本发明公开了一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,涉及到电机与控制器连接领域,包括减速器及控制器一体式壳体,所述减速器及控制器一体式壳体上方安装有PCB板,所述PCB板上具有电机开放式焊盘,电机开放式焊盘为椭圆形焊盘,椭圆形焊盘上具有椭圆形与喇叭口形结合后的开口,所述开口侧靠近PCB板边缘,开口内侧与椭圆通孔焊盘内孔边界重合,开口外侧与PCB板边缘结合,以两侧45°方向扩大开口长度便于电机线水平推入,所述减速器及控制器一体式壳体的一侧设置有防水护套。本发明的成本低、空间占用率小、装配工艺简单、结构稳定、便于返修。

技术领域
本发明涉及电机与控制器连接领域,特别涉及一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式。
背景技术
现有技术:现有控制器对电机线连接方式多使用插座、插针、端子等连接器进行连接,对应控制器PCB板需要留出封闭的通孔焊盘和高度空间。
不足:1.连接器占用控制器空间较大;2.连接器开模费用高;3.不便于返修拆卸电机连接器,以往电机插座等拆卸需要将多个焊点同时融化才能拆卸。因此,发明一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,包括减速器及控制器一体式壳体,所述减速器及控制器一体式壳体上方安装有PCB板,所述PCB板上具有电机开放式焊盘,电机开放式焊盘为椭圆形焊盘,椭圆形焊盘上具有椭圆形与喇叭口形结合后的开口,所述开口侧靠近PCB板边缘,开口内侧与椭圆通孔焊盘内孔边界重合,开口外侧与PCB板边缘结合,以两侧45°方向扩大开口长度便于电机线水平推入,所述减速器及控制器一体式壳体的一侧设置有防水护套。
优选的,所述防水护套为H型,防水护套可以固定在减速器及控制器一体式壳体的开口位置处。
优选的,所述减速器及控制器一体式壳体一侧通过螺钉固定有控制器插座。
优选的,所述电机线穿过防水护套后,剥开电机线上散线一端外皮,电机线中的电机线铜芯露出4.6±1mm。
优选的,所述电机线上散线端折弯90°,折弯长度为防水护套水平高度H1与PCB板上平面高度H2的差值△H+2mm。
优选的,折弯后的电机线露出铜芯端水平推入电机开放式焊盘,电机开放式焊盘与电机线铜芯之间焊接。

本发明的成本低、空间占用率小、装配工艺简单、结构稳定、便于返修。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,在PCB板4边使用电机开放式焊盘8,电机开放式焊盘8实际为椭圆形焊盘,椭圆形焊盘上具有椭圆形与喇叭口形结合后的开口,电机开放式焊盘8内径周长不含开口长度应大于整椭圆形焊盘的3/4从而确保过流能力。
以6平方电机线为例,6平方电机线的电机线铜芯5外径R1≈2.76mm,设计椭圆形通孔焊盘长轴尺寸为R1+1.5mm~R1+2mm,椭圆形通孔焊盘短轴尺寸为R1+1mm~R1+1.5mm,并要求椭圆形通孔焊盘长轴与电机线7方向相同。
设计椭圆通孔焊盘开口长度L1为R1~R1+0.5mm,开口内侧应与椭圆通孔焊盘内孔边界重合,开口侧靠近PCB板4边缘,开口宽度L2为0~1mm(防止电机线7脱出)。开口外侧与PCB板4边缘结合,以两侧45°方向扩大开口长度便于电机线7水平推入。
防水护套6为H型,防水护套6可以固定在减速器及控制器一体式壳体3的开口位置处,能够达到IP67防水等级。
电机线7是电机方向来的线,电机未在图中表示。
由于防水护套6与减速器及控制器一体式壳体3有固定关系,电机线铜芯5与电机开放式焊盘8焊接有固定关系,所以此处受震动影响小。
将控制器插座2与PCB板4安装在减速器及控制器一体式壳体3上,使用螺钉固定。
将电机线7穿过防水护套6后,剥开电机线7上散线一端外皮,电机线铜芯5露出4.6±1mm(PCB板4厚1.6mm+露出PCB板上方2mm±0.5mm+露出PCB板下方1mm±0.5mm)。
将电机线7上散线端折弯90°,折弯长度为防水护套6水平高度H1与PCB板4上平面高度H2的差值△H+2mm。
将折弯后的电机线7露出铜芯端水平推入电机开放式焊盘8。
将防水护套6安装在减速器及控制器一体式壳体3上,可以一定程度固定电机线7与PCB板4的位置关系。
将电机线铜芯5与电机开放式焊盘8进行焊接。
返修拆卸时可以先将防水护套6抬起,再依次将每根电机线7脱焊,便于返修拆卸。

1.一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,包括减速器及控制器一体式壳体(3),其特征在于:所述减速器及控制器一体式壳体(3)上方安装有PCB板(4),所述PCB板(4)上具有电机开放式焊盘(8),电机开放式焊盘(8)为椭圆形焊盘,椭圆形焊盘上具有椭圆形与喇叭口形结合后的开口,所述开口侧靠近PCB板(4)边缘,开口内侧与椭圆通孔焊盘内孔边界重合,开口外侧与PCB板(4)边缘结合,以两侧45°方向扩大开口长度便于电机线(7)水平推入,所述减速器及控制器一体式壳体(3)的一侧设置有防水护套(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,其特征在于:所述防水护套(6)为H型,防水护套(6)固定在减速器及控制器一体式壳体(3)的开口位置处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,其特征在于:所述减速器及控制器一体式壳体(3)一侧通过螺钉固定有控制器插座(2)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,其特征在于:所述电机线(7)穿过防水护套(6)后,剥开电机线(7)上散线一端外皮,电机线(7)中的电机线铜芯(5)露出4.6±1mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,其特征在于:所述电机线(7)上散线端折弯90°,折弯长度为防水护套(6)水平高度H1与PCB板(4)上平面高度H2的差值△H+2mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种EPS用电机与控制器连接方式,其特征在于:折弯后的电机线(7)露出铜芯端水平推入电机开放式焊盘(8),电机开放式焊盘(8)与电机线铜芯(5)之间焊接。
