Patent CN201810566057.6 discloses a skin barrier repair moisturizing cream for children and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation raw materials comprise a moisturizing agent, an oily moistening agent, a surface agent, a softening agent, an anti-allergic agent, an emulsifying agent, an acid-base regulator, an antioxidant, an antistatic agent, a preservative, a lubricant, a solvent and the like, and the moisturizing cream has a moisturizing and repairing effect on the skin of the children, but the preparation raw materials are mostly chemical components and have certain irritation on the skin.

7. The use of a skin soothing and moisturizing composition for babies and children comprising german chamomile according to claim 6, wherein the composition is used in a moisturizer, and the moisturizer is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
(1) Adding deionized water, solvent, and high molecular compound into a stirring pot, stirring and heating, homogenizing and stirring for 5-10min, cooling to 25-30 deg.C, adding the soothing and moisturizing composition and antiseptic, homogenizing and stirring for 3-4h;
(2) Cooling to 25-30 deg.C, stopping stirring, sampling, inspecting, and discharging.
