Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present disclosure provides a parking apparatus 100. The parking apparatus 100 is applied to a shared vehicle system for blocking the rear movement of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200. It can be understood that the parking device 100 blocks the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200, which may be the front wheels of the bicycle 200, or the rear wheels of the bicycle 200, and the parking device 100 limits the displacement of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200, so as to realize the locking of the bicycle 200 after parking, and ensure the safety of the locking of the bicycle 200. In the present disclosure, only the wheel 201 of the bicycle 200 blocked by the parking device 100 is taken as an example for explanation, and the principle of blocking the rear wheel of the bicycle 200 is substantially the same as the principle of blocking the front wheel of the bicycle 200, which is not repeated herein. Optionally, the bicycle 200 locked by the parking apparatus 100 in the present disclosure may be a manual bicycle or an electric bicycle, and of course, the bicycle 200 may be a shared bicycle or a non-shared bicycle. The present disclosure will be described with reference to the example in which the bicycle 200 is a shared bicycle.
The shared bicycle is a pile-free bicycle, and the phenomenon of disordered parking can exist during parking, so that the parking piles are introduced to standardize the parking of the bicycle, the bicycle is locked through the parking piles, and the problem of disordered parking of the shared bicycle is solved. However, after the bicycle is locked by the parking piles, the bicycle still moves towards the rear side, and the safety of the bicycle after parking is affected.
Therefore, the parking device 100 can limit the movement of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200 to the rear side, so that the bicycle 200 cannot move to the rear side after being parked, the degree of freedom of the rear side of the parked bicycle 200 is effectively limited, the bicycle 200 is reliably locked when being parked, and the safety of the bicycle 200 when being parked is guaranteed. The specific structure of the parking apparatus 100 is described in detail below.
For convenience of explanation of the front-rear direction, the forward direction of the bicycle 200 is the front side, the rear side of the bicycle 200 is the rear side, and the left and right directions of the bicycle 200 are the left and right sides of the bicycle 200. When the bicycle 200 is parked in the parking apparatus 100, the parking apparatus 100 can limit the front and rear sides of the bicycle 200, and restrict the degree of freedom of the front and rear sides of the parked bicycle 200.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment, the parking apparatus 100 includes a mounting base plate 110, a front cross tube 120, a wrapper assembly 130, and a locking assembly 140. The front cross tubes 120 are provided on the mounting substrate 110. The wrapping piece assembly 130 is rotatably disposed on the mounting substrate 110 and disposed opposite to the front cross tube 120, the wrapping piece assembly 130 has an unlocking position and a parking position, the wrapping piece assembly 130 can bear the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200, and the wheels 201 can drive the wrapping piece assembly 130 to rotate and switch between the unlocking position and the parking position. The locking assembly 140 is disposed on the mounting substrate 110 and used for locking and unlocking the packing assembly 130, and when the locking assembly 140 locks the packing assembly 130, the packing assembly 130 can be maintained at a parking position.
The mounting substrate 110 serves as a carrier for carrying various components of the parking apparatus 100. The mounting substrate 110 supports the components of the parking apparatus 100, so that the parking apparatus 100 can be formed as a unitary structure, thereby facilitating the mounting of the parking apparatus 100. Of course, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the mounting substrate 110 may also be a mounting platform. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the mounting board 110 may be omitted and the parking apparatus 100 may be directly installed on the ground.
The front cross tube 120 is used for routing cables of the parking apparatus 100, so that each component in the parking apparatus 100 can be electrified to realize the locking and unlocking control of the bicycle 200. Meanwhile, the front cross tubes 120 are disposed at the front ends of the mounting substrates 110, and the front cross tubes 120 extend laterally. The front transverse pipe 120 can also play a role in stopping and limiting, after the bicycle 200 is parked, the front transverse pipe 120 is located on the front side of the bicycle 200, limiting is performed on the front side movement of the bicycle 200, the bicycle 200 is limited to continue moving towards the front side, and the bicycle 200 is enabled to move in place.
The packing member 130 is disposed corresponding to the front cross tube 120, and the packing member 130 is rotatably disposed on the mounting base plate 110. The wrapper assembly 130 is switchable between an unlocked position and a park position. When the packing assembly 130 is in the unlocked state, the parking device 100 does not park the bicycle 200, and after the wheel 201 of the bicycle 200 moves to the packing assembly 130, the forward acting force of the wheel 201 pushes the packing assembly 130 to rotate relative to the mounting substrate 110, so that the packing assembly 130 moves to the parking position.
After the wheel 201 drives the packing member 130 to move to the parking position, the locking member 140 contacts with the packing member 130 to limit the rotation of the packing member 130, so that the packing member 130 is kept at the parking position. Meanwhile, the packing piece assembly 130 is in contact with the rear side of the wheel 201, and the packing piece assembly 130 cannot rotate because the locking assembly 140 locks the packing piece assembly 130, at the moment, the packing piece assembly 130 can limit displacement of the rear side of the wheel 201, the wheel 201 is prevented from moving towards the rear side, and reliable limiting after the bicycle 200 is stopped is achieved. When it is desired to use the bicycle 200, the locking assembly 140 unlocks the pack assembly 130, and the pack assembly 130 is no longer secured and can rotate relative to the mounting base plate 110. At this time, when the bicycle 200 is pushed to the rear side, the force of the wheels 201 will drive the packing member 130 to rotate towards the rear side, and the wheels 201 can move out of the packing member 130.
The parking device 100 of the above embodiment, through the cooperation of the locking assembly 140 and the rotatable wrapping sheet assembly 130, the wrapping sheet assembly 130 is switched between the unlocking position and the parking position, so that the problem that the existing bicycle moves to the rear side after being matched with the parking pile is effectively solved, the locking assembly 140 can lock the wrapping sheet assembly 130 at the parking position after the bicycle 200 is parked, the wrapping sheet assembly 130 can accurately limit the rear side movement of the wheel 201, and the safety of the bicycle 200 after being parked is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, the wrapping member 130 includes a rotating member 131 and a wrapping member 132 rotatably connected to the rotating member 131, the rotating member 131 is disposed on the mounting substrate 110, the wrapping member 132 is disposed in an arc shape and attached to an outer wall of the wheel 201, and the wheel 201 contacts the wrapping member 132 to enable the wrapping member 132 to rotate around the rotating member 131.
The rotation member 131 is a rotation base point of the wrapping member 130, and the wrapping member 132 is rotatably mounted on the mounting base by the rotation member 131. That is, the engagement of the wrapping sheet member 132 with the rotation member 131 is similar to a lever structure. When the wrapping member 132 rotates around the rotating member 131, the wrapping member 132 can move to the parking position or the unlocking position. After the wheel 201 contacts the wrapping piece 132 for a certain area, the acting force of the wheel 201 will push the wrapping piece 132 to rotate around the rotating part 131, so that the wrapping piece 132 moves to the parking position or the unlocking position.
The wrapping member 132 can carry the wheel 201. The wrapping piece 132 is disposed in an arc shape and has a certain arc length. That is, after the wrapping piece 132 contacts the wheel 201, the wrapping piece 132 can partially wrap the outer side of the wheel 201. After the wrapping piece assembly 130 moves to the parking position, the wrapping piece 132 can be at least partially located at the rear side of the wheel 201, so that the wrapping piece 132 can play a role of blocking and limiting the bicycle 200 from moving to the rear side after parking.
Specifically, when the bicycle 200 is parked, the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200 move onto the wrapping piece 132, the bicycle 200 continues to move forward, and the contact area between the wheels 201 and the wrapping piece 132 is increased. When the wheel 201 moves on the wrapping member 132 to the position of the rotating member 131, the force of the wheel 201 pushes the wrapping member 132 to move from the unlocking position to the parking position, and then the locking assembly 140 locks the wrapping member 132 to fix the wrapping member 132 at the parking position. At this time, the wrapping piece 132 is at least partially located on the rear side of the wheel 201, and can block the wheel 201 from moving to the rear side. When the bicycle 200 needs to be used, the locking assembly 140 unlocks the wrapping piece 132, the wrapping piece 132 can rotate freely, the bicycle 200 is pushed to move towards the rear side, the wheels 201 push the wrapping piece 132 to rotate around the rotating piece 131, and at the moment, the bicycle 200 can move out of the parking device 100.
In one embodiment, the rotating member 131 includes a mounting seat and a rotating shaft rotatably disposed on the mounting seat, the rotating shaft is configured to rotatably connect the wrapping member 132, such that the wrapping member 132 can rotate relative to the mounting substrate 110. The mounting seat supports the rotating shaft on the mounting substrate 110, and the wrapping piece 132 is connected to the rotating shaft, so that the wrapping piece 132 rotates relative to the mounting substrate 110. It should be noted that the form of the mounting seat is not limited in principle, as long as the rotatable mounting of the rotating shaft to the mounting substrate 110 can be realized.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in one embodiment, sheet wrapping element 132 includes an arcuate plate 1321, arcuate plate 1321 is configured to carry wheel 201, arcuate plate 1321 is in the unlocked position, the recess of arcuate plate 1321 faces away from front cross tube 120, arcuate plate 1321 is in the parking position, and the recess of arcuate plate 1321 faces toward front cross tube 120.
The arc 1321 is the main structure of the wrapping sheet member 132, and the wheel 201 is carried by the arc 1321. And, the outer contour of the arc 1321 is conformed to the outer contour of the wheel 201. After the wheel 201 moves to the arc 1321, the wheel 201 can be attached to the inner wall of the arc 1321. Rotating member 131 is connected to the bottom of arc 1321, and the depressed part orientation of arc 1321 rises, and after wheel 201 got into arc 1321 like this, wheel 201 can push arc 1321 and revolve rotating member 131 and rotate to parking position to block wheel 201 through arc 1321 and move to the rear side.
And, when the curved plate 1321 is in the unlocked position, the recess of the curved plate 1321 faces away from the front cross tube 120. Thus, when the bicycle 200 is parked, the wheels 201 can enter the recesses of the arc-shaped plate 1321 conveniently, and the arc-shaped plate 1321 is pushed to move towards the parking position. After the arc 1321 is in the parking position, the concave part of the arc 1321 faces the direction of the front transverse pipe 120, so that the end part of the arc 1321 far away from the front transverse pipe 120 can block the wheel 201 and limit the wheel 201 to move backwards.
In one embodiment, the arc 1321 has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, and the distance from the rotating member 131 to the first end is greater than the distance from the rotating member 131 to the second end. The first end of arcuate plate 1321 is the end distal from front cross tube 120 and the second end of arcuate plate 1321 is the end proximal to front cross tube 120. When the bicycle 200 is parked, the wheel 201 enters the arc 1321 along the first end, and after the wheel 201 enters the arc 1321 for a certain distance, the wheel 201 moves to the position of the rotating member 131, and the pushing force of the wheel 201 can push the arc 1321 to rotate around the rotating member 131, so that the arc 1321 moves to the parking position.
After the rotating piece 131 is arranged in the above mode, the bicycle 200 can be conveniently parked, and the difficulty in returning the bicycle is reduced. Further, the distance from the rotating member 131 to one end is 1.1 to 3 times the distance from the rotating member 131 to the second end.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in one embodiment, the wrapping sheet 132 further includes a rib 1322, the rib 1322 is disposed on an edge of the arc plate 1321, and the rib 1322 is used for guiding the wheel 201. The flange 1322 is located the left and right sides of arc 1321, and the flange 1322 plays a role in blocking, can block the wheel 201 and move towards the left and right sides, and simultaneously, the baffle can also guide the wheel 201, so that the wheel 201 can accurately enter into the arc 1321.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, the locking assembly 140 includes a driving member 141 and a locking pin 142 connected to the driving member 141, the wrapping member 132 has a locking hole, and the driving member 141 can drive the locking pin 142 to extend into or move out of the locking hole after the wrapping member 132 is in the parking position. The wrapping piece 132 has locking holes, and in particular, the locking holes are formed in the ribs 1322, and the locking holes are formed through the ribs 1322. The latch 142 is disposed at an output end of the driving member 141, and when the driving member 141 is operated, the driving member 141 can control the latch 142 to extend or retract.
After the bicycle 200 is parked and the wrapping piece 132 is moved to the parking position, the driving member 141 controls the locking pin 142 to be extended, so that the locking pin 142 is extended into the locking hole. At this time, the lock pin 142 is locked with the wrapping piece 132 to limit the wrapping piece 132 to rotate around the rotating part 131, so that the position of the bicycle 200 is fixed, and the bicycle 200 is prevented from moving towards the rear side. When the bicycle 200 is used, the driver 141 controls the latch 142 to retract, so that the latch 142 moves out of the locking hole. At this time, the lock pin 142 no longer engages with the wrapping piece 132, and the wrapping piece 132 can rotate around the rotating member 131.
It should be noted that the parking device 100 further includes a parking peg 170, the parking peg 170 is disposed on a side of the front cross tube 120 and between the front cross tube 120 and the wrapper component 130, and the parking peg 170 has an insertion hole for matching with the insertion piece 202 of the bicycle 200. The parking peg 170 is a part of the parking device 100 adapted to cooperate with the bicycle 200, and controls the locking and unlocking of the wrapping sheet assembly 130 through the parking peg 170, and meanwhile, the parking peg 170 can cooperate with the insertion sheet 202 of the bicycle 200 to identify the information of the bicycle 200.
