Abstract

本发明涉及造纸领域,尤其涉及一种非热封型茶叶滤纸。该滤纸由构树皮浆、漂白针叶木浆和黏胶纤维混合抄纸制得,浆料内添加的化学助剂均选用绿色天然高分子助剂,具有完全自然循环和生物分解的特点。本发明还公开了该茶叶滤纸的制备方法,制备包括以下步骤:(1)打浆;(2)配浆;(3)上网成形;(4)压榨(5)干燥;(6)卷纸分切。通过该制备方法得到的茶叶滤纸,具有良好的干湿强度、纸质均匀柔软、较高透气度有助于茶香渗透,产品轻量化可为用户节省包装费用,提高市场竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种茶叶滤纸制作方法,具体涉及一种轻量化绿色非热封型茶叶滤纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
袋泡茶因其饮用方便卫生,茶叶内含有效成分溶出快,并且饮用时定量准确,故在欧美国家消费十分盛行。加拿大、意大利、荷兰、法国等国的茶叶80%以上以袋泡茶形式消费,英国和美国也达到了80%左右。我国的袋泡茶生产起步于20世纪60年代,现年产袋泡茶3万吨左右,约占全国茶叶总产量的5%,国内袋泡茶消费量占茶叶总销量的2%左右。茶叶原料、包装材料和袋泡茶包装机是袋泡茶生产的三要素,而包装材料又是袋泡茶生产的基本条件,非热封型茶叶滤纸是代泡茶包装材料的一种,还有一种为热封型茶叶滤纸。
目前消费市场,尤其是国际市场以非热封型茶叶滤纸为主,制造原料多为麻浆或者是木浆和棉浆。不仅造价昂贵,成纸强度较低而且抄造过程和添加助剂对环境都造成一定污染而且我国造纸原料短缺,不能一味的应该用传统的木浆,而应该寻找新的优质纤维原料。
如果能够选择新的造纸纤维原料,同时环境友好型的增强剂和助剂,使其能够达到价格低廉、强度好、透水性好、环境有好的条件。将对非热封型茶叶滤纸的的制造工艺和特种纤维材料的开发有着重要意义。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中的缺陷,本发明的一个目的是一种轻量化绿色非热封型茶叶滤纸,该热封型茶叶滤纸主体材料采用构树皮浆、针叶木木浆和黏胶纤维,过程助剂均采用天然高分子助剂,产品具有完全自然循环和能生物分解的特点。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
(1)打浆:三种纤维浆料分别打浆,构树皮浆浓度3-5%,锥形磨浆机打浆,叩解度控制42-45°SR;全无氯漂白针叶木浆浓度4-6%,双盘磨打浆,控制叩解度40-42°SR;黏胶纤维浆浓度0.6-1.0%,伏特式打浆机打浆,叩解度控制在12-15°SR,打好的浆料按质量比混合,并采用匀整磨浆机处理15-30s。
所述黏胶纤维的长度为2-4mm,纤度为2.5-4.0Dtex。
所述构树皮纤维经化学热磨机械法制备,构树皮先经机械摩擦去掉表层黑皮得到构树白皮,切断至20mm~30mm的小段;构树白皮经生物酶预处理4-8小时,洗涤;再经4%氢氧化钠和2%H2O2在80℃处理60-80min,最后采用双螺杆挤浆机挤压制浆,螺杆转速20-25r/min,压力4-6MPa。其中生物酶选用白腐菌种的高温平菇,高温平菇的培育处理条件为:葡萄糖的添加量0.5%,系统pH值为5.0,接种量1%,摇床转速为150r/min,在30℃下培养16小时;培育好的高温平菇的加入15%构树白皮料水溶液中,加入量为白皮质量的1%,调节pH=5,温度35℃。
(2)配浆:冲浆泵前加入0.1%-0.35%(相对于绝干)阳离子淀粉,上浆泵前加入0.5%-1.0%(相对于绝干)聚羧酸,压力筛前加入0.5%-0.8%(相对于绝干)阳离子瓜尔胶。
(3)上网成形:采用斜网纸机脱水成形,斜网倾斜角15-20°,上网质量浓度为0.10%,控制真空脱水箱真空度0.15-0.25Mpa,上网抄造抄速为150-200m/min。
(4)压榨:两段压榨,一段真空压榨,控制真空度0.15-0.25Mpa,线压力45kN/m;二段盲孔压榨,开孔率28%,线压力65kN/m。
(5)干燥:采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,最高温度120℃,出纸干度90-94%;
(6)卷纸分切:采用圆筒式卷纸机卷取,再采用在线切刀进行分切,获得不同尺寸和形状的产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点及有益效果:
本发明采用构树皮浆、针叶木木浆和黏胶纤维为主体纤维原料,聚羧酸、阳离子淀粉和阳离子瓜尔胶为过程化学助剂,与传统茶叶滤纸造纸的方式相比,减少了棉麻纤维的使用,使用构树皮纤维,降低生产成本,黏胶纤维有效调控滤纸透气性;减少浆料内石油化工合成高分子的使用,保证了产品的生物可降解性,具有绿色环保的优点;采用化学热磨机械法结合生物预处理制备构树皮纤维,纤维细长,与麻类纤维相近,良好的韧性,手感柔软,提高构树皮的附加值;通过原料合理搭配和处理工艺,降低滤纸的定量,保证使用功能不变,实现轻量化。
因此,本发明所提供的一种轻量化绿色非热封型茶叶滤纸及其制备方法,采用传统造纸设备,在过程添加天然高分子助剂,不需要机外后加工,生产工艺流程简单,制得的非热封型茶叶滤纸具有良好的干湿强度,纸质均匀柔软、较高透气度有助于茶香渗透。滤纸具有绿色环保,轻量化的优点,节省用户包装费用,提高市场竞争力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。本发明制备方法中各起始原料可从市场购得或按照现有技术方法制备获得。
实施例1
一种轻量化绿色非热封型茶叶滤纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)打浆:三种纤维浆料分别打浆,构树皮浆浓度5%,锥形磨浆机打浆至叩解度为45°SR;全无氯漂白针叶木浆浓度4%,双盘磨打浆至控制叩解度为42°SR;黏胶纤维浆浓度0.6%,伏特式打浆机打浆至叩解度为15°SR,打好的浆料按质量比混合,并采用匀整磨浆机处理30s。
所述构树皮纤维经化学热磨机械法制备,构树皮先经机械摩擦去掉表层黑皮得到构树白皮,切断至20mm~30mm的小段;构树白皮经生物酶预处理8小时,洗涤;再经4%氢氧化钠和2%H2O2在80℃处理60-80min,最后采用双螺杆挤浆机挤压制浆,螺杆转速25r/min,压力5MPa。
所述生物酶选用白腐菌种的高温平菇,高温平菇的培育处理条件为:葡萄糖的添加量0.5%,系统pH值为5.0,接种量1%,摇床转速为150r/min,在30℃下培养16小时;培育好的高温平菇的加入15%构树白皮料水溶液中,加入量为白皮质量的1%,调节pH=5,温度35℃。

(5)干燥:采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,最高温度120℃,出纸干度94%;
(6)卷纸分切:采用圆筒式卷纸机卷取,再采用在线切刀进行分切,获得不同尺寸和形状的产品。
实施例2

(4)压榨:两段压榨,一段真空压榨,控制真空度0.25Mpa,线压力45kN/m;二段盲孔压榨,开孔率28%,线压力65kN/m。
(5)干燥:采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,最高温度120℃,出纸干度94%;
(6)卷纸分切:采用圆筒式卷纸机卷取,再采用在线切刀进行分切,获得不同尺寸和形状的产品。

1.一种轻量化绿色非热封型茶叶滤纸,其特征在于:纤维原料由构树皮浆、全无氯漂白针叶木浆和黏胶纤维构成,三者占比分别为45%-55%、30%-40%和5-10%;浆料内添加的湿强剂、干强剂和助留助滤剂分别选用聚羧酸、阳离子淀粉和阳离子瓜尔胶,三者质量比为1:1.5-1.8:2-2.5,控制纸张定量为12g/m2
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化绿色非热封型茶叶滤纸,其特征在于:黏胶纤维的长度为2-4mm,纤度为2.5-4.0Dtex。

(3)上网成形:采用斜网纸机脱水成形,斜网倾斜角15-20°,上网质量浓度为0.10%,控制真空脱水箱真空度0.15-0.25Mpa,上网抄造抄速为150-200m/min;
(4)压榨:两段压榨,一段真空压榨,控制真空度0.15-0.25Mpa,线压力45kN/m;二段盲孔压榨,开孔率28%,线压力65kN/m;
(5)干燥:采用蒸汽式烘缸干燥,最高温度120℃,出纸干度90-94%;
(6)卷纸分切:采用圆筒式卷纸机卷取,再采用在线切刀进行分切,获得不同尺寸和形状的产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种轻量化绿色非热封型茶叶滤纸的制备方法,其特征是:所述构树皮纤维经化学热磨机械法制备,构树皮先经机械摩擦去掉表层黑皮得到构树白皮,切断至20mm~30mm的小段;构树白皮经生物酶预处理4-8小时,洗涤;再经4%氢氧化钠和2%H2O2在80℃处理60-80min,最后采用双螺杆挤浆机挤压制浆,螺杆转速20-25r/min,压力4-6MPa。
5.根据权利要求4所述生物酶预处理,其特征是:所述生物酶选用白腐菌种的高温平菇,高温平菇的培育处理条件为:葡萄糖的添加量0.5%,系统pH值为5.0,接种量1%,摇床转速为150r/min,在30℃下培养16小时;培育好的高温平菇的加入15%构树白皮料水溶液中,加入量为白皮质量的1%,调节pH=5,温度35℃。
