Except for the compound low-dose group, the number of 24h excrement grains of rats in other groups is remarkably higher than that of a model control group (P is less than 0.01), the effect of the compound of Yaan Tibetan tea, xylo-oligosaccharide, cassia seed, fructus cannabis, snakegourd seed and platycladi seed is in a dose-dependent relationship, the effect of the compound is better than that of the control group, and the number of the excrement grains can be recovered to be close to that of the normal control group; the influence of the Yaan Tibetan tea, xylo-oligosaccharide, cassia seed, fructus cannabis, semen trichosanthis and semen boitae on the moisture content of the feces of the constipation rats is in a dose-dependent relationship, and compared with a model control group, the moisture content of the feces of the rats in a compound high-dose group is remarkably improved (P is less than 0.01) and is close to that of a normal control group.
The results show that the compound of Yaan Tibetan tea, xylo-oligosaccharide, cassia seed, fructus cannabis, snakegourd seed and platycladi seed can promote the growth and development of constipation rats, obviously improve the number of particles and the water content of excrement of the constipation rats, have the effect of relaxing bowel, and achieve or be superior to the treatment effect of positive medicaments.
The results show that the compound of Yaan Tibetan tea, xylo-oligosaccharide, cassia seed, fructus cannabis, semen trichosanthis and semen boitae with proper dosage can inhibit the proliferation of harmful flora in intestinal tracts of rats with constipation to promote the growth of beneficial flora, and has the effect of conditioning intestinal microenvironment.
And based on the results, the compound achieves the above effects probably because the rich nutrients and dietary fibers contained in the tea can reduce the reabsorption amount of bile acid, change the digestion rate of food and the secretion amount of digestive secretions, promote the gastrointestinal peristalsis to be accelerated, promote the emptying of intestinal tracts, reduce the reabsorption of waste and toxin by the intestinal walls and excrete stubborn stool; the xylo-oligosaccharide can promote the nutrient elements in the tea leaves to be better absorbed and utilized in intestinal tracts, the xylo-oligosaccharide and the tea leaves achieve the effect of promoting absorption synergistically, and the xylo-oligosaccharide and the tea leaves can be matched with cassia seeds, fructus cannabis, semen trichosanthis and semen boitae in traditional Chinese medicines to better improve the environment in the intestinal tracts and achieve the effect of relaxing bowel.
