Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of probiotic multivitamins, and particularly discloses a probiotic protein multivitamin and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Probiotics are active microorganisms that, when ingested in sufficient quantities, can produce health benefits. Probiotics that maintain adequate levels in the body have been shown to support immune function, aid digestive health, and even promote metabolism. The two most well known probiotics that support digestive and immune health are bifidobacteria, most commonly found in the large intestine, while lactobacilli are present in the small intestine. The world health organization defines probiotics as "active microorganisms that, when ingested in sufficient quantities, produce health benefits to the host". Many foods and supplements contain active microorganisms, but only those containing characteristic strains with scientifically proven effects on health can be correctly called "probiotics". According to this definition, probiotic strains must be characterized by their specific properties, efficacy and health benefits. Probiotics are a class of active microorganisms that act by improving the balance of the host's intestinal microflora, and can produce a definite health effect to improve the host's microecological balance and exert beneficial effects. In 2001, the world Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) also defined probiotics as follows: live bacteria which exert an effective effect on the health of the consumer when ingested in an appropriate amount. The main bacteria or fungi in human bodies and animal bodies are: clostridium butyricum, lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus acidophilus, actinomycetes, saccharomycetes and the like. The probiotics are closely related to the health and longevity of human beings, delicious foods which are eaten by people for thousands of years, such as yoghourt, pickled vegetables, pickled Chinese cabbage, fermented soya beans, natto, black tea fungus and the like, are probiotic foods, and beneficial microorganisms in the foods, such as yeast, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus, actinomycetes, bacillus subtilis and the like, bring the delicious taste and health to people. The intestinal flora is the largest bacterial bank and the largest micro-ecosystem of human beings, inhabits more than 1000 kinds of bacteria, 100 trillion bacteria, and is 10 times of the total number of human cells, and the intestinal flora comprises various microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, archaea, protozoa and plants (even viruses). The intestinal flora is closely related to the human body, is a unity of mutualistic relationship, and is also called as the second genome of human.
Probiotics (English: probiotics) refers to an ingesting microorganism that is generally considered to be positively beneficial to a host (e.g., an animal or human) after ingestion. Medically, scientific evidence currently fails to show health support effects of probiotic use in improving the immune system, improving gut health, relieving constipation, and preventing colds, and the federal trade commission in the united states also does not allow for such advertising of claim efficacy [6]. The british national health care agency also does not consider sufficient evidence for these alleged therapeutic effects. Probiotics are generally safe, but in very few cases may cause bacterial-host interactions and adverse reactions. It is believed by researchers that the administration of probiotics after antibiotic treatment would prevent the recovery of the gut microbiome.
The earliest probiotic for human consumption was from yogurt. As early as more than 3000 years before the west yuan, buttermilk has been produced and drunk by ancient nomadic nationalities living in turkish plateau. The initial yogurt milk may have originated by chance. After the storage method is lagged, the goat milk is often deteriorated due to the pollution of harmful bacteria to the goat milk, but lactic acid bacteria of the yogurt accidentally enter the goat milk in the primary air, and the beneficial bacteria cause the goat milk to change similarly to the change in the gastrointestinal tract, so that the goat milk becomes more sour, sweet and palatable, which is the earliest yogurt. Early 20 th century, russian scientist Ilia Mei Nikov (Metchnikoff) in studying why people who have a long life are more in bulgaria, it was found that these people all like to drink yogurt, and a theory that lactic acid bacteria contained in fermented milk are beneficial to human health was proposed. The result of the Mei-Nikov study was inspired by the Isaac Carasso (English) of Spanish businessman to establish a yogurt manufacturing plant (today's Daneng group) in 1919, and the yogurt was sold in the pharmacy as a "long-life beverage" with medicinal effect.
The term "lactic acid bacteria" is a general term for bacteria capable of producing large amounts of lactic acid by fermentation using carbohydrates, and is a rather bulky group of bacteria, and recently, through the development of science and molecular biology, it is widely recognized that lactic acid bacteria are subdivided and expanded from the early 4 genera (genus) to the 17 genera of 273 (species): enterococcus (Enterococcus), lactobacillus (Lactobacillus), bacillus (Bacillus), clostridium (Clostridium), lactococcus (Lactococcus lactis), leuconostoc (english: leuconostoc) (Leuconostoc), pediococcus (english: pediococcus (Pediococcus), carnobacterium (Carnobacterium), prokaryotum (Vagococcus), tetragenococcus (English), bifidobacterium (English), atopobium (Atopobium), weissella (Weissella), anaerococcus (Abiotrophia), streptococcus (English), rhodomela (Salmonella), oenococcus (Oenococcus), paralactis (Paralactis-Lactobacillus), lactobacillus (Paralactis-Lactobacillus). It mainly colonizes the small intestine, where the greatest number of bacteria are located, and it trails all the vaginal wall, cervix and urethra. Can slightly reduce cholesterol (4%), is suspected to regulate immunity and reduce infection of candida vaginitis and the like. Lactobacillus brevis (English: lactobacillus brevis) -Lactobacillus brevis, the existence of which can be found in human mouth, mouse tail and intestinal tract, and also in milk and cheese. Can inhibit intestinal pathogenic bacteria, maintain digestive tract function, promote appetite and regulate immunity. Lactobacillus casei-Lactobacillus casei, abbreviated as C. Is quite acid-resistant, can effectively pass the test of choline in gastric acid, and can enter the intestinal tract to colonize on a large scale. L.delbrueckii subsp.bulbgaricus (English: lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp.bulbgaricus) -Lactobacillus bulgaricus is a subspecies of Lactobacillus delbrueckii and is widely used in the process of making yogurt. Is suspected to have the effects of regulating the health of the gastrointestinal tract, promoting the digestion and absorption, enhancing the immunologic function and the like. Lactobacillus johnsonii, abbreviated as LJ bacterium. Lactobacillus paracasei, LP for short. Has good effects of resisting gastric acid and bile salt and colonizing in intestinal tract. Can promote the secretion of Th1 cell hormone in vivo, inhibit the sensitive immune response caused by Th2 cell, and balance the immune system. Can be used for treating allergic symptoms such as atopic dermatitis. Lactobacillus reuteri (English: lactobacillus reuteri) -Lactobacillus delbrueckii, R bacteria for short. Is one of the few lactic acid bacteria found in adults and infants, and can help the intestinal cells of babies to grow and promote the reproduction of beneficial bacteria. Lactobacillus rhamnous (English: lactobacillus rhamnous) -Lactobacillus rhamnosus. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG-LGG bacteria for short. Formally named lactobacillus rhamnosus GG strain. Is the most studied probiotic bacteria in the world at present and is one of the first probiotics which are proved to be capable of surviving and colonizing the intestinal tract of human body. Can increase sufficient intercellular albumin-10 in serum and reduce the formation of cytokines that cause local sensitive immune responses. Can promote growth of beneficial bacteria, reduce allergy to milk or food, and treat unknown reasons or acute diarrhea. Lactobacillus salivarius-Lactobacillus salivarius. Bifidobacterium bifidum-bifidum, called B bacteria for short. The intestinal acid environment is maintained, and the propagation of harmful bacteria is reduced; it has effects in enhancing immunity, reducing cholesterol, improving constipation, and regulating intestinal tract physiological function. Bifidobacterium infantis-infant type Bifidenbacilia. It is known as bifida infantum because it is found in the intestine of infants. Can relieve inflammatory injury caused by excessive reaction of human immune system. Bifidobacterium lactis-Ratti B. Is obtained by separating from the feces of healthy infants and is one of the most common flora in human intestinal tract. Resists gastric acid and bile salt, colonizes in intestinal tracts and achieves the effect of increasing good bacteria in vivo. Can relieve gastritis and improve lactose intolerance. Bifidobacterium longum, also called "Rhizopus longus". The beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract are mainly bifidobacterium longum and are also true human protozoan strains. Can effectively regulate Th2 cell immunoreaction, reduce IgE content in blood of allergic patients, possibly improve allergic symptoms caused by pollen, and possibly improve diarrhea caused by antibiotics and food pathogenic bacteria. Bacillus coagulons, a strain of Lactobacillus sp. Can be used for improving symptoms caused by intestinal dysbacteriosis, such as acute and chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation, abdominal distention, dyspepsia, etc. Clostridium clostridium butyricum, also known as clostridium butyricum, butyric acid bacteria or uterine fungus. Preventing and treating chronic diarrhea, antibiotic-associated enteritis, constipation or alternate diarrhea and constipation, and normalizing intestinal function. Saccharomyces boulardii-Saccharomyces boulardii.
According to a recently published '2021 intestinal health investigation report', the intestinal problems of Chinese people tend to be popular, people who often sit in offices are high-risk people, constipation symptoms caused by the intestinal problems are the most common intestinal problems, and constipation often causes other problems such as oral peculiar smell, abdominal distension, dyspepsia and the like. The intestinal tract is not only the digestive organ of the human body, but also the largest immune and toxin expelling organ of the human body. The immune cells are distributed on the intestinal canal wall, and can resist a large amount of harmful substances outside the human body to damage the health of the human body, so that the human body is prevented from being injured, and the intestinal canal wall is called as a first defense line for human health. Maintaining intestinal health plays a crucial role in overall physical health. According to the statistics of the world health organization, the number of people dying from gastrointestinal diseases every year in the world is more than 1000 ten thousand, and one fifth of people in China have gastrointestinal diseases and live at the first position in the world. Meanwhile, when diseases occur, people often urgently find an effective solution, but the prevention is still the optimal choice in the past from the present point of view.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a probiotic protein multivitamin and a preparation method thereof, wherein proteins in probiotics capable of improving human immunity and enhancing physique are extracted, multivitamins beneficial to enhancing human immunity resistance and promoting fatigue recovery are added through scientific compatibility according to the principle of function complementation, and finally, high-active components such as maca powder and pseudo-ginseng powder are added according to edible mouthfeel and edible convenience to prepare probiotic protein multivitamin granules, tablets, buccal tablets, capsules and oral liquid.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a probiotic protein compound vitamin contains immune protein activating factor and compound vitamin; the immune protein activator contains probiotic proteins:
the probiotic is selected from: one or more of lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus reuteri, bifidobacterium breve, lactobacillus fermentum, bacillus subtilis, animal bifidobacterium animalis, bifidobacterium lactis and lactococcus lactis subspecies lactis.
Further, the above-mentioned probiotic protein multivitamin, the immune protein activator is prepared by the following steps: the probiotic strains are fermented to obtain a large amount of thalli, and then the immune protein activator with the immune activation function in the probiotic strains is prepared by shearing and crushing cells, centrifugal precipitation and fractional separation and extraction.

Vitamin complex: vitamins are a class of organic compounds essential to maintain human health, promote growth and development, and regulate physiological functions. These compounds are present in natural foods and are generally not synthesized or synthesized in small amounts in vivo, and are not satisfactory. Due to dietary habits, lack of nutrition knowledge and changes of life styles of modern people, an ideal balanced diet mode is difficult to achieve, according to investigation of authoritative departments, most people in China can not provide certain vitamins and mineral substances in a balanced way in daily diet, calcium, iron, vitamin A and B2 are common, and zinc, selenium, vitamin B1 and vitamin C are common. It is therefore necessary to administer nutrient supplements. In the case of malnutrition, multivitamins are often lacking and multiple vitamins should be supplemented, since supplementation of only one if multiple nutrients are lacking interferes with the absorption and metabolism of other vitamins and minerals.
Vitamin A: promoting growth, and maintaining normal functions of epithelial tissue such as mucosa, conjunctiva, cornea, etc.; participate in the synthesis of rhodopsin, and enhance the photosensitivity of the retina; participate in many oxidative processes in the body. Vitamin B2 (also known as riboflavin) deficiency affects the biological oxidation of the body and causes metabolic disorders. Manifested by angular cheilitis, glossitis, conjunctivitis, scrotitis, etc. Vitamin C (also known as vitamin C, ascorbic acid) is involved in the redox process and carbohydrate metabolism process in vivo. Participating in the generation of interstitial substance of tissue cells, reducing the fragility of capillary vessels, accelerating the blood coagulation and increasing the resistance to infection. Participate in the detoxification function. It can promote absorption of iron in intestinal tract, and has antihistaminic (antiallergic) effect. Vitamin D2 (alternative: calciferol) vitamin D3 alternative: cholecalciferol: promote the absorption and storage of calcium and phosphorus in the intestine, regulate the calcium and phosphorus levels in the blood plasma by matching with parathyroid hormone and calcitonin, and promote the normal calcification of bones. Vitamin E: a strong antioxidant; can protect the biological membrane from being attacked by free radicals and is an effective anti-aging nutrient. Improving the immunity of the human body. The integrity of the red blood cells is maintained, and the biosynthesis of the red blood cells is promoted. Vitamin E is lipid soluble and its toxicity should be noted. When the medicine is taken by 800-3200 mg/day, muscle weakness, fatigue, vomiting and diarrhea can occur occasionally. The most significant toxic effects of vitamin E >1000 mg/day are the significant bleeding that can result.
The invention selects high-quality vitamin A, B, C, D, E, K and other compound vitamins as the effective components, and can further enhance the immunity of the human body, promote the metabolism of the human body, improve the physique of the human body and the like.
Further, the probiotic protein multivitamin is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 80-90% of immune protein activating factor, 2-4% of compound vitamin, 0.5-2% of maca powder, 0.5-2% of pseudo-ginseng powder, 3-8% of dextrin and 2-6% of corn starch.
Preferably, the probiotic protein multivitamin is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 85% of immune protein activating factor, 3% of compound vitamin, 1% of maca powder, 1% of pseudo-ginseng powder, 5% of dextrin and 5% of corn starch.
Furthermore, the dosage form of the probiotic protein multivitamin comprises but is not limited to oral liquid, granules, tablets, buccal tablets or capsules.
Furthermore, in the granule, the fineness of the granule of the probiotic protein multivitamin granule is 10-50 meshes, but the fineness of the granule which can not pass through 10 meshes and can pass through 65 meshes is not more than 8%; the finished product has dry appearance, uniform particles and consistent color, and has no agglomeration and moisture; the water solution electuary can be dissolved by adding 20 parts of boiled water into 1 part of finished product; the granule has good taste, small size, and convenient administration, storage and transportation.
Further, the preparation method of the probiotic protein multivitamin comprises the following steps:
s1, performing shake flask fermentation on strains, performing fermentation in an S2 fermentation tank, breaking cell walls in S3, performing centrifugal filtration and precipitation in S4, adding multivitamin, maca powder, pseudo-ginseng powder and auxiliary materials in S5, fully stirring and mixing, and S6, performing spray drying and granulation or tabletting.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
