Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of alopecia prevention, and particularly discloses an essential oil composition for scalp care and a preparation method thereof, which can improve alopecia caused by scalp grease secretion disorder and the like. The essential oil composition for scalp care comprises a main agent and a solvent, wherein the main agent comprises beta-ethyl ketobutyrate, catechin, cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, alpha-pinene, O-hydroxyacetone, nitric acid-phylline, tretinoin, 3-amino-2,6-piperidione and ergosterol. The combination of the beta-ethyl ketobutyrate, cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and the beta-ethyl ketobutyrate can reduce the effect of androgen secreted by women on hair follicles and reduce the probability of alopecia. Alpha-pinene and catechin can enhance the effect of killing germs. The o-hydroxyacetone can permeate pores to clean impurities. The nitric acid-phylline can accelerate the shedding of necrotic epidermal cells and improve the cleaning effect. The combination of tretinoin, 3-amino-2,6-piperidione and ergosterol can promote hair growth, regulate lipid balance, and treat scalp inflammation.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of alopecia prevention, in particular to an essential oil composition for scalp care and a preparation method thereof.
Background
About 10 ten thousand hairs of a person exist, and it is normal that 50 to 100 hairs are shed every day and night. If too much hair is shed during shampooing, it may be alopecia. The appearance of alopecia can directly affect the beauty treatment and bring troubles to people.
The reasons for female alopecia are various, including genetic factors, nutrition imbalance, endocrine disorder, excessive use of brain, chronic diseases, contraceptive, excessive use of hair perming and dyeing, long-term use of computer, excessive weight loss and diet, improper diet, hair style influence, and the like. Some of these factors can cause disorders of scalp oil secretion, hair follicle blockage, hair follicle atrophy, etc., exacerbating the risk of hair loss. In addition to the above-mentioned causes of hair loss, products such as care agents can be used to help improve hair loss. At present, some hair loss preventing nursing agents are prepared by mixing a plurality of traditional Chinese medicines and/or western medicines, but the hair loss preventing effect is still poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the condition that some related anti-hair loss nursing agents have poor anti-hair loss effect, the application provides an essential oil composition for scalp nursing and a preparation method thereof, so as to improve the conditions of scalp grease secretion disorder, hair follicle blockage, hair follicle atrophy and the like, and assist in improving the phenomenon of hair loss, particularly female hair loss.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an essential oil composition for scalp care, and adopts the following technical scheme.
An essential oil composition for scalp care comprises a main agent and a solvent, wherein the main agent comprises beta-ethyl ketobutyrate, catechin, cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, alpha-pinene, O-hydroxyacetone, nitric acid-phylline, tretinoin, 3-amino-2,6-piperidedione and ergosterol.
By adopting the technical scheme, the beta-ethyl ketobutyrate can reduce the adhesion of germs on the scalp and is beneficial to blocking the absorption of germs on nutrient substances. The cyanidin-3-O-glucoside molecule has a high molecular conjugation system, contains acidic and basic groups, has the function of destroying germ membrane, and can reduce the action of androgen secreted by women on hair follicles and the occurrence probability of alopecia by matching with beta-ketobutyrate. The alpha-pinene can further strengthen the function of destroying the outer membrane layer of pathogenic bacteria. Catechin can combine with germ protein and precipitate, so it has good effect of killing germ, no damage to scalp, antioxidant effect, and scalp activity improving effect. The o-hydroxyacetone is fat-soluble, can diminish inflammation and cutin, and can permeate into pores to clean impurities. The nitric acid-folic acid can accelerate the shedding of necrotic epidermal cells and improve the cleaning effect. Tretinoin can influence cell membrane flow and lipid composition, 3-amino-2,6-piperidione can improve transdermal absorption effect, promote the expansion of capillary vessels at the bottom of hair follicles, strengthen the connection effect of the hair follicles and the capillary vessels, improve the nutrition supply of the hair follicles, ergosterol can promote the development of the hair follicles, and tretinoin, 3-amino-2,6-piperidione and ergosterol have the coordination effect of promoting the growth of the hair, regulating the lipid balance and treating scalp inflammation. The synergistic effect of the above components can improve scalp lipid secretion disorder, hair follicle blockage, hair follicle atrophy, etc., to assist in improving alopecia, especially female alopecia.
