本申请涉及一种资源集合的传输方法和终端。其中,该资源集合的传输方法包括:第一终端向第二终端发送传输资源集合,该传输资源集合包括的传输资源属于第一时频范围内的传输资源。本申请实施例,可以准确地确定传输资源集合的时频范围,有利于使得资源集合的发送端和接收端确定相同的时间频率范围,进而可以确定传输资源集合中的传输资源所对应的时频位置,根据传输资源集合内的传输资源进行正确的资源选取。
