9. The preparation method of claim 8, wherein the step of dipping the donkey-hide gelatin herbal paste on the surface of the red dates comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps of (1) soaking the surfaces of red dates with donkey-hide gelatin herbal paste, then carrying out first baking, cooling after the first baking to solidify the donkey-hide gelatin herbal paste, and carrying out second baking;
the first baking and the temperature reduction are repeatedly carried out for 3 to 4 times;
