On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the turnover structure includes a first connecting column 9 detachably connected with the first fixing plate 1, and a first operating platform 11 for turning over the first fixing plate 1, wherein one end of the first connecting column 9 is connected with a first connecting column on the lower end face and the upper end face of the first fixing plate 1 respectively, and axes of the two first connecting columns are collinear and parallel to a length direction of the pipeline. Because the first connecting column of this device is fixed on the lower terminal surface and the lower terminal surface of first fixed plate, consequently need not operating personnel when overturning first fixed plate to lift up the lower extreme of first fixed plate and can realize rotatory, more be convenient for operation use.
Example 4
On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the turnover structure further includes a second connection post 14 detachably connected with the first fixing plate 1, a second operation table 15 for turning over the first fixing plate 1, a second gear disc 18 is disposed on the second connection post 14, the second operation table 15 is connected with the first operation table 11, a second placement groove 17 is disposed between the second operation table 15 and the first operation table 11, the gear strip 13 is located on the second operation table 15 and the first operation table 11, and a second fixing member 16 for fixing the second connection post 14 is disposed on the second operation table 15.
In some embodiments, the overturning structure includes two first connecting columns 9, the two first connecting columns 9 are respectively connected at two sides of the first fixing plate 1, the two first connecting columns 9 are located on the same straight line, and the straight line where the first connecting columns 9 are located is parallel to the straight line where the pipeline is located.
In the original state, as shown in fig. 4, in use, the first and second connection posts are connected to the lower and upper end surfaces of the first fixing plate, and then the first and second operation panels are placed on the first and second connection posts, respectively. When the first fixing plate is required to be turned over towards the direction of the first connecting column, the first connecting column is fixed by the first fixing piece, the gear strip is meshed with the first gear plate and is not meshed with the second gear plate, the gear strip moves towards the direction close to the second connecting column and drives the first gear plate to rotate, and the first fixing plate is turned over towards the direction of the first connecting column, as shown in fig. 5.
When the first fixing plate needs to be folded by 90 degrees to enable the side face of the first fixing plate to be in contact with the ground, the first connecting column is fixed by the first fixing piece, the gear bar is meshed with the first gear plate and is not meshed with the second gear plate, the gear bar moves towards the direction close to the second connecting column to drive the first gear plate to rotate, the first fixing plate is folded by 90 degrees towards the direction of the first connecting column, and the side face of the first fixing plate is in contact with the ground, as shown in fig. 6.
When the first fixing plate is required to be turned over towards the direction of the second connecting column, the second connecting column is fixed by the second fixing piece, the gear strip is meshed with the second gear disc and is not meshed with the first gear disc, the gear strip moves towards the direction close to the first connecting column and drives the second gear disc to rotate, and the first fixing plate is turned over towards the direction of the second connecting column, as shown in fig. 7.
Example 5
On the basis of the embodiment, the sponge layer is arranged on the placing frame. Rubber layers are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the first fixing plate 1 and the second fixing plate 3. The lengths of the first fixing plate 1 and the second fixing plate 3 along the direction of the pipeline are more than 10 cm. The rack includes expansion plate 22 and backup pad 23, and backup pad 23 is connected with expansion plate 22's both ends, and expansion plate's interlude is flexible end, can stretch out and draw back as required.
Simultaneously, the lower extreme of second standing groove is provided with the spout, and the lower extreme of gear strip is provided with the slider, and the lower extreme of spout is passed to the one end of slider, and slider 21 is connected with the extensible member, and the extensible member includes telescopic link 20 and is used for placing telescopic link 20's sleeve pipe 19, stretches out and draws back through telescopic link 20 and drives the slider and slide in the spout, and then drives the removal of gear strip.

The pipeline transportation device convenient to dump is characterized by comprising a pipeline fixing structure, a pipeline moving structure and a turnover structure, wherein the pipeline fixing structure comprises a first fixing plate (1), a second fixing plate (3) and a pipeline clamping piece which are parallel to each other, and a pipeline is fixed between the first fixing plate (1) and the second fixing plate (3) through the pipeline clamping piece; the pipeline moving structure comprises two mutually parallel placing racks; the pipeline fixing structure is located between the two placing frames, the turnover structure enables the pipeline fixing structure to turn over, the pipeline slides onto the two placing frames through the first fixing plate (1) or the second fixing plate (3), and the placing frames are perpendicular to the pipeline.

A pipeline transportation device convenient for dumping according to claim 1, characterized in that the first fixing plate (1) is provided with at least one first chute (2), and the second fixing plate (3) is provided with at least one second chute (4) corresponding to the first chute (2); the pipeline clamping piece comprises a first adjusting rod (5) and a second adjusting rod (6) which are arranged between the first sliding groove (2) and the second sliding groove (4), two ends of the first adjusting rod (5) are respectively detachably connected with the first fixing plate (1) and the second fixing plate (3), and two ends of the second adjusting rod (6) are respectively detachably connected with the first fixing plate (1) and the second fixing plate (3); the pipeline is fixed at the positions of the first sliding groove (2) and the second sliding groove (4) by adjusting the first adjusting rod (5) and the second adjusting rod (6).

A pipeline transportation device convenient for dumping according to claim 2, characterized in that the two ends of the first adjusting rod (5) are connected with a first connecting plate (7), the two ends of the second adjusting rod (6) are connected with a second connecting plate (8), the first connecting plate (7) is detachably connected with the first fixing plate (1) or the second fixing plate (3), and the second connecting plate (8) is detachably connected with the first fixing plate (1) or the second fixing plate (3); the first adjusting rod (5) and the second adjusting rod (6) are telescopic rods with telescopic lengths.

A pipeline transportation device convenient for dumping according to claim 1, characterized in that the turnover structure comprises a first connecting column (9) detachably connected with the first fixing plate (1), a first operation table (11) for turning over the first fixing plate (1), a first gear disc (10) is arranged on the first connecting column (9), a gear strip (13) is arranged on the first operation table (11), and a first fixing piece (12) for fixing the first connecting column (9); the gear strip (13) can be meshed with the first gear disc (10), the first gear disc (10) is driven to rotate through movement of the gear strip (13), and the first gear disc (10) drives the first fixing plate (1) to rotate by taking the straight line where the first connecting column (9) is located as an axis.

The pipeline transportation device convenient to dump according to claim 4, characterized in that the overturning structure further comprises a second connecting column (14) detachably connected with the first fixing plate (1), a second operation table (15) for overturning the first fixing plate (1), a second gear disc (18) is arranged on the second connecting column (14), the second operation table (15) is connected with the first operation table (11), the gear strip (13) is positioned on the second operation table (15) and the first operation table (11), and a second fixing piece (16) for fixing the second connecting column (14) is arranged on the second operation table (15); the gear strip (13) can be meshed with the second gear disc (18), the second gear disc (18) is driven to rotate through movement of the gear strip (13), and the second gear disc (18) drives the first fixing plate (1) to rotate by taking the straight line where the second connecting column (14) is located as an axis; when the first gear disc (10) is meshed with the gear strip (13), the second gear disc (18) is not meshed with the gear strip (13); when the second gear disk (18) is engaged with the gear strip (13), the first gear disk (10) is not engaged with the gear strip (13).

A pipeline transportation device facilitating dumping according to claim 4, comprising two first connecting columns (9), wherein the two first connecting columns (9) are respectively connected to two sides of the first fixing plate (1), the two first connecting columns (9) are located on the same straight line, and the straight line where the first connecting columns (9) are located is parallel to the straight line where the pipeline is located.
7. A dumper-facilitated pipe transportation apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein the rack is provided with a sponge layer.
8. A dump-ready pipe transport device according to claim 1 wherein the flip structure has sides of the pipe-holding structure in contact with the ground when the flip structure is oriented such that the pipe-holding structure is vertical to the ground.
9. A dump-ready pipe transportation device according to claim 1, characterised in that the first and second fixing plates (1, 3) are provided with rubber layers on opposite faces.
10. A dump-ready pipe transportation device according to claim 1, characterised in that the first fixing plate (1), the second fixing plate (3) have a length in the direction of the pipe of more than 10 cm.
