Weighing 1.5g (dry basis) of a sample and sucking 20mL of water into a centrifuge tube, shaking uniformly, heating in a water bath kettle at 30 ℃ for 30min, oscillating for 30s every 5min to keep the sample in a suspended state, centrifuging for 15min at 4000r/min after water bath, pouring a supernatant into an aluminum box, and drying at 105 ℃ to constant weight.
