Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法。本发明以废弃骆驼驼峰为原料,首先提取出高品质的骆驼油,通过改性纳米蛭石片、纳米蛭石片、骆驼油、芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、蜂蜜、胶原蛋白、甘油、羟甲基纤维素钠、乳化剂、骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠、癸酸甘油三酯、对羟基苯乙酮、鲸蜡硬脂醇、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、1,2‑己二醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、水等进行调控合成,获得泥膜或面膜。本发明的保湿面膜保湿性能持久、亲润性能好、与皮肤贴合度高(基于纳米层状蛭石),耐热、耐寒及稳定性良好,温和无刺激,具有优异的保湿功效,具有良好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及个人护理用品领域,具体涉及一种以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法。
背景技术
面膜是人们在日常生活中常用的一种个人护理用品,其覆盖皮肤的角质层,为角质层提供水分,使角质层充分水合从而改善皮肤外观和弹性,面膜在水分挥发的干燥过程中,使皮肤产生适度的收缩,且封闭效果使皮肤温度暂时性上升,促进血液循环,在部分剥离型或洗去型的面膜剥落或洗脱的过程中,可除去面部的死皮和皮肤表面污垢,具有一定的清洁作用。
然而,发明人注意到,现有常用的面膜使用的精华液多以化学添加成分为主,长期使用后,效果逐渐变差,甚至会对皮肤造成损伤。少数纯天然来源的面膜产品存在效果不理想等现状。
驼峰指骆驼背部隆起像山峰状的部分,里面储存大量脂肪,驼峰脂用于维持骆驼正常行动。研究发明,驼峰脂具有主治顽痹风骚、恶疮毒肿、肌肉僵硬等功效,同时还含有丰富的自然营养素、高度不饱脂肪酸及丰富维生素E,驼峰脂脂肪球颗粒直径较小,渗透性强,易被皮肤吸收,其中富含免疫活性物质可促进人体自愈力和新陈代谢加快,促进新细胞再生,止疼、抗菌、消炎。目前驼峰脂直接被舍弃,没有得到充分利用。
因此亟待开发一种纯天然、安全无毒副作用的以驼峰为原料制备的面膜。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供了一种以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:以骆驼的驼峰为起始原料,得到原驼峰脂;
步骤二:用乙醇对所述驼峰脂进行洗涤以除去异味,之后加热使乙醇挥发,以除去剩余异味和水分,得骆驼驼峰脂肪;
步骤三:将所述骆驼驼峰脂肪在超声波油浴锅中,加入少量薰衣草油作为底油,再加入蛋白酶进行搅拌均匀,低温提取骆驼油和油渣;
步骤四:将预处理后的骆驼油与氢氧化钠或氨水在碱性条件下加热得到骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠;
步骤五:取膨胀蛭石剪切粉碎,浮选除去杂质,加入骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠改性剂,进行剪切粉碎制备改性纳米蛭石片溶液;
步骤六:取所述改性纳米蛭石片溶液、纳米蛭石片、骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠为原料,加入芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、蜂蜜、胶原蛋白、癸酸甘油三酯、对羟基苯乙酮、鲸蜡硬脂醇、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、1,2-己二醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、羟甲基纤维素钠、乳化剂、水为原料,制备清洁保湿泥膜或面膜;
步骤七:取所述油渣为原料,清水或有机反应物混合密封发酵等方式,制备高级肥料、灭菌剂、除污用品等。
在一些优选的实施例中,步骤二中,所述加热的温度为45℃~160℃。
在一些优选的实施例中,步骤三中,所述超声波油浴锅的加热油为骆驼峰制备的骆驼油,超声频率为1MHz~300MHz;
加入底油量能够覆盖整个油浴锅底部,起到混合和传热均匀目的;所述搅拌的温度为45~260℃,时间为0.2~15小时;所述低温提取的温度为40℃~180℃,时间为0.1~20小时;
所述蛋白酶为木瓜蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶或碱性蛋白酶,其用量为骆驼驼峰脂肪质量的3~6%。
在一些优选的实施例中,步骤六中,所述乳化剂为OP-10、蓖麻油或骆驼油。
在一些优选的实施例中,步骤六中,将水、羟甲基纤维素钠均质完全溶解,加入甘油、乳化剂、癸酸甘油三酯、对羟基苯乙酮、鲸蜡硬脂醇、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、1,2-己二醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸,搅拌加热至70~85℃,保温30~60min,搅拌完全溶解后获得A相;将蜂蜜加热至70~85℃,之后加入到所述A相中,进行微波均质,微波均质的频率为300~1000兆赫,搅拌获得B相;自然冷却至38~42℃,加入骆驼油、芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、胶原蛋白、改性纳米蛭石片溶液和纳米蛭石片,搅拌均质,获得泥膜;或加溶剂,减少改性纳米蛭石片和纳米蛭石片溶液,制成精华液,将面膜布挤压成薄片,之后浸入到所述精华液中,松开面膜布,使面膜布吸入所述精华液,得到所述保湿面膜。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述面膜布的制备方法:
将棉花通过针刺工艺制作成无纺棉层;
在无纺棉层的上下表面分别粘贴上纤维布,得到面膜布。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明以废弃骆驼驼峰为原料,首先提取出高品质的骆驼油,通过改性纳米蛭石片、纳米蛭石片、骆驼油、芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、蜂蜜、胶原蛋白、甘油、羟甲基纤维素钠、乳化剂、骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠、癸酸甘油三酯、对羟基苯乙酮、鲸蜡硬脂醇、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、1,2-己二醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、水等进行调控合成,获得泥膜或面膜。本发明的保湿面膜保湿性能持久、亲润性能好、与皮肤贴合度高(基于纳米层状蛭石),耐热、耐寒及稳定性良好,温和无刺激,具有优异的保湿功效,具有良好的应用前景。
(2)本发明提供的一种保湿面膜的制备方法,其步骤简单易行,适用于大批量的工业化生产。
(3)本发明的骆驼油提取采用酶法,全程保持了骆驼天然成分功效,增强保湿面膜的功效。

具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
(1)以骆驼的驼峰为起始原料,得到原驼峰脂;
(2)用乙醇对所述驼峰脂进行洗涤以除去异味,之后在50℃的温度下加热使乙醇挥发,以除去剩余异味和水分,得骆驼驼峰脂肪;
(3)将骆驼驼峰脂肪置于超声频率为6MHz的超声波油浴锅中,加入少量薰衣草油作为底油,再加入5%木瓜蛋白酶,在37℃下搅拌2小时,随后于60℃下低温提取直至水分被充分熬干挥发,过滤去除固体颗粒物及渣滓等其它杂物,获得清澈的骆驼油和油渣,骆驼油冷却备用。油渣,与清水或有机反应物混合密封发酵等方式,制备高级肥料、灭菌剂、除污用品等;
(4)将预处理后的骆驼油与氢氧化钠在碱性条件下加热得到骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠;
(5)取膨胀蛭石剪切粉碎,浮选除去杂质,加入甘油和硬脂酸钠改性剂,进行剪切粉碎制备改性纳米蛭石片胶体溶液;
(6)将水85g羟甲基纤维素钠均质完全溶解,加入甘油4g、乳化剂2g、癸酸甘油三酯2g、对羟基苯乙酮2g、鲸蜡硬脂醇2g、透明质酸钠1g、尿囊素2g、月桂醇磷酸酯钾1g、1,2-己二醇4g、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸2g,搅拌加热至保温50min,搅拌完全溶解后获得A相;将蜂蜜加热至85℃,之后加入到所述A相中,进行微波均质,微波均质的频率为950兆赫,搅拌获得B相;自然冷却至40℃,加入骆驼油、芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、胶原蛋白、改性纳米蛭石片溶液和纳米蛭石片,搅拌均质,当蛭石纳米片含量达到65%以上时,获得泥膜;或加溶剂,减少改性纳米蛭石片和纳米蛭石片溶液含量,制成精华液,将面膜布挤压成薄片,之后浸入到所述精华液中,松开面膜布,使面膜布吸入所述精华液,得到所述保湿面膜。
实施例2
(1)以骆驼的驼峰为起始原料,得到原驼峰脂;
(2)用乙醇对所述驼峰脂进行洗涤以除去异味,之后在45℃的温度下加热使乙醇挥发,以除去剩余异味和水分,得骆驼驼峰脂肪;
(3)将骆驼驼峰脂肪置于超声频率为6MHz的超声波油浴锅中,加入少量薰衣草油作为底油,再加入5%木瓜蛋白酶,在37℃下搅拌2小时,随后于60℃下低温提取直至水分被充分熬干挥发,过滤去除固体颗粒物及渣滓等其它杂物,获得清澈的骆驼油和油渣,骆驼油冷却备用,油渣,与清水或有机反应物混合密封发酵等方式,制备高级肥料、灭菌剂、除污用品等;
(4)将预处理后的骆驼油与氨水在碱性条件下加热得到骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠;
(5)取膨胀蛭石剪切粉碎,浮选除去杂质,加入甘油和硬脂酸钠改性剂,进行剪切粉碎制备改性纳米蛭石片胶体溶液;
(6)将水90g羟甲基纤维素钠均质完全溶解,加入甘油4g、乳化剂2g、癸酸甘油三酯2g、对羟基苯乙酮2g、鲸蜡硬脂醇2g、透明质酸钠1g、尿囊素2g、月桂醇磷酸酯钾1g、1,2-己二醇4g、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸2g,搅拌加热至保温60min,搅拌完全溶解后获得A相;将蜂蜜加热至85℃,之后加入到所述A相中,进行微波均质,微波均质的频率为900兆赫,搅拌获得B相;自然冷却至40℃,加入骆驼油、芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、胶原蛋白、改性纳米蛭石片溶液和纳米蛭石片,搅拌均质,当蛭石纳米片含量达到70%以上时,获得泥膜;或加溶剂,减少改性纳米蛭石片和纳米蛭石片溶液含量,制成精华液,将面膜布挤压成薄片,之后浸入到所述精华液中,松开面膜布,使面膜布吸入所述精华液,得到所述保湿面膜。
实施例3
(1)以骆驼的驼峰为起始原料,得到原驼峰脂;
(2)用乙醇对所述驼峰脂进行洗涤以除去异味,之后在50℃的温度下加热使乙醇挥发,以除去剩余异味和水分,得骆驼驼峰脂肪;
(3)将骆驼驼峰脂肪置于超声频率为6MHz的超声波油浴锅中,加入少量薰衣草油作为底油,再加入5%木瓜蛋白酶,在37℃下搅拌2小时,随后于60℃下低温提取直至水分被充分熬干挥发,过滤去除固体颗粒物及渣滓等其它杂物,获得清澈的骆驼油和油渣,骆驼油冷却备用,油渣,与清水或有机反应物混合密封发酵等方式,制备高级肥料、灭菌剂、除污用品等;

(5)取膨胀蛭石剪切粉碎,浮选除去杂质,加入甘油和硬脂酸钠改性剂,进行剪切粉碎制备改性纳米蛭石片胶体溶液;
(6)将水95g羟甲基纤维素钠均质完全溶解,加入甘油4g、乳化剂2g、癸酸甘油三酯2g、对羟基苯乙酮2g、鲸蜡硬脂醇2g、透明质酸钠1g、尿囊素2g、月桂醇磷酸酯钾1g、1,2-己二醇4g、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸2g,搅拌加热至75℃,保温55min,搅拌完全溶解后获得A相;将蜂蜜加热至75℃,之后加入到所述A相中,进行微波均质,微波均质的频率为800兆赫,搅拌获得B相;自然冷却至40℃,加入骆驼油、芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、胶原蛋白、改性纳米蛭石片溶液和纳米蛭石片,搅拌均质,当蛭石纳米片含量达到75%以上时,获得泥膜;或加溶剂,减少改性纳米蛭石片和纳米蛭石片溶液含量,制成精华液,将面膜布挤压成薄片,之后浸入到所述精华液中,松开面膜布,使面膜布吸入所述精华液,得到所述保湿面膜。
测试例1
对实施例1-3的精华液的稳定性进行测试
1、耐热试验
将精华液装于10mL玻璃瓶内,分别于25℃、35℃、45℃放置24h后,在无阳光直射的条件下,观察其颜色、组织状态与放置之前有无明显差异,有无浮油及分层现象。
2、耐寒试验
将面膜精华液装于10mL玻璃瓶内,分别于-5℃、0℃、5℃放置24h后,在避免阳光直射的条件下观察其颜色、组织状态与放置之前有无差异。
3、离心稳定性试验
取面膜精华液于离心管内,分别于2000r/min、3000r/min、4000r/min离心15min,无阳光直射的条件下,观察其颜色、组织状态与放置之前有无差异。
结果见表1。

结果表明,本发明实施例提供的精华液具有优异的稳定性。
测试例2
对实施例1-3的保湿面膜的使用效果进行问卷调查。其中,评分标准见表2。

结果表明:本发明的保湿面膜的气味、刺激性和使用感符合消费者的要求。

Claims (7)
1.一种以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:以骆驼的驼峰为起始原料,得到原驼峰脂;
步骤二:用乙醇对所述驼峰脂进行洗涤以除去异味,之后加热使乙醇挥发,以除去剩余异味和水分,得骆驼驼峰脂肪;
步骤三:将所述骆驼驼峰脂肪在超声波油浴锅中,加入少量薰衣草油作为底油,再加入蛋白酶进行搅拌均匀,低温提取骆驼油和油渣;
步骤四:将预处理后的骆驼油与氢氧化钠或氨水在碱性条件下加热得到骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠;
步骤五:取膨胀蛭石剪切粉碎,浮选除去杂质,加入骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠改性剂,进行剪切粉碎制备改性纳米蛭石片溶液;
步骤六:取所述改性纳米蛭石片溶液、纳米蛭石片、骆驼甘油和硬脂酸钠为原料,加入芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、蜂蜜、胶原蛋白、癸酸甘油三酯、对羟基苯乙酮、鲸蜡硬脂醇、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、1,2-己二醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、羟甲基纤维素钠、乳化剂、水为原料,制备清洁保湿泥膜或面膜;
步骤七:取所述油渣为原料,清水或有机反应物混合密封发酵等方式,制备高级肥料、灭菌剂、除污用品等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,所述加热的温度为45℃~160℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,所述超声波油浴锅的加热油为骆驼峰制备的骆驼油,超声频率为1MHz~300MHz;
加入底油量能够覆盖整个油浴锅底部,起到混合和传热均匀目的;所述搅拌的温度为45~260℃,时间为0.2~15小时;所述低温提取的温度为40℃~180℃,时间为0.1~20小时;
所述蛋白酶为木瓜蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶或碱性蛋白酶,其用量为骆驼驼峰脂肪质量的3~6%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法,其特征在于,步骤六中,所述乳化剂为OP-10、蓖麻油或骆驼油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法,奇特在于,步骤六中,将水、羟甲基纤维素钠均质完全溶解,加入甘油、乳化剂、癸酸甘油三酯、对羟基苯乙酮、鲸蜡硬脂醇、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、1,2-己二醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸,搅拌加热至70~85℃,保温30~60min,搅拌完全溶解后获得A相;将蜂蜜加热至70~85℃,之后加入到所述A相中,进行微波均质,微波均质的频率为300~1000兆赫,搅拌获得B相;自然冷却至38~42℃,加入骆驼油、芦荟或黄瓜或蔬菜提取液、胶原蛋白、改性纳米蛭石片溶液和纳米蛭石片,搅拌均质,获得泥膜;或加溶剂,减少改性纳米蛭石片和纳米蛭石片溶液,制成精华液,将面膜布挤压成薄片,之后浸入到所述精华液中,松开面膜布,使面膜布吸入所述精华液,得到所述保湿面膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法,其特征在于,所述面膜布的制备方法:
将棉花通过针刺工艺制作成无纺棉层;
在无纺棉层的上下表面分别粘贴上纤维布,得到面膜布。
7.根据权利要求5所述的以蛭石和骆驼驼峰为原料制备清洁保湿面膜的方法,其特征在于,所述泥膜是蛭石纳米片含量达到50%以上,精华液是蛭石纳米片含量低于40%以下。
