”密封盖饮料,是密封盖固体饮料,通过按压密封盖顶壁,即可将饮料溶剂投放到瓶口内进行饮料调兑,因需要额外提供向下的按压力才能将饮料溶剂投放到瓶口中,密封盖固体饮料需要额外的包装袋和包装盒解决产品的防尘问题,导致生产的成本较高。
上述“维咔”方案,密封盖饮料通过盖在瓶口上,通过施加按压力打开内部的隔断部,使内部的物料进入瓶内。但是这种结构存在以下问题,突出的按压装置,在运输过程中收到外部压力或产品互相挤压时,直接造成隔断部的刺破使物料直接泄漏,且打开的方式需要进行拍打施压,本容器因为储藏部5在壳体内部,壳体1外部收到挤压并不会直接作用在分割部上,能有效解决储藏部的物料泄漏的问题,且产品之间的挤压,亦不会直接触碰到分隔部上。
进一步的,储藏部5的薄膜能起到密封的作用,壳体1不需要额外的包装,即可实现储藏物料和防尘的作用,生产成本较低,撕开薄膜,将壳体1内部的物料倒入水杯中,也可以不撕开薄膜,将连接部3与瓶口拧紧,瓶口顶断分隔部4,物料从分隔部4与壳体1之间的间隙落入瓶中,具有两种开封方式。
其中,壳体1的储藏部5装入物料,壳体1可以制作成不同的尺寸,壳体1的尺寸越大,储藏部5容量越大,装入的物料越多,适合不同体重健身爱好者选用,并且装入的物料量是固定的,不会因取物料过多造成浪费,壳体1是一次性使用的,密封的储藏部5未开封时,物料处于密封状态,保质期与现有的桶装物料保质期相同,一般为12-18个月,壳体1与瓶口连接后,将分隔部4顶开,物料直接进入瓶口中与水混合。
实施例2
请参阅图5~7,在本实施例一的基础上,壳体1为第一壳体6,第一壳体6内部设置有第一分隔板8,第一分隔板8呈倾斜状,第一分隔板8边缘处设置有第一加厚区801,第一加厚区801位于第一分隔板8与壳体1最高处的接触点处,第一分隔板8将第一壳体6分隔成容纳物料的储藏腔7和连接腔9,连接腔9内壁设置有旋紧结构,第一壳体6位于储藏部5粘接有第一密封部2,第一壳体6位于连接腔9粘接有第二密封部,第一密封部和第二密封部不限于铝膜,还可以是塑料膜或其他能起到密封效果的膜,第一密封部和第二密封部防止灰尘进入第一壳体6中。
在本实施例中,撕开第二密封部,将第一壳体6的连接腔9与瓶口连接,瓶口进入第一壳体6中,先挤压第一分隔板8最低处,第一分隔板8的最低处先与第一壳体6内壁分离,随着瓶口逐渐进入第一壳体6中,第一分隔板8断开,并且第一加厚区801与第一壳体6连接,物料从第一分隔板8和第一壳体6的间隙处进入瓶口中,摇晃瓶口使物料与水充分混合,通过此方式,物料进入瓶口前后都不会与外界接触,避免物料受潮,取下第一壳体6,通过瓶口可直接饮用。
进一步的,第一密封部2和第二密封部能起到密封的作用,第一壳体6不需要额外的包装,即可实现储藏物料和防尘的作用,生产成本较低,撕开第一密封部2,将第一壳体6内部的物料倒入水杯中,也可以不撕开第一密封部2,将连接部与瓶口拧紧,瓶口顶断第一分隔板8,物料从第一分隔板8与第一壳体6之间的间隙落入瓶中,具有两种开封方式。

实施例3
请参阅图8~9,在本实施例一的基础上,壳体1为第二壳体10,第二壳体10底部外壁设置有外螺纹11,第二壳体10连接第二密封部,第二壳体10内部设置有第二分隔板12,第二分隔板12将第二壳体10分隔成储藏腔和连接腔,第二密封部除了采用薄膜封在连接部的底部外,还可以采用一密封盖的形式,具体的,密封盖与连接腔的外螺纹11配合实现密封连接,储藏腔的开口处粘接有第一密封部2,第一密封部2和密封盖防止灰尘进入第一壳体6中,第二分隔板12外缘与第二壳体10连接处设置有第二加厚区13。
在本实施例中,拧开第二壳体10底部的密封盖,将第二壳体10与瓶口连接,瓶口进入第二壳体10中,瓶口挤压第二分隔板12,第二分隔板12除第二加厚区13的其他边缘处断开,物料从第二分隔板12和第二壳体10的间隙处进入瓶口中,摇晃瓶口使物料与水充分混合。
进一步的,薄膜和密封盖能起到密封的作用,第二壳体10不需要额外的包装,即可实现储藏物料和防尘的作用,生产成本较低,撕开薄膜,将第二壳体10内部的物料倒入水杯中,也可以不撕开薄膜,将连接部与瓶口拧紧,瓶口顶断第二分隔板12,物料从第二分隔板12与第二壳体10之间的间隙落入瓶中,具有两种开封方式。

实施例4
为了进一步实现更好的断开效果,请参阅图10~13,在实施例1、2和3的基础上,壳体1为第三壳体14,第三壳体14内部设置第三分隔板15,第三分隔板15外缘与第三壳体14连接处设置有第三加厚区151,第三分隔板15底部远离第三加厚区151处设置有凸台152,使用时,凸台152处优先与瓶口发生接触从而使凸台152处的薄边先断开,旋入矿泉水上时手感更轻更省力,除了第三加厚区151外,第三分隔板15与第三壳体14连接处为止漏区153,止漏区153为止漏环,止漏区153的厚度较小,瓶口接触凸台152后,向下顶起第三分隔板15,第三分隔板15靠近凸台152处断开与第三壳体14分离,瓶口与止漏环接触,物料进入瓶中后,需要强烈上下左右晃动时,防止混合物从瓶口螺纹处溢出。
其中,第三壳体14与瓶口连接后,瓶口先挤压凸台152处,第三分隔板15靠近凸台152处的边缘先与第三壳体14分离,瓶口再继续旋进第三壳体14中,将第三分隔板15顶开,物料直接进入瓶口中与水混合。
进一步的,当瓶口顶部与止漏环接触后,止漏环贴合瓶口顶部边缘处,形成封堵的作用下,防止物料下落时,从第三壳体14与瓶口之间的间隙流出。

Claims (10)
1.一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,包括壳体(1),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)内设置有分隔部(4),所述分隔部(4)将所述壳体(1)分隔成两个腔室,一个腔室为连接部(3);
另一个腔室为储藏部(5),所述储藏部(5)的开口处连接有第一密封部(2),所述储藏部(5)用于容纳物料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述分隔部(4)用以在所述连接部(3)与瓶口连接时,由所述瓶口持续向所述分隔部(4)施加压力以使所述分隔部(4)与所述壳体(1)内壁分离。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述第一密封部(2)为薄膜,薄膜用于密封储藏部(5),薄膜不限于铝膜,还可以是塑料膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述连接部(3)的底部于远离所述储藏部(5)的一端设置有一第二密封部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述连接部(3)内壁设置有旋紧结构,优选的,所述旋紧结构为螺纹结构,用于与瓶口连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述分隔部(4)与壳体(1)一体成型,所述分隔部(4)与所述壳体(1)内径相适配,所述分隔部(4)在由下向上的外力作用下可与所述壳体(1)内壁断开。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述分隔部(4)外缘与所述壳体(1)内壁连接处设置有加厚区(401),所述加厚区(401)与所述壳体(1)始终保持连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述分隔部(4)以水平或倾斜方向设置在壳体(1)内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述分隔部(4)底部与瓶口接触区设置有突起部,优选的,所述突起部为凸台、凸点或菱角。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种自带螺口的双出口胶囊包装容器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)与分隔部(4)连接处设置有止漏区,所述止漏区用于卡接在瓶口处,优选的,所述止漏区为止漏环。
