When the PCB is conveyed to the position right below the board taking traverse unit 4, the first lifting module 45 moves downwards to enable the suction cup 47 to be driven to move downwards, then the suction cup 47 is provided with a certain negative pressure through the fan 48 to enable the suction cup 47 to suck the PCB on the conveying mechanism 2, then the first lifting module 45 moves upwards to enable the PCB to be separated from the contact with the conveying mechanism 2, then the driving piece 41 drives the first sliding block 42 to slide on the first traverse module 44 to enable the mounting frame 43 connected with the first sliding block 42 to be driven to move towards the board collecting mechanism 7, when the PCB moves to the position right above the board collecting mechanism 7, the first lifting module 45 moves downwards to enable the PCB on the suction cup 47 to be in contact with the board collecting mechanism 7, finally the fan 48 is controlled to control the suction force of the suction cup 47 to release the suction force of the PCB, and accordingly the PCB on the conveying mechanism 2 is transferred to the board collecting mechanism 7, simple structure, convenient operation has promoted production efficiency.

In an embodiment of the present application, the paper storage mechanism 6 includes a first driving motor 61, a first driving screw 65, a connecting plate 67, a first guide rod and a paper placing platform 68, the first driving motor 61 is fixed on the frame 1, an output shaft of the first driving motor 61 is connected with a first main chain wheel 62, a lower portion of the first driving screw 65 is provided with a first auxiliary chain wheel 64, the first auxiliary chain wheel 64 and a first chain wheel are connected between the main chain wheels, the connecting plate 67 is fixed on a top end of the first driving screw 65, a sliding strip 66 is connected on the first driving screw 65 in a sliding manner, a lower end of the first guide rod penetrates through the connecting plate 67 and is fixedly connected with the sliding strip 66, and the paper placing platform 68 is fixedly connected with an upper end of the first guide rod.

It should be noted that, the board taking traversing unit 4 and the paper taking traversing unit 5 are used for stacking the PCB boards and the partition paper on the supporting bars 77 of the board collecting mechanism 7 in sequence, although the PCB boards are stacked continuously, the stacking height is increased continuously, in order to stack more PCB boards as much as possible, the second driving motor 71 is used for driving the second driving screw 711 to rotate, so that the sliding seat 710 connected to the second driving screw 711 in a sliding manner is driven to move, because the sliding seat 710 is connected with the back of the sliding plate 79, one end of the supporting bar 77 is fixedly connected with the front surface of the sliding plate 79, so that the supporting bar 77 is driven to move downwards, thereby the stacked PCB boards move downwards, and more PCB boards can be collected and released.
In an embodiment of the present application, the PCB separation board collecting machine further includes a trolley 10, a placing position is disposed on one side of the frame 1 along an extending direction of the other end of the supporting bar 77, and the trolley 10 extends into the placing position for transferring the PCB stacked on the supporting bar 77. It should be noted that, by placing the trolley 10 below the supporting bars 77, since the stacked PCB boards are supported by the supporting bars 77, the supporting bars 77 are continuously driven to move downwards, and gaps 78 are left between adjacent supporting bars 77, so that the supporting bars on the trolley 10 pass through the gaps 78, at this time, the stacked PCB boards are supported by the supporting bars on the trolley 10, and then the supporting bars 77 continue to descend, so that the PCB boards are separated from the supporting bars 77 and transferred to the trolley 10, and finally the stacked PCB boards are transferred by the trolley 10, which is convenient to operate, simplifies the subsequent transfer work of the worker on the stacked PCB boards, and reduces the labor intensity.
