本发明涉及生物医学领域，公开一种高通量检测芯片，包括：背板、盖板以及连接器；其中：背板与盖板相对设置，且背板和盖板对盒连接形成多个容纳腔；背板朝向盖板一侧设有与容纳腔一一对应的检测芯片单元单元，每一个检测芯片单元位于对应的容纳腔内；每一个容纳腔设有进液口和出液口；连接器包括与容纳腔一一对应的管路，每一条管路设有用于控制管路通断的阀门结构，且每一对相互对应的管路和容纳腔中，管路的进口与容纳腔的出液口连通；其中，多条管路形成至少一个管路组，每个管路组至少包括两条管路，每个管路组中的管路共用一个样本液出口。用于提高检测芯片单元检测灵活性和准确性，进而提高检测效率。
