背景技术
现有技术中,如公开号为CN108237893A的专利文献公开了一种混合动力车辆于:在中高速行驶过程中,发动机和电动机通过行星机构耦合,两个功率流汇合后输出动力,其中电功率流是电机发电、存电、取电、电驱动。其不足之处在于:在中高速行驶过程中,发动机和电动机通过行星机构耦合,两个功率流汇合后输出动力,其中电功率流是电机发电、存电、取电、电驱动,效率很低,造成在高速行驶时油耗偏高。
再如公开号CN111572328A的专利文献公开了一种混合动力车辆驱动装置:该混合动力车辆驱动装置在中高速行驶过程中,可以采用B1制动器和C1离合器形成发动机驱动两个挡位,可以实现发动机直接驱动车辆行驶。该混合动力车辆驱动装置在中高速行驶过程中,可以采用B1制动器和C1离合器形成发动机驱动两个挡位,可以实现发动机直接驱动车辆行驶,没有电机功率流,效率高。但是,其不足之处就在于两个换挡原件需要电液控制系统,需要离合器和制动器,成本高,体积大。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提供一种汽车混合动力机构,目的是降低成本、提高传动效率和降低中高速行驶时的油耗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:汽车混合动力机构,行星齿轮机构、第一电机、第二电机和与发动机连接的第一输入轴,行星齿轮机构包括太阳轮、行星架、行星排齿圈、与太阳轮连接的第二输入轴和与行星架连接的第三输入轴,所述第一输入轴通过第一离合器与所述第二输入轴连接,所述第一输入轴通过第二离合器与所述第三输入轴连接,所述行星排齿圈与制动器连接,所述第一电机通过第一传动机构与第二输入轴连接,所述第二电机通过第二传动机构与所述行星架和差速器总成连接。
所述第一传动机构包括与所述第一电机连接的第一齿轮和与第一齿轮相啮合的第二齿轮,第二齿轮与所述第二输入轴连接。

2、采用单行星排匹配双离合器和制动器结构,模式切换和挡位切换平顺可靠,无顿挫,无动力中断的问题;
3、可以实现双电机纯电驱动,使得纯电起步和加速动力性更强,同时由于采用了双电机驱动,两个单机功率可以降低,从而降低陈本,减小总成轴向尺寸和总成重量。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,目的是帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解,并有助于其实施。
需要说明的是,在下述的实施方式中,所述的“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”、“第五”、“第六”和“第七”并不代表结构和/或功能上的绝对区分关系,也不代表先后的执行顺序,而仅仅是为了描述的方便。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种汽车混合动力机构,行星齿轮机构、差速器总成、第一电机GM1、第二电机GM2和与发动机连接的第一输入轴S1,行星齿轮机构包括太阳轮Zs、行星轮Zpg、行星架、行星排齿圈Zr、与太阳轮Zs连接的第二输入轴S2和与行星架连接的第三输入轴S3,行星轮Zpg为可旋转的设置于行星架上,行星轮Zpg设置多个且所有行星轮Zpg分布在太阳轮Zs的外侧四周,行星轮Zpg与太阳轮Zs和行星排齿圈Zr相啮合。第一电机GM1通过第一传动机构与第二输入轴S2连接,第二电机GM2通过第二传动机构与行星架和差速器总成连接。
具体地说,如图1所示,第一输入轴S1的一端与发动机的动力输出端连接,第一输入轴S1通过第一离合器C1与第二输入轴S2连接,第一离合器C1用于控制第一输入轴S1与第二输入轴S2之间的结合与分离。第一输入轴S1通过第二离合器C2与第三输入轴S3连接,第二离合器C2用于控制第一输入轴S1与第三输入轴S3之间的结合与分离。第三输入轴S3为空心轴,第二输入轴S2穿过第三输入轴S3且第一输入轴S1与第二输入轴S2和第三输入轴S3为同轴设置。第二输入轴S2的长度大于第三输入轴S3的长度。第二输入轴S2的一端与第一离合器C1固定连接,第二输入轴S2的另一端与第一传动机构连接,第二输入轴S2并与太阳轮Zs为同轴固定连接。第三输入轴S3的一端与第二离合器C2固定连接,第三输入轴S3的另一端与行星架为同轴固定连接。行星排齿圈Zr与制动器B1连接,制动器B1用于制动行星排齿圈Zr。
如图1所示,第一传动机构包括与第一电机GM1连接的第一齿轮Z6和与第一齿轮Z6相啮合的第二齿轮Z5,第二齿轮Z5与第二输入轴S2连接。第一齿轮Z6与第一电机GM1的电机轴S7为同轴固定连接,第二齿轮Z5与第二输入轴S2为同轴固定连接。第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2、行星齿轮机构和第二齿轮Z5为沿第二输入轴S2的轴向依次布置。
如图1所示,第二传动机构包括与第二电机GM2连接的第三齿轮Z4、与第三齿轮Z4相啮合的第四齿轮Z3、与第四齿轮Z3为同轴设置且同步旋转的第五齿轮Z2和与第五齿轮Z2相啮合的第六齿轮Z1,第六齿轮Z1与差速器总成连接。第三齿轮Z4与第二电机GM2的电机轴S6为同轴固定连接,第四齿轮Z3和第五齿轮Z2与中间轴S5为同轴固定连接,中间轴S5与第一输入轴S1、第二输入轴S2和第三输入轴S3相平行。
如图1所示,第二传动机构还包括与第六齿轮Z1相啮合的第七齿轮Zpc,第七齿轮Zpc固定设置于行星架上,第七齿轮Zpc与行星架为同轴设置且两者同步旋转,第六齿轮Z1与差速器总成为同轴设置且两者同步旋转,差速器总成用于输出动力至汽车的驱动轮。
如图1所示,第四齿轮Z3的直径大于第五齿轮Z2的直径,第五齿轮Z2的直径小于第六齿轮Z1的直径,第七齿轮Zpc的直径小于第六齿轮Z1的直径。
如图2所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于纯电单电机驱动模式时,发动机和第一电机GM1不运转,第二电机GM2运转,第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2处于断开状态,制动器B1处于断开状态,第二电机GM2产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,带动差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图3所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于纯电双电机驱动模式时,发动机不运转,第一电机GM1和第二电机GM2运转,第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2处于断开状态,制动器B1处于结合状态,行星排齿圈Zr不能转动,第一电机GM1产生的动力依次经第一传动机构、第二输入轴S2、太阳轮Zs、行星轮Zpg、行星架、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,同时第二电机GM2产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图4所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于串联驱动模式时,发动机和第二电机GM2运转,第一离合器C1处于结合状态,第二离合器C2和制动器B1处于断开状态,发动机产生的动力依次经第一输入轴S1、第一离合器C1、第二输入轴S2和第二传动机构传递至第一电机GM1,带动第一电机GM1运转,进行发电,同时第二电机GM2产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图5所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于并联一档驱动模式时,发动机运转,第一离合器C1和制动器B1处于结合状态,第二离合器C2处于断开状态,行星排齿圈Zr不能转动,发动机产生的动力依次经第一输入轴S1、第一离合器C1、第二输入轴S2、太阳轮Zs、行星轮Zpg、行星架、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图6所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于并联一档驱动模式时,发动机运转,第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2处于结合状态,制动器B1处于断开状态,行星排齿圈Zr可以转动,发动机产生的动力经行星齿轮机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图7所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于并联一档发电模式时,发动机运转,第一离合器C1和制动器B1处于结合状态,第二离合器C2处于断开状态,发动机产生的一部分动力依次经行星齿轮机构、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力,同时发动机产生的另一部分动力经行星齿轮机构和第二传动机构传递至第一电机GM1,带动第一电机GM1运转,由第一电机GM1对蓄电池进行充电。
如图8所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于并联二档发电模式时,发动机运转,第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2处于结合状态,制动器B1处于断开状态,发动机产生的一部分动力依次经行星齿轮机构、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力,同时发动机产生的另一部分动力经行星齿轮机构和第二传动机构传递至第一电机GM1,带动第一电机GM1运转,进行发电。
如图9所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于混联一档单电机驱动模式时,发动机和第二电机GM2运转,第一电机GM1不运转,第一离合器C1和制动器B1处于结合状态,第二离合器C2处于断开状态,发动机产生的动力依次经行星齿轮机构、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,同时第二电机GM2产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图10所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于混联一档双电机驱动模式时,发动机、第一电机GM1和第二电机GM2运转,第一离合器C1和制动器B1处于结合状态,第二离合器C2处于断开状态,发动机产生的动力依次经行星齿轮机构、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,第一电机GM1产生的动力依次经第一传动机构、行星齿轮机构、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,同时第二电机GM2产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图11所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于混联二档单电机驱动模式时,发动机和第二电机GM2运转,第一电机GM1不运转,第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2处于结合状态,制动器B1处于断开状态,发动机产生的动力依次经行星齿轮机构、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,同时第二电机GM2产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图12所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于混联一档双电机驱动模式时,发动机、第一电机GM1和第二电机GM2运转,第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2处于结合状态,制动器B1处于断开状态,发动机产生的动力依次经行星齿轮机构、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,第一电机GM1产生的动力依次经第一传动机构、行星齿轮机构、第七齿轮Zpc和第六齿轮Z1传递至差速器总成,同时第二电机GM2产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
如图13所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于单电机制动能量回收模式时,制动器B1、第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2处于断开状态,车辆所需的制动能量通过车轮传输给差速器总成,并依次通过第六齿轮Z1、第五齿轮Z2、第四齿轮Z3和第三齿轮Z4传递至第二电机GM2,使第二电机GM2进入发电工作模式,由第二电机GM2对蓄电池进行充电,实现能量回收。
如图14所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于双电机制动能量回收模式时,第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2处于断开状态,制动器B1处于结合状态,车辆所需的制动能量通过车轮传输给差速器总成,来自差速器总成的一部分制动能量依次通过第六齿轮Z1、第七齿轮Zpc、行星齿轮机构和第一传动机构传递至第一电机GM1,来自差速器总成的另一部分制动能量依次通过第六齿轮Z1、第五齿轮Z2、第四齿轮Z3和第三齿轮Z4传递至第二电机GM2,使第一电机GM1和第二电机GM2进入发电工作模式,由第一电机GM1和第二电机GM2对蓄电池进行充电,实现能量回收。
如图15所示,本实施例的汽车混合动力机构在工作于驻车发电模式时,第一离合器C1处于结合状态,制动器B1和第二离合器C2处于断开状态,发动机运转,发动机产生的动力依次经第一输入轴S1、第一离合器C1、第二输入轴S2和第一传动机构传递至第一电机GM1,使第一电机GM1进入发电工作模式,由第一电机GM1对蓄电池进行充电,实现能量回收。
本实施例的汽车混合动力机构,具有如下的优点;
1、该汽车混合动力机构可以工作于多种驱动模式,包括:纯电单电机驱动、纯电双电机驱动、串联驱动、并联一档驱动、并联二档驱动、并联一档发电驱动、并联二档发电驱动、混联一档单电机驱动、混联一档双电机驱动、混联二档单电机驱动、混联二档双电机驱动、单电机制动能量回收模式、双电机制动能量回收模式、驻车发电模式;
2、该汽车混合动力机构是包含第一电机GM1和第二电机GM2的双电机P2P3混合动力结构,其中第一电机GM1和第二电机GM2分别都可以单独驱动车轮,也可以同时驱动车轮,所以两个电机可以选择较小的电机,对比P1P3混动结构中P3必须选大电机特点,本发明在电机成本上更优,且同时能达到相同的驱动能力;而且当一个电机损坏的情况下另一个电机仍然可以继续驱动车轮,系统的鲁棒性更好;
3、发动机可以通过行星排直接驱动车轮,且发动机可以一档驱动亦可以二档驱动,可根据驱动需求灵活切换挡位,提升整车动力性和经济性;
4、发动机通过双离合器和行星排结构实现两档驱动模式,双离合器通过第二输输入轴和第三输入轴S3行星排连接,行星排齿外齿圈与制动器B1连接,实现行星排齿圈Zr的制动与转动;
5、第一电机GM1通过行星排与发动机连接,实现串联发电模式、驻车发电模式和并联发电模式。

Claims (9)

1.汽车混合动力机构,行星齿轮机构、第一电机、第二电机和与发动机连接的第一输入轴,行星齿轮机构包括太阳轮、行星架、行星排齿圈、与太阳轮连接的第二输入轴和与行星架连接的第三输入轴,其特征在于:所述第一输入轴通过第一离合器与所述第二输入轴连接,所述第一输入轴通过第二离合器与所述第三输入轴连接,所述行星排齿圈与制动器连接,所述第一电机通过第一传动机构与第二输入轴连接,所述第二电机通过第二传动机构与所述行星架和差速器总成连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车混合动力机构,其特征在于:所述第一传动机构包括与所述第一电机连接的第一齿轮(Z6)和与第一齿轮相啮合的第二齿轮(Z5),第二齿轮与所述第二输入轴连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车混合动力机构,其特征在于:所述第一离合器、所述第二离合器、所述行星齿轮机构和所述第二齿轮为沿所述第二输入轴的轴向依次布置。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的汽车混合动力机构,其特征在于:所述第二传动机构包括与所述第二电机连接的第三齿轮(Z4)、与第三齿轮相啮合的第四齿轮(Z3)、与第四齿轮为同轴设置且同步旋转的第五齿轮(Z2)和与第五齿轮相啮合的第六齿轮(Z1),第六齿轮与所述差速器总成连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车混合动力机构,其特征在于:所述第二传动机构还包括与所述第六齿轮相啮合的第七齿轮(Zpc),第七齿轮设置于所述行星架上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的汽车混合动力机构,其特征在于:所述第四齿轮的直径大于所述第五齿轮的直径,第五齿轮的直径小于所述第六齿轮的直径。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的汽车混合动力机构,其特征在于:所述第三输入轴为空心轴,所述第二输入轴穿过第三输入轴且所述第一输入轴与第二输入轴和第三输入轴为同轴设置。
8.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的汽车混合动力机构,其特征在于:所述汽车混合动力机构在工作于纯电双电机驱动模式时,发动机不运转,第一电机和第二电机运转,第一离合器和第二离合器处于断开状态,制动器处于结合状态,行星排齿圈不能转动,第一电机产生的动力依次经第一传动机构、第二输入轴、太阳轮、行星轮、行星架、第七齿轮和第六齿轮传递至差速器总成,同时第二电机产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
9.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的汽车混合动力机构,其特征在于:所述汽车混合动力机构在工作于串联驱动模式时,发动机和第二电机运转,第一离合器处于结合状态,第二离合器和制动器处于断开状态,发动机产生的动力依次经第一输入轴、第一离合器、第二输入轴和第二传动机构传递至第一电机,带动第一电机运转,进行发电,同时第二电机产生的动力经第二传动机构传递至差速器总成,使得差速器总成转动,输出动力。
