A spotted silver carp feeding device according to claim 3, characterized in that the bottom seal (9) comprises a chassis (901), a second rotating groove (902), a fixed seat (903), a connecting rod (904) and a notch (905); the second rotating groove (902) is connected with a limiting block (502) at the lower end of the ring body (501) in a matching way; the fixed seat (903) is used for being matched and connected with the central column (602), a notch (905) is formed in the fixed seat (903), an internal gear (603) is arranged on the inner wall of the central column (602), and the driving piece (10) is connected with the central column (602) through the notch (905); the upper portion of fixing base (903) is provided with a plurality of connecting rods (904), and is a plurality of connecting rod (904) are used for fixing base (903).

9. A spotted silver carp feeding method based on the spotted silver carp feeding device of claim 8, comprising the following steps:
s1, erecting a support (1) in a feeding water area, then opening a feed inlet (4), and loading feeding feed into a storage tank (3) through the feed inlet (4);
s2, starting the driving piece (10) to drive the material guide piece (6) to rotate at the bottom of the material storage tank (3), and throwing the feed in a rotating mode through the material discharging piece (7);
s3, the screw rod (101) is rotated through the first motor (102), so that the connecting piece (2) slides along the direction of the screw rod (101), the storage tank (3) is driven to move along the direction of the screw rod (101), and feeds are thrown in different water areas;
s4, adjusting an included angle between the discharging part (7) and the storage tank (3) through an adjusting part (8) and controlling the feed throwing range;
s5, closing the driving piece (10), withdrawing the discharging piece (7) towards the direction of the storage tank (3) through the adjusting piece (8), and finishing feeding.
