Abstract
本发明公开的一种混合动力传动装置,包括发动机、离合器、第一电机、第二电机和变速器,变速器包括第一输入轴组件、第二输入轴组件、中间轴组件和差速器。其中第二电机与发动机和离合器外毂直接连接,可以直接用来启动发动机,发动机也可以在离合器不结合的情况下直接对第二电机进行充电。在高速发动机工况时,发动机可以对两个电机同时进行充电;第一电机与中间轴组件之间采用惰轮连接,在高速混动工况时,发动机在二档档位,发动机和第一电机同时进行驱动,使得该传动装置有更强的动力性,此时发动机运行在高效经济区间,使传动装置经济性更优。

本发明涉及车辆领域,具体涉及一种混合动力传动装置。
背景技术
随着石油供应的日趋紧缺和环境污染的日益加剧,新能源汽车的开发和利用已逐渐成为一种趋势。其中,混合动力汽车,可通过发动机或电机或发动机和电机同时驱动,具有多种驱动模式,使得发动机和电机尽可能在高效率区间运行,从而具有良好的燃油经济性、低排放。
现有技术的双电机系统如丰田的E-CVT混合动力传递系统,丰田E-CVT包括两个电机和一个行星齿轮传动装置。它的动力传动传递路线为:1)发动机1驱动模式动力路径为:发动机-第一电机-行星齿轮组-外齿圈-输出轴;2)纯电驱动模式动力路径为:第二电机-外齿圈-输出轴;3)混合驱动模式动力路径为:发动机-第一电机结合第二电机-行星齿轮组-外齿圈-输出轴。该传动系统的优点是变速平顺,传动效率高,结构简单,缺点是不具有纯发动机1运行模式,电动机的传动比固定不可变。
发明内容
本发明公开的一种混合动力传动装置,在发动机驱动、混合驱动模式中保证发动机在高效区间工作,双驱动力使得车辆具有良好的动力性,纯电工况和发动机工况都具有两个电机档位,档位可变,保证车辆具有良好的经济性,降低车辆油耗和污染物排放。
本发明公开的一种混合动力传动装置,包括发动机、第一电机、变速器及差速器;所述变速器包括第一输入轴组件和中间轴组件,所述第一输入轴组件包括第一输入轴;所述第一输入轴上设有一档输入齿轮和二档输入齿轮;所述中间轴组件包括中间轴,所述中间轴上空套有一档输出齿轮、二档输出齿轮,所述一档输出齿轮与一档输入齿轮啮合,所述二档输出齿轮与二档输入齿轮啮合,一档输出齿轮与二档输出齿轮之间设有一二档同步器,一二档同步器与中间轴固连;所述中间轴上固定连接中间轴输出齿轮;
所述第一电机通过第一电机齿轮副与二档输出齿轮啮合;
所述发动机与第一输入轴一端固定连接;
所述中间轴输出齿轮与差速器的输出齿轮啮合。

本发明的有益效果为:
1)本发公开的一种混合动力传动装置明具有纯电驱动模式、发动机驱动模式、混合驱动模式,本发明在电机单独工作的时候,可采用第一电机起步,或在适合发动机启动的转速和扭矩条件下用第二电机启动发动机。当发动机和电机混合驱动的时候,可以根据路况需要适时选择发动机一档或二档传递动力。当在发动机工作的时候,第一、第二电机可以充电回馈。
2)本发明公开的一种混合动力传动装置,具有两个电机档位和两个发动机档位,根据不同的工况可以随时切换档位,多个电机传动比能够更适应不同复杂工况,保证车辆在高速时发动机燃油经济性,从而改善整车动力性与经济性。

变速器包括第一输入轴组件6、第二输入轴5和中间轴组件7;第一输入轴组件6包括第一输入轴6-3;第一输入轴6-3上设有一档输入齿轮6-1和二档输入齿轮6-2;中间轴组件7包括中间轴7-1,中间轴7-1上空套有一档输出齿轮7-2、二档输出齿轮7-3,一档输出齿轮7-2与一档输入齿轮6-1啮合,二档输出齿轮7-3与二档输入齿轮6-2啮合,一档输出齿轮7-2与二档输出齿轮7-3之间设有一二档同步器7-4,一二档同步器7-4与中间轴7-1固连;中间轴7-1上固定连接中间轴输出齿轮7-5;
第一电机3通过第一电机齿轮副与二档输出齿轮7-3啮合;第一电机齿轮副含第一电机输出齿轮11和电机惰轮9;第一电机3上面连接第一电机输出齿轮11;第一电机输出齿轮11与电机惰轮9啮合,电机惰轮9与二档输出齿轮7-3啮合。发动机1与第一输入轴6-3一端固定连接。中间轴输出齿轮7-5与差速器8的输出齿轮啮合。
方案二:参见图2,一种混合动力传动装置,包括发动机1、第一电机3、第二电机4、变速器、离合器2及差速器8。
离合器2包括离合器外毂2-1和离合器内毂2-2;第一输入轴6-3是空心轴;第一输入轴6-3与离合器内毂2-2固定连接;第二输入轴5的一端穿过第一输入轴6-3的内孔并与离合器外毂2-1固定连接,第二输入轴5的另一端与第二电机传动连接;第二输入轴5的另一端与第二电机动力端固定连接;
变速器包括第一输入轴组件6、第二输入轴5和中间轴组件7;第一输入轴组件6包括第一输入轴6-3;第一输入轴6-3上设有一档输入齿轮6-1和二档输入齿轮6-2;中间轴组件7包括中间轴7-1,中间轴7-1上空套有一档输出齿轮7-2、二档输出齿轮7-3,一档输出齿轮7-2与一档输入齿轮6-1啮合,二档输出齿轮7-3与二档输入齿轮6-2啮合,一档输出齿轮7-2与二档输出齿轮7-3之间设有一二档同步器7-4,一二档同步器7-4与中间轴7-1固连;中间轴7-1上固定连接中间轴输出齿轮7-5。
第一电机3通过第一电机齿轮副与二档输出齿轮7-3啮合;第一电机齿轮副含第一电机输出齿轮11和电机惰轮9;第一电机3上面连接第一电机输出齿轮11;第一电机输出齿轮11与电机惰轮9啮合,电机惰轮9与二档输出齿轮7-3啮合。发动机1与第一输入轴6-3一端固定连接。所述中间轴输出齿轮7-5与差速器8的输出齿轮啮合。
此外,第二输入轴5的另一端与第二电机传动连接方式还可以采用第二输入轴5的另一端与第二电机动力端通过二级齿轮组传动连接的方式。
上述方案中,第一电机3作为主驱动电机,用于整车起步、驱动和倒车功能;第二电机4作为发电电机,用于启动发动机1、电量回收和给电池充电功能。
本专利公开的一种混合动力传动装置,可以实现两个档位,分为发动机1模式,纯电模式、混合动力模式和增程模式,实现方式如下:
纯电模式的一档:
所述的离合器2处于分离状态,一二档同步器7-4向一档输出齿轮7-2滑动,与一档输出齿轮7-2接合,第一电机3启动,动力传递如下:第一电机3-第一电机输出齿轮11-电机惰轮9-二档输出齿轮7-3-二档输入齿轮6-2-一档输入齿轮6-1-一档输出齿轮7-2-一二档同步器7-4-中间轴7-1-中间轴输出齿轮7-5-差速器及输出齿轮8。
纯电模式的二档:
所述的离合器2处于分离状态,一二档同步器7-4向二档输出齿轮7-3滑动,与二档输出齿轮7-3接合,第一电机3启动,动力传递如下:第一电机3-第一电机输出齿轮11-电机惰轮9-二档输出齿轮7-3-一二档同步器7-4-中间轴7-1-中间轴输出齿轮7-5-差速器及输出齿轮8。
纯发动机模式的一档:
所述离合器2处于接合状态,离合器外毂2-1和离合器内毂2-2接合,一二档同步器7-4向一档输出齿轮7-2方向滑动,一二档同步器7-4与一档输出齿轮7-2接合,此时一档输出齿轮7-2与一二档同步器7-4固连在一起,第一电机3关闭,发动机1启动,发动机1将动力传递给离合器2-第一输入轴6-3-一档输入齿轮6-1-一档输出齿轮7-2-中间轴7-1-中间轴输出齿轮7-5-差速器及输出齿轮8;
纯发动机模式的二档:
所述离合器2处于接合状态,离合器外毂2-1和离合器内毂2-2接合,一二档同步器7-4向二档输出齿轮7-3方向滑动,一二档同步器7-4与二档输出齿轮7-35-2接合,此时二档输出齿轮7-3与一二档同步器7-4固连在一起,第一电机3关闭,发动机1启动,发动机1将动力传递给离合器2-第一输入轴6-3-二档输入齿轮6-2-二档输出齿轮7-3-中间轴7-1-中间轴输出齿轮7-5-差速器及输出齿轮8;
混合动力模式一档:
离合器2结合,一二档同步器7-4向一档输出齿轮7-2方向滑动,一档输出齿轮7-2与一二档同步器7-4固联,动力传递路线:发动机1-离合器外毂2-1-离合器内毂2-2-第一输入轴6-3-一档输入齿轮6-1-一档输出齿轮7-2-一二档同步器7-4-中间轴7-1-中间轴输出齿轮7-5-差速器及输出齿轮8;
第一电机3-第一电机输出齿轮11-电机惰轮9-二档输出齿轮7-3-二档输入齿轮6-2-一档输入齿轮6-1-一档输出齿轮7-2-一二档同步器7-4-中间轴7-1-常啮合齿轮-差速器及输出齿轮8。
发动机1与第一电机3的的动力在一档输入齿轮6-1耦合,实现混合驱动模式。
混合动力模式二档:
离合器2结合,一二档同步器7-4向二档输出齿轮7-3方向滑动,二档输出齿轮7-3与一二档同步器7-4固联,动力传递路线:发动机1-离合器外毂2-1-离合器内毂2-2-第一输入轴6-3-二档输入齿轮6-2-二档输出齿轮7-3-中间轴7-1-中间轴输出齿轮7-5-差速器及输出齿轮8;
第一电机3-第一电机输出齿轮11-电机惰轮9-二档输出齿轮7-3-一二档同步器7-4-中间轴7-1-中间轴输出齿轮7-5-差速器及输出齿轮8。
发动机1与第一电机3的的动力在二档输出齿轮7-3耦合,实现混合驱动模式。
增程模式:
在纯电模式的基础上,启动发动机1,离合器2断开,整车的动力由第一电机3传递到车轮上;发动机1将动力传递到离合器外毂2-1-第二输入轴5-第二电机输入齿轮5-2-第二电机4输出齿轮,通过第二电机4对电池进行充电。
在本方案中,在混合动力模式和纯发动机工作模式下,发动机1和第二电机4直接固连在一起,只要发动机1启动运行,动力将直接传递给第二电机4,使第二电机4对电池进行充电。
在本方案中,第二电机4运行,离合器2断开,第二电机4将动力传递给发动机1,用于启动发动机1。
在本方案中,通过第一电机3的反转,实现倒档功能;
在本方案中,在发电或者能量回收过程中,如果第一电机3的转速超出最大设计极限转速时,一二档同步器7-4断开,切断第一电机3的动力传递路线,保护第一电机3。
本发明的双电机混合动力驱动系统包括两个电机,其中第二电机4与发动机1直接连接,可以直接用来启动发动机1,发动机1也可以直接对第二电机4进行充电,第一电机3和发动机1共用档位齿轮,使得轴系结构更加紧凑和经济,第一电机3输出有两个档位,可以更好的利用电机的高效区间,达到更高的纯电车速和更强的纯电驱动力,以便更好的适应各种不同的工况。
Claims (7)
1.一种混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)、第一电机(3)、变速器及差速器(8);所述变速器包括第一输入轴组件(6)和中间轴组件(7),所述第一输入轴组件(6)包括第一输入轴(6-3);所述第一输入轴(6-3)上设有一档输入齿轮(6-1)和二档输入齿轮(6-2);所述中间轴组件(7)包括中间轴(7-1),所述中间轴(7-1)上空套有一档输出齿轮(7-2)、二档输出齿轮(7-3),所述一档输出齿轮(7-2)与一档输入齿轮(6-1)啮合,所述二档输出齿轮(7-3)与二档输入齿轮(6-2)啮合,一档输出齿轮(7-2)与二档输出齿轮(7-3)之间设有一二档同步器(7-4),一二档同步器(7-4)与中间轴(7-1)固连;所述中间轴(7-1)上固定连接中间轴输出齿轮(7-5);
所述第一电机(3)通过第一电机齿轮副与二档输出齿轮(7-3)啮合;
所述发动机(1)与第一输入轴(6-3)一端固定连接;
所述中间轴输出齿轮(7-5)与差速器(8)的输出齿轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:还包括离合器(2)和第二电机(4);所述的离合器(2)包括离合器外毂(2-1)和离合器内毂(2-2);变速器还包括第二输入轴(5);所述第一输入轴(6-3)是空心轴;所述第一输入轴(6-3)与离合器内毂(2-2)固定连接;所述第二输入轴(5)的一端穿过第一输入轴(6-3)的内孔并与离合器外毂(2-1)固定连接,所述第二输入轴(5)的另一端与第二电机传动连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述第二输入轴(5)的另一端与第二电机动力端固定连接。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述第二输入轴(5)的另一端与第二电机动力端通过一级齿轮组传动连接;所述一级齿轮组为一个第二电机动力端固定的第二电机齿轮(10)和一个与第二输入轴(5)固定连接的第二电机输入齿轮(5-2);所述第二电机齿轮(10)与第二电机输入齿轮(5-2)啮合。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述第二输入轴(5)的另一端与第二电机动力端通过二级齿轮组传动连接。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述第一电机(3)为用于整车起步、驱动和倒车功能的主驱动电机;所述第二电机(4)为用于启动发动机(1)、电量回收和给电池充电的发电电机。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种混合动力传动装置,其特征在于:所述第一电机齿轮副含第一电机输出齿轮(11)和电机惰轮(9);第一电机(3)上面连接第一电机输出齿轮(11);第一电机输出齿轮(11)与电机惰轮(9)啮合,电机惰轮(9)与二档输出齿轮(7-3)啮合。
