一种像素结构及其驱动方法、显示面板及显示装置，其中像素结构包括：多个像素行(33)和多个像素列，每一个像素行(33)包括：四种不同颜色的子像素，多个像素列包括：交替排布的多个第一像素列(31)和多个第二像素列(32)，每一个第一像素列(31)包括：四种不同颜色中的三种颜色的子像素，每一个第二像素列(32)包括：四种不同颜色中的三种颜色以外的另外一种颜色的子像素，从而可避免出现串色问题。
