Traditional Chinese medicine composition with antianxiety effect and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with an anxiolytic effect, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Generalized anxiety disorder is a neurological disorder with anxiety as the main manifestation, and is one of the most common mental disorders in clinic. It is often manifested as serious anxiety, stress and fear, accompanied by autonomic dysfunction such as palpitation, sweating, trembling hands, frequent urination, etc. Epidemiological survey of the national mental disorder published in 2019 shows that the lifetime prevalence rate of the generalized anxiety disorder is 0.3%, and the generalized anxiety disorder often coexists with various chronic diseases, and seriously affects the social functions of patients. Sertraline, paroxetine and escitalopram are first-line treatment medicines for generalized anxiety disorder, but pure anxiolytic medicines have poor curative effect, slow drug effect and narrow treatment spectrum, about one third of patients cannot be relieved, residual symptoms exist for a long time, adverse reactions such as somnolence, gastrointestinal discomfort and the like are obvious, and the life quality of the patients is reduced. Therefore, it is important to find and develop some anxiolytic drugs with good curative effect and less adverse reactions.
Master thesis (mind tranquilizing prescription ' curative effect and influence on HAMA score of adult's curative effect on primary insomnia ', quality of quality) studies the insomnia treating and anxiety resisting effects of the ' mind tranquilizing prescription ' proved by Chengbaotian education, the ' mind tranquilizing prescription ' is prepared from 10 parts of radix Scutellariae, ramulus Cinnamomi, radix Polygalae, radix Codonopsis, rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata and radix Glycyrrhizae, 15 parts of radix Paeoniae alba and semen Ziziphi Spinosae, 20 parts of cortex Albizziae, 24 parts of radix bupleuri, 30 parts of Concha Ostreae, 30 parts of Os Draconis, 70 parts of caulis Polygoni Multiflori and 7 Chinese dates. The application method comprises the following steps: decoct the drugs with water, take the decoction 1h before sleep, and take the decoction 1 day. Research shows that compared with the traditional treatment based on syndrome differentiation, the nerve-soothing prescription group developed by the professor Chen Baodan not only has obvious curative effect on the primary insomnia patients, but also can obviously reduce the anxiety symptoms of the patients, has better effect compared with the treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and can be related to the improvement of the anxiety symptoms with the improvement of the sleep quality. And the medicament has no obvious influence on liver and kidney functions, and all cases have no complications in the medicament taking process, so that the tranquilizer is safe and reliable when continuously taken for 3 months.
