Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present disclosure provides a parking apparatus 10. The parking device 10 is applied to a shared vehicle system, and is used for blocking the displacement of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 20 around, limiting the freedom degree of the bicycle 20 around and realizing the reliable locking of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 20 after parking. It is understood that the wheels 201 blocked by the parking device 10 may be the front wheels of the bicycle 20, or the rear wheels of the bicycle 20, and the displacement of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 20 can be accurately limited by the parking device 10. In the present disclosure, only the wheel 201 of the bicycle 20 blocked by the parking device 10 is taken as a front wheel for illustration, and the principle of limiting the displacement of the rear wheel is substantially the same as the principle of limiting the displacement of the front wheel, which is not repeated herein. Alternatively, the bicycle 20 blocked by the parking device 10 in the present disclosure may be a manual bicycle or an electric bicycle; of course, the bicycle 20 may be a shared bicycle or a non-shared bicycle. The present disclosure will be described with reference to the example in which the bicycle 20 is a shared bicycle.
The shared bicycle is a pile-free bicycle, and the phenomenon of disordered parking can exist during parking, so that the parking piles are introduced to standardize the parking of the bicycle, the bicycle is locked through the parking piles, and the problem of disordered parking of the shared bicycle is solved. However, after the bicycle is locked through the parking piles, the bicycle still moves around, and at the moment, the bicycle has four-direction degrees of freedom, so that the safety of the bicycle after parking is affected.
To this end, the present disclosure provides a novel parking apparatus 10, the parking apparatus 10 being capable of receiving a wheel 201 of a bicycle 20. After the bicycle 20 is parked, the parking device 10 can limit the peripheral displacement of the wheels 201, so as to limit the peripheral freedom degree of the bicycle 20, prevent the bicycle 20 from moving around, and ensure the safety of the bicycle 20 after being parked. The specific structure of the parking apparatus 10 will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the parking apparatus 10 includes a front cross tube 300, a gearshift lever mechanism 100, and two limit tubes 400. The front cross tube 300 can abut against the wheels 201 of the bicycle 20. The shift lever mechanism 100 is provided opposite the front cross tube 300, and the shift lever mechanism 100 can be brought into contact with the wheels 201 of the bicycle 20. The two limiting pipes 400 are arranged between the front transverse pipe 300 and the blocking rod mechanism 100 at intervals, and the two limiting pipes 400, the front transverse pipe 300 and the blocking rod mechanism 100 are enclosed to form a parking space for limiting the periphery of the wheel 201.
The front cross tube 300 is used for routing cables in the parking piles 200 and electrifying the parking piles 200. The front cross tube 300 is disposed opposite to the link mechanism 100, and the two limiting tubes 400 are disposed between the front cross tube 300 and the link mechanism 100, and a certain distance exists between the two limiting tubes 400. At this time, a certain space is defined between the front cross tube 300, the two limit tubes 400, and the stopper mechanism 100, and the space is a parking space. The parking space is used for parking wheels 201 of the bicycle 20.
The wheel 201 is located behind the parking space, the wheel 201 is located between the front cross tube 300 and the gear lever mechanism 100, and two limit tubes 400 are arranged on two sides of the wheel 201. The front transverse pipe 300 limits the front side of the wheel 201 to prevent the wheel 201 from moving towards the front side, and the gear lever mechanism 100 limits the rear side of the wheel 201 to prevent the wheel 201 from moving towards the rear side. The left side and the right side of the wheel 201 are limited through the two limiting pipes 400, and the wheel 201 is prevented from moving towards the left side and the right side. After the front transverse tube 300, the two limiting tubes 400 and the stop lever mechanism 100 limit the front, back, left and right directions of the wheel 201, the periphery of the wheel 201 is limited, so that the wheel 201 is reliably locked in a parking space, and the safety of the single vehicle 20 after parking is ensured.
Meanwhile, the installation space between the two stopper pipes 400 is used for installing the wheel 201. When the bicycle 20 is locked, the limiting pipe 400 along which the wheels 201 are arranged enters the installation space, the limiting pipe 400 plays a role in guiding the limiting pipe 400 to the parking space, the bicycle 20 can be conveniently parked, and meanwhile, the inserting pieces 202 of the bicycle 20 can be accurately inserted into the inserting holes of the parking small piles 200.
The parking device 10 of the above embodiment is configured to limit the wheel 201 of the bicycle 20 through the matching of the link mechanism 100, the front horizontal tube 300 and the limiting rod 1212, so as to effectively solve the problem that the bicycle moves around after being locked by the parking piles, and limit the freedom degree around the parking of the bicycle 20, so that the bicycle 20 cannot move around after being parked, and further, the position of the parking of the bicycle 20 is fixed, thereby ensuring the parking safety of the bicycle 20.
In one embodiment, the size of the opening of the ends of the two stopper tubes 400 connected to the front cross tube 300 is smaller than the size of the opening of the ends of the two stopper tubes 400 remote from the front cross tube 300. That is, the distance between the two stopper tubes 400 gradually increases from an end near the front cross tube 300 to an end away from the front cross tube 300. Like this, when wheel 201 got into the installation space between two spacing pipes 400 at first, can be convenient for wheel 201 get into, reduce the difficulty of returning the car, convenient to use.
It is worth noting that front, back, left, and right have been introduced above for the description of directions. Taking the normal riding direction of the bicycle 20 as a reference, the riding direction of the bicycle 20 is the front, correspondingly, the rear side of the bicycle 20 is the rear, and the left and right directions are the left and right sides, and the directions are schematically shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the shift lever mechanism 100 may be located on the front side of the wheel 201, may be located on the rear side of the wheel 201, and may be located on the front side and the rear side of the wheel 201. In the present disclosure, the shift lever mechanism 100 is described only as an example of being located on the rear side of the wheel 201. After the bicycle 20 is parked across the gear lever mechanism 100, the gear lever mechanism 100 is located on the rear side of the wheel 201, and at this time, the gear lever mechanism 100 can block the wheel 201 from displacing towards the rear side, so that the movement of the parked bicycle 20 towards the rear side is limited, and the safety of the parked bicycle 20 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3-11, in one embodiment, the lever mechanism 100 can be locked or unlocked to block or allow passage of the wheel 201. It is understood that the lever mechanism 100 is an inlet/outlet of the parking device 10, and the wheel 201 enters and exits the parking space through the lever mechanism 100. Specifically, when the shift lever mechanism 100 is unlocked, the wheel 201 can enter the parking space through the shift lever mechanism 100, and then the shift lever mechanism 100 is locked, at this time, the shift lever mechanism 100 can block the wheel 201 from moving, and the wheel 201 is limited from moving backwards. When it is desired to use the bicycle 20, the gearshift lever mechanism 100 is unlocked and the gearshift lever mechanism 100 can allow one-sided passage.
In one embodiment, the parking apparatus 10 further includes a parking peg 200, the parking peg 200 being disposed between the front cross tube 300 and the gearshift lever mechanism 100, the parking peg 200 having an insertion portion 211 for mating identification with the tab 202 of the bicycle 20. The parking peg 200 is a part of the parking device 10 adapted to cooperate with the bicycle 20, and controls the locking and unlocking of the shift lever mechanism 100 through the parking peg 200, and at the same time, the parking peg 200 can cooperate with the insertion piece 202 of the bicycle 20 to recognize information of the bicycle 20.
In one embodiment, the lever mechanism 100 includes a support assembly 110, and a lever assembly 120 and a locking assembly 130 disposed on the support assembly 110; the gear lever assembly 120 has a blocking position and a parking position below the blocking position, the gear lever assembly 120 can move up and down between the blocking position and the parking position, the locking assembly 130 is used for locking or unlocking the gear lever assembly 120, and the locking assembly 130 can contact the gear lever assembly 120 when locked to limit the gear lever assembly 120 to descend, so that the gear lever assembly 120 blocks the wheels 201 of the bicycle 20 from moving towards the gear lever assembly 120.
The support assembly 110 supports various components of the lever mechanism 100. Also, the support assembly 110 enables the lever mechanism 100 to be formed as a single body, facilitating the mounting of the lever mechanism 100 on the base plate of the parking apparatus 10. Of course, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the support assembly 110 may also be disposed directly on the ground or other surface of a parking spot.
The stop lever assembly 120 is disposed on the support assembly 110 and can move up and down relative to the support assembly 110. The lever assembly 120 has a blocking position and a parking position, and is capable of moving up and down between the blocking position and the parking position. When the shift lever assembly 120 is in the blocking position, a certain height exists between the shift lever assembly 120 and the support assembly 110, and at this time, the shift lever assembly 120 can block the side surface of the wheel 201 to limit the position of the wheel 201 to the rear side. When the shift lever assembly 120 is in the park position, the wheels 201 of the bicycle 20 are able to pass over the shift lever mechanism 100, enabling the bicycle 20 to be parked or the bicycle 20 to be unlocked.
The locking assembly 130 is used to enable locking and unlocking of the lever assembly 120. When the locking assembly 130 locks the gear lever assembly 120, the gear lever assembly 120 is kept at the blocking position, and at this time, the gear lever assembly 120 is fixed by the locking assembly 130, and the gear lever assembly 120 can block the backward displacement of the wheel 201. After the lever assembly 120 is unlocked, the lever assembly 120 is not secured and the lever assembly 120 can move from the blocking position to the park position. Specifically, after the locking assembly 130 unlocks the shift lever assembly 120, when the wheel 201 of the bicycle 20 moves backward, the acting force of the wheel 201 of the bicycle 20 acts on the shift lever assembly 120, and the acting force can drive the shift lever assembly 120 to move downward to the parking position in the blocking position, and at this time, the wheel 201 of the bicycle 20 can move out beyond the shift lever assembly 120, so that the unlocking of the bicycle 20 is realized. After the bicycle 20 is removed, the shift lever assembly 120 is returned to the blocking position.
Referring to fig. 3 to 11, in an embodiment, the supporting assembly 110 includes a mounting base plate 111 and two supporting plates 112 oppositely disposed on the mounting base plate 111, the two supporting plates 112 are oppositely and parallelly disposed on the mounting base plate 111, the blocking rod assembly 120 is disposed on the supporting plates 112 in a lifting manner, the locking assembly 130 is movably disposed on the supporting plates 112, and locks or unlocks the blocking rod assembly 120.
The mounting base plate 111 serves as a bearing for mounting the two support plates 112. The two support plates 112 are oppositely arranged, and a preset distance exists between the two support plates 112, and the preset distance is used for the wheels 201 of the bicycle 20 to pass through. The two support plates 112 are used for mounting the bar assembly 120, the bar assembly 120 is located between the two support plates 112, and when the bar assembly 120 is located at the blocking position, the bar assembly 120 is located above the mounting base plate 111, that is, the bar assembly 120 is horizontally arranged between the two support plates 112, at this time, the bar assembly 120 can block the wheel 201 of the bicycle 20 between the two support plates 112, and the wheel 201 of the bicycle 20 is limited to move towards the rear side. After the locking assembly 130 unlocks the gear lever assembly 120, the gear lever assembly 120 can move up and down between the two support plates 112, at this time, the gear lever assembly 120 can descend from the blocking position to the parking position, the gear lever assembly 120 descends to the mounting base plate 111, the wheel 201 is not blocked, and the wheel 201 can move out from the rear side.
Optionally, the mounting base 111 is of unitary construction with the support plate 112. Of course, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the mounting base plate 111 and the supporting plate 112 may be detachably connected. It is to be understood that the structural form of the mounting base plate 111 is not limited in principle as long as the mounting support plate 112 can be implemented. Alternatively, the mounting baseplate 214 is flat. Of course, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the mounting base 111 may also be a platform or block structure, etc.
Referring to fig. 3 to 11, in an embodiment, the lever assembly 120 includes a blocking member 121 and a resetting member 122, two ends of the blocking member 121 are respectively disposed on the two support plates 112 in a lifting manner, the resetting member 122 is disposed at an end of the blocking member 121, the blocking member 121 is configured to limit the wheel 201, and the resetting member 122 is configured to keep the wheel 201 at a blocking position.
The blocking member 121 achieves the main structure of blocking for the lever assembly 120. Both ends of the blocking member 121 are respectively connected to the two support plates 112, and the blocking member 121 can perform an elevating motion along the support plates 112 through both ends. The reset member 122 is disposed at an end of the blocking member 121, and the reset member 122 is used for resetting the blocking member 121. In the normal state, the stopper 121 is always held in the blocking position. After an external force acts on the obstacle 121 so that the obstacle 121 moves from the blocking position to the parking position, the bicycle 20 moves across the obstacle 121. After the wheel 201 passes over the blocking member 121, the blocking member 121 is not subjected to an external force, and at this time, the elastic force of the resetting member 122 can enable the blocking member 121 to ascend from the parking position to the blocking position, so that the automatic resetting of the blocking member 121 is realized.
