背景技术:
变速箱是一种用来协调发动机转速和转矩的机构,能够改变输出轴和输入轴之间的传动比,使发动机发挥最佳性能。变速箱在现代机械中应用极为广泛,比如摩托车、汽车、航空、轮船等领域。混合动力电池汽车是一种使用多种能量来源的车辆,通常是使用液态燃料的常规发动机和使用电能的电动机驱动车辆,混合动力汽车可在多种驱动模式下运行,现阶段的混合动力结构大都采用P2混动模式,即电动机安装在变速箱的输入轴上,通过变换档位可使驱动电动机和发动机长期工作在高效区,提高了工作效率,增加了车辆动力性,提高了车辆燃油经济性,保持传统车辆的驾驶乐趣。
现在市面上的电动汽车用单速变速箱和各种两档变速箱的较多,虽然成本较低,但由于所使用变速箱本身的效率较低,以及两档变速箱对整车经济性的提升有限,致使整车的经济性不高,且发动机驱动时电动机不能给电池充电等缺点。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种双电动机多模式混合动力机电耦合传动装置,其能够解决发动机驱动时电动机不能给电池充电的问题以及现有变速箱效率不高,经济性不好的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种双电动机多模式混合动力机电耦合传动装置,包括发动机、第一电动机、第一转轴、二档从动齿轮、第一同步器、第二同步器、三档从动齿轮、一档从动齿轮、差速器、第二转轴、第三转轴、第一离合器、第三转轴、第一制动器、第四转轴、第二电动机、第五转轴、第一行星架、第二行星架、输入轴以及二档主动齿轮,所述发动机与第五转轴相连,第一行星架通过第三转轴和第二行星架齿轮连接,所述第二电动机通过齿轮和第四转轴相连,第二电动机通过第一制动器实现工作还是停止,所述第一电动机通过齿轮和第一转轴相连,第一转轴通过第二行星架和第三转轴相连,第一离合器用于连接和中断第三转轴和输入轴,所述第一同步器用于连接二档从动齿轮和第三转轴,第二同步器向左接合时用于连接输入轴和三档从动齿轮,向右接合时用于连接输入轴和一档从动齿轮,所述主减齿轮在第二转轴上连接,主减齿轮通过差速器齿圈和差速器相连。

第三种工作模式:发动机1直驱模式,即第一制动器19锁止,此时第二电动机21不转,不输出功率,只有发动机1提供动力,同时部分通过第二电动机21发电。
第四种工作模式:发动机1启动模式,此时,第一制动器19打开,第二电动机21驱动发动机1启动。
第五种工作模式:驻车发电模式,此时,P档驻车6功能打开,第二转轴13锁止,发动机1通过第一行星架23驱动第二电动机21发电,给电池充电。
第六种工作模式:制动能量回收模式,当车辆制动时,第一电动机2处于发电状态,给电池充电,当第一制动器19打开时,第二电动机21可同时提供制动力矩,给电池充电,实现制动能量回收。
