本发明涉及造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法。
背景技术
近年来,爆珠烟因为口味多样和玩法新颖等受到越来越多人的关注和喜爱,爆珠烟的市场也日益发达。
爆珠烟,是将包裹着液态香精香料的具有半透膜或密封的胶囊,植入卷烟滤嘴中,使用时按捏该胶囊致其破裂,使其内置的液态香精香料融入滤棒纤维,可以达到卷烟增香、丰富口感层次等效果。由于胶囊破裂时发出轻微声响,故俗称“爆珠”。
在“爆珠”爆裂后,液态香精香料易将烟用接装原纸打湿、渗透,对使用者造成极差的体验感,因此需开发出一种具有低吸水、高湿强、低透气的特殊性能的烟用接装原纸,以满足实际应用的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,选用长网大缸加组缸的形式生产出低吸水、高湿强、低透气性能的烟用接装原纸,解决了纸页“鼓泡”的生产难题,极大的降低了生产难度,确保合格品的产出。
本发明的技术方案为:一种长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,包括以下生产工艺流程:浆板→链板输送→碎浆机→卸料池→磨浆机→成浆池→抄前池→冲浆泵→压力筛→流浆箱→网部→压榨部→大缸→组缸→压光机→卷取部→复卷→包装入库;
其中:
(1)浆板配比:漂白硫酸盐针叶浆10-20%、漂白印尼相思木硫酸盐阔叶木浆80-90%;
(2)磨浆工艺:浆板混合均匀后,采用五台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一、二台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第三、四、五台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度80-85°SR,湿重1.3-1.8g;
(3)在碎浆机加入直接耐晒黑、填料与浆料混合磨浆;
(4)在成浆池与抄前池之间的管道加入阳离子淀粉;
(5)在冲浆泵的入口加入湿强剂和AKD;
(6)在冲浆泵和压力筛之间的管道中加入阳离子助留剂;
(7)在压力筛与流浆箱之间的管道中加入阴离子助留剂;
(8)纸机运行主要参数
1)车速300-400m/min,
2)大缸汽压500-550kpa,
大缸气罩湿端风温220-280℃、干端风温220-280℃,
出大缸干度88-92%,

3)压光机采用双压区软压光机,一压区硬辊压纸页正面(纸页平滑度高的一面),二压区硬辊压纸页反面(纸页平滑度较低的一面),一压压力40kn/m,温度120℃;二压压力40kn/m,温度120℃。
优选地,所述直接耐晒黑的用量为30-50g/吨浆。
优选地,所述填料采用轻质碳酸钙,配置质量浓度为22%。

此项发明技术方案,也可以用长网多缸纸机生产,但是成纸正面平滑度较低,存在表面亮度低、印刷图案清晰度差的缺点,很难满足客户印刷要求;单纯使用长网大缸机生产,不带组缸,对湿纸页进行急干燥,很难正常运行。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
1. 确认了配备长网大缸加组缸的纸机可以生产出合格的“爆珠烟”用接装原纸。
2. 浆料的高叩解度保证纸页的低透气度指标(一般烟用接装原纸透气度要求1.5-2.0um/pa.s),本发明要求透气度小于1.0 um/pa.s,减少纸页微观空隙,增加纸页抗渗透能力,防止液体香料香精渗透纸页。
3. 采用AKD重施胶并配用食品级湿强剂,即保证使用安全又增加纸页的憎液性和抗渗透能力,阻止液体香料香精打湿纸页。
4. 本发明使用双压区软压光机两道压光机且均使用较大压力,增加纸页紧度,减少纸页的微观空隙,增加了纸页的抗渗透能力。
5. 本发明生产的烟用接装原纸要求极低的透气度指标,故叩解度高,纸机脱水干燥困难,因此仅仅用杨克烘缸干燥,在杨克烘缸表面水分会急剧蒸发,会导致出现纸页“鼓泡”问题,最终成纸出现死折,无法生产出合格品;而本发明使用大缸加组缸两部分干燥,减少杨克烘缸的蒸发量,解决了纸页“鼓泡”的生产难题,极大的降低了生产难度,确保合格品的产出。

本实施例提供了一种长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,包括以下生产工艺流程:浆板→链板输送→碎浆机→卸料池→磨浆机→成浆池→抄前池→冲浆泵→压力筛→流浆箱→网部→压榨部→大缸→组缸→压光机→卷取部→复卷→包装入库;
其中:
(1)浆板配比:漂白硫酸盐针叶浆15%、漂白印尼相思木硫酸盐阔叶木浆85%;
(2)磨浆工艺:浆板混合均匀后,采用五台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一、二台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第三、四、五台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度80°SR,湿重1.3g;

对比例2
本实施例提供了一种长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,包括以下生产工艺流程:浆板→链板输送→碎浆机→卸料池→磨浆机→成浆池→抄前池→冲浆泵→压力筛→流浆箱→网部→压榨部→大缸→压光机→卷取部→复卷→包装入库;
其中:
(1)浆板配比:漂白硫酸盐针叶浆15%、漂白印尼相思木硫酸盐阔叶木浆85%;
(2)磨浆工艺:浆板混合均匀后,采用五台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一、二台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第三、四、五台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度70°SR,湿重2.2g;
(3)在碎浆机中加入直接耐晒黑、填料与浆料混合磨浆,所述直接耐晒黑的用量为50g/吨浆,所述填料采用轻质碳酸钙,配置质量浓度为22%;
(4)在成浆池与抄前池之间的管道加入阳离子淀粉,所述阳离子淀粉的用量为18kg/吨浆;
(5)在冲浆泵的入口加入食品级湿强剂和AKD,湿强剂的用量为40kg/吨浆,所述AKD的用量为24kg/吨浆;
(6)在冲浆泵和压力筛之间的管道中加入阳离子助留剂,阳离子助留剂的用量为300g/吨浆;
(7)在压力筛与流浆箱之间的管道中加入阴离子助留剂,阴离子助留剂的用量为300g/吨浆;
(8)纸机运行主要参数
1)车速380m/min,
2)大缸汽压550kpa,
大缸气罩湿端风温280℃、干端风温280℃,
出大缸干度96%,
3)压光机采用双压区软压光机,一压区硬辊压纸页正面(纸页平滑度高的一面),二压区硬辊压纸页反面(纸页平滑度较低的一面),一压压力40kn/m,温度120℃;二压压力40kn/m,温度120℃。
对上述实施例1-2和对比例1-2方法制备出的40g/m2原纸进行检测,多次测量取平均值,检测结果见表1。

通过实施例1-2与对比例1进行分析,实施例1-2长网大缸加组缸机生产的接装原纸与对比例1长网多缸机生产的接装原纸相比,定量、紧度、抗张强度、不透明度、透气度、吸水度变化不大,但平滑度相差很大,长网大缸机平滑度高达600s以上,而长网多缸机平滑度仅仅只有126s,对比例的平滑度远低于实施例例的平滑度,存在成纸正面平滑度较低,存在表面亮度低、印刷图案清晰度差的缺点,故很难满足客户印刷要求。
实施例1-2长网大缸加组缸机生产的接装原纸与对比例2长网大缸机生产的接装原纸相比,定量、紧度、抗张强度、不透明度、平滑度、吸水度变化不大,但长网大缸机生产的接装原纸透气度过高,造成“液体香料香精”渗透过纸页,不能满足产品需要,这是由于如果使用高叩解度(80-85°SR)的浆料,长网大缸机会在大缸部发生“鼓泡”现象,造成死折等纸病,无法生产出合格品,故必须降低叩解度来满足生产需要,对比例2无法生产出合格的“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸。

Claims (6)
1.一种长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产工艺流程:浆板→链板输送→碎浆机→卸料池→磨浆机→成浆池→抄前池→冲浆泵→压力筛→流浆箱→网部→压榨部→大缸→组缸→压光机→卷取部→复卷→包装入库;
其中:
(1)浆板配比:漂白硫酸盐针叶浆10-20%、漂白印尼相思木硫酸盐阔叶木浆80-90%;
(2)磨浆工艺:浆板混合均匀后,采用五台DD720双盘磨串联打浆,第一、二台盘磨使用切割鳍型磨片,第三、四、五台盘磨采用扫帚鳍型磨片,叩解度80-85°SR,湿重1.3-1.8g;
(3)在碎浆机加入直接耐晒黑、填料与浆料混合磨浆;
(4)在成浆池与抄前池之间的管道加入阳离子淀粉;
(5)在冲浆泵的入口加入湿强剂和AKD;
(6)在冲浆泵和压力筛之间的管道中加入阳离子助留剂;
(7)在压力筛与流浆箱之间的管道中加入阴离子助留剂;
(8)纸机运行主要参数
1)车速300-400m/min
2)大缸汽压500-550kpa
大缸气罩湿端风温220-280℃、干端风温220-280℃
出大缸干度88-92%
组缸气压35-85kpa
出组缸干度94-96%
3)压光机采用双压区软压光机,一压压力40kn/m,温度120℃;二压压力40kn/m,温度120℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述直接耐晒黑的用量为30-50g/吨浆。
3.如权利要求1所述的长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述填料采用轻质碳酸钙,配置质量浓度为22%。
4.如权利要求1所述的长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述AKD的用量为20-24kg/吨浆,湿强剂为食品级湿强剂,湿强剂的用量为30-40kg/吨浆。
5.如权利要求1所述的长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述阳离子淀粉的用量为12-18kg/吨浆。
6.如权利要求1所述的长网大缸加组缸生产“爆珠烟”烟用接装原纸的方法,其特征在于,所述阳离子助留剂的用量为200-300g/吨浆,阴离子助留剂的用量为200-300g/吨浆。
