Description

Anti-dandruff itching-relieving shampoo containing plant formula and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to anti-dandruff itching-relieving shampoo containing a plant formula and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dandruff is a product of metabolism of human head epidermal cells, which is usually produced by the disruption of the ecological balance of the scalp. Currently, methods for removing dandruff include the use of exfoliants or cytostatics, but these two drugs often affect the balance of the epidermis and thus the hair quality, and are not suitable, especially for sensitive skin. At present, most of dandruff treatment adopts a preventive means, including shampoo which can remove dandruff and relieve itching, so as to effectively regulate scalp microenvironment and improve hair quality. Literature: calumniate jade sand, shang Xiaoqin, chen Minghua research on the mechanism of dandruff generation and anti-dandruff method [ J ]. Guangdong chemical, 2020, 47 (17): 3. Use of antifungal ingredients (e.g., zinc pyrithione, active galectin or OCT, etc.), repair of scalp barriers (e.g., ceramide, nicotinamide or surfactant, etc.), use of mild surfactants or use of conditioning agents which are not prone to accumulation, etc. are proposed.
However, the use of a single preparation to cope with the problems of dandruff and the like is limited at present, so that more researchers prepare products such as shampoo and the like by compounding various beneficial raw materials. Such as literature: cui Longhai A method for preparing Chinese medicinal composition with effects of removing dandruff and relieving itching comprises optimizing the extraction parameters of the composition with the content of four effective components of ferulic acid, quercetin, dictamnine and matrine as optimization index. As another example, patent CN113230184a discloses a scalp composition for scalp hair 1+1 cleansing and a method for preparing the same, the composition comprising water and the following components in parts by weight: disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, cocamide MEA, cocamidopropyl betaine, glycerol, glyceryl stearate, propylene glycol, polyquaternium-7, acrylic copolymers, sodium chloride, PEG-120 methylglucdioleate, PEG-7 glycerocococoate, PPG-3 octyl ether, guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternium-10, fragrances, plant functional components, preservatives, citric acid, panthenol, sodium hydroxide, DMDM hydantoin, menthol, witch hazel extract, aloe vera extract, nicotinamide, tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine HCl, piroctone olamine, allantoin, and EDTA-disodium. The composition can effectively remove dirt and grease on scalp and promote hair follicle growth.
Further, as disclosed in patent CN114469771a, a multifunctional anti-dandruff refreshing shampoo and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-20% of anionic surfactant, 1-10% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5-2% of cocamide MEA, 0.1-1% of antidandruff agent, 0-2% of auxiliary antidandruff agent, 0-5% of humectant, 0-1% of hair conditioner, 0-2% of thickener, 0.05-0.4% of citric acid, 0-2% of essence, 0-1% of cooling agent, 0.00075-0.0015% of preservative and 100% of pure water, wherein the antidandruff agent is at least one of piroctone olamine and piroctone olamine. On the basis of keeping the moisture of the scalp, the scalp care product can also play a role in protecting the barrier, has less stimulation to the scalp, maintains the acid-base balance of the scalp, and has the effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching and keeping the scalp healthy.
However, at present, the existing shampoo with a pure traditional Chinese medicine formula has the problems of poor effect or slow effect, but the pure chemical shampoo has the problems of high irritation to scalp and even damage to scalp tissues and safety. In addition, long-term use of some shampoos can affect balance of epidermis and hair quality, thereby damaging scalp health.
Aiming at the problems of the related anti-dandruff and antipruritic drugs or shampoos in the prior art that the balance of epidermis and hair quality are affected, the anti-dandruff and antipruritic effects are poor, and the like, it is necessary to find an anti-dandruff and antipruritic shampoo containing a plant formula and a preparation method thereof.

(5) 7-8 stages: an adhesive chip;
(6) 9-10 grades: white to yellow thicker scales that adhere tightly to the scalp.
Test population: volunteers with dandruff condition more than or equal to grade 3;
the test method comprises the following steps: the shampoo of examples 1 to 5 of the present invention was used for 3 persons in each group at random, and the shampoo was used for every day for men and every two days for women, and the dandruff level (efficacy observation index: the level of dandruff attached to the scalp in the observation area and the hair 4cm above the hair root) was observed at the end of week 0 and week four, and the statistical results are shown in fig. 1 to 5.
From the results of fig. 1 to 5, it is understood that the shampoo of each example of the present invention has good anti-dandruff effect.
