Abstract

本发明的背景
带有抽出式滑座的冲孔器是已知的。具有可调冲头位置的滑座式冲孔器也是已知的,但是要求拆掉滑座进行调整。
本发明的概要
概括地说,本发明是一个滑座式可调的手动冲孔器,无须拆掉滑座从冲孔器的底部便可完成调整。压板手柄用来增力。特别是在滑座仍然连接到冲孔器时,可调整冲孔组件头。
本发明提出一台手柄冲孔器包括:a)一个带有细长长度的基座,具有一个上表面以及一个与上表面相反的底面;b)若干可调整的冲孔组件头,可调整地安装在基座的上表面上并可沿基座的细长长度选择地定位于若干位置处;c)在该若干位置处各从基座的上表面穿过到基座底面的调整槽;d)可调整地以盖于基座的关系定位于基座上的滑座;和e)一个细长滑座的中部槽,延伸穿过滑座并与每个调整槽对准及露出每个调整槽,从而冲孔组件头以滑座在基座上可调整。
此外,每个调整槽为一个从基座的上表面穿过到基座底表面并沿基座长度延伸的细长槽。冲孔组件头滑动地安装在基座的上表面上。冲孔组件头中的至少一个包括用于限定在基座上的移动的紧定螺丝。
此外,该滑座包括:a)与基座外周边相应的一个外周边;b)沿滑座外周边延伸的直立折边,用于滑座以滑座的底部与基座底面分隔定位于基座上;c)绕滑座的中部槽定位和从滑座底部直立延伸的围环,以限定在直立折边与围环之间的一个区域,该围环向上延伸邻近基座底面的高度足以使滑座开口与该在直立折边与围环之间的区域隔离。
滑座为滑动地安装在基座上,以沿该路径作滑动移动;和冲孔组件头包括紧定螺丝,该紧定螺丝延伸进入该滑座的中部槽和围环的移动路径中,从而被接合来限定在滑座的滑动。

优选实施例的描述
在图1至图4中,冲孔器10包括基座11,端部支承板12a,12b,上部为平坦表面13的手柄14,设置为绕支承板12a,12b上的销轴16a,16b转动的手柄凹坑13a,13b,13c。杠杆17可枢转地安装在支架18a,18b上。还示出了冲孔组件头21a,21b,21c和装在基座导轨板11a,11b上的滑座23。组件头21a-c包括槽部卷边凸出34a-c,这些卷边凸出伸进槽40内以防止组件头21a-c移动时产生转动(参照图7)。
具体参考图2,手柄14由金属板材制成并包括大体垂直于平坦表面13的远处折边端14a(远离销轴16b);远处平坦部14b,凹坑部13a,近处平坦部14c;垂直于平坦表面13和反向卷边部15的近处垂直折边部14d。反向卷边部15的作用是增强和加强手柄14并包括弧形部15a和直立唇状部15b。
手柄14的金属板材厚度为T。下面的表1给出了手柄14各部相对厚度T的比例范围。

参考图4-8,可以看到,冲孔组件头21a,21b和21c可以用紧定螺丝26a,26b和26c来调整,这些紧定螺丝可以在调整槽27,28(图5)中运动,而组件头的槽部卷边凸出34a-c在纵向机座槽40中运动。槽40是机座上表面11u之下的一纵向区域并且是一较低机座表面111(见图2)。槽部卷边凸出34a-c延伸超过机座上表面11u到其下面,上表面11u允许卷边凸出34a-c在组件头调整期间在槽40内来回移动,并同时防止组件头21a-c在松开期间发生转动,移动组件头是为了调整冲孔间距和组件头的再紧固。如果组件头21a-c谋略转动,它的卷边凸出34a-c将咬住机座边缘11e来防止这种转动。卷边凸出34a-c可以是其它形状的,但最好是弯曲的翻卷形状。调整螺丝以螺纹拧入机壳螺纹孔31a、31b和31中(图4)。冲孔销P示于图4。基座底面11c示于图5。滑座23有一个中部槽29,使得无须拆除滑座23便可调整螺丝26a-c。
图7示出滑座23滑开用来倒空,并进而示出基座导轨板11a,11b,支承板12a,12b,调整槽27,28和调整螺丝26a-c以及槽40。
在图8中,滑座中部槽29由具有端部29a,29b的围环36围护起来,比围环36的高度36h几乎抵靠基座底面11c以防止纸屑通过中部槽28漏出或跑出。还示出了滑座折边23a,23b和滑座开槽端23c,以及滑座封闭端23d。槽缝37a,37b使得滑座23无须从基座导轨板11a,11b上卸下便可滑开。当滑座23滑开时,围环端部29a接合紧定螺丝26c来限制滑座的移动。中部槽29比外侧调整螺丝26a和26c之间的距离(D)长,以便允许滑座23相对于基座11滑动。中部槽29的长度小于滑座23的总长度,从而当搬动和使用冲孔器10时,全部积存在围环36一侧的冲下的纸屑可以经过围环端部29a,29b转移到另一侧。
最后,在图9和图10中,手柄14的结构卷边15的长度B小于手柄14的总长度A。最好,长度B是长度A的至少60%。

Claims (8)

1.一台手柄冲孔器(10),包括:
a)一个带有细长长度的基座(11),具有一个上表面(11u)以及一个与上表面相反的底面(11c);
b)若干可调整的冲孔组件头(21a-c),可调整地安装在基座的上表面上并可沿基座的细长长度选择地定位于若干位置处;
c)在该若干位置处各从基座的上表面穿过到基座底面的调整槽(27,28);
d)可调整地以盖于基座的关系定位于基座上的滑座(23);和
e)一个细长滑座的中部槽(29),延伸穿过滑座并与每个调整槽对准及露出每个调整槽,从而冲孔组件头以滑座在基座上可调整。
2.如权利要求1所述的冲孔器,其特征在于,每个调整槽为一个从基座的上表面穿过到基座底面并沿基座长度延伸的细长槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的冲孔器,其特征在于,冲孔组件头滑动地安装在基座的上表面上。
4.如权利要求1所述的冲孔器,其特征在于,冲孔组件头中的至少一个包括用于限定在基座上的移动的紧定螺丝(26a-c)。
5.如权利要求1所述的冲孔器,其特征在于,滑座包括:
a)与基座外周边相应的一个外周边;
b)沿滑座外周边延伸的直立折边(23a-d),用于滑座以滑座的一个底部与基座底面分隔定位于基座上;
c)绕滑座的中部槽定位和从滑座的底部直立延伸的围环(36),以限定在直立折边(23a-d)与围环(36)之间的一个区域,该围环向上延伸邻近基座底面的高度足以使滑座的中部槽与该在直立折边(23a-d)与围环(36)之间的区域隔离。
6.如权利要求5述的冲孔器,其特征在于,
滑座为滑动地安装在基座上,以沿该路径作滑动移动;和
冲孔组件头包括紧定螺丝(26a-c),该紧定螺丝延伸进入该滑座的中部槽和围环的移动路径中,从而被接合来限定在滑座的滑动。
7.如权利要求1所述的冲孔器,其特征在于,包括连接到每个冲孔组件头的紧定螺丝,用于在所述若干位置处调整该冲孔组件头的位置,所述紧定螺丝延伸穿过所述调整槽并进入基座底面以及穿过滑座的中部槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的冲孔器,其特征在于,每个所述紧定螺丝可螺纹接合于该冲孔组件头中的一个螺纹开口中。
