When the packing box enters the partition plate installation station, the positioning sensor detects an entering signal and transmits the signal to the controller, the controller controls the interception cylinder 12 to extend, and the interception module 13 extends out to intercept the packing box at the partition plate installation station; then the controller controls the extension of the adsorption cylinder 322, the sucking disc 321 is tightly attached to the paper partition plate, then the vacuum pump is controlled to vacuumize, the sucking disc 321 firmly adsorbs the paper partition plate, and then the adsorption cylinder 322 contracts to drive the paper partition plate to leave the sliding plate 22 and reach the position right above the installation position; then the lifting assembly 31 drives the paper partition plate to descend until the paper partition plate is mounted at a position corresponding to the packaging box, at the moment, the lower limit sensor senses a signal that the paper partition plate descends in place and transmits the signal to the controller, and the controller controls the vacuum pump to supply air to the sucker 321, and the sucker 321 loosens the paper partition plate; and then the lifting assembly 31 is controlled to drive the sucker 321 to lift until the upper limit sensor senses a signal that the sucker 321 lifts in place and transmits the signal to the controller, the controller controls the lifting assembly 31 to stop lifting, the installation of one paper separator is completed, and the next paper separator is installed, so that the process is circulated. When the shortage sensor senses that the number of the paper partition boards on the sliding plate 22 is insufficient, a signal is sent to the controller, and the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm to remind a worker that the paper partition boards need to be added to the sliding plate 22.
