Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present disclosure provides a parking apparatus 100. The parking apparatus 100 is applied to a shared vehicle system for blocking the rear movement of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200. It can be understood that the parking device 100 blocks the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200, which may be the front wheels of the bicycle 200, or the rear wheels of the bicycle 200, and the parking device 100 limits the displacement of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200, so as to realize the locking of the bicycle 200 after parking, and ensure the safety of the locking of the bicycle 200. In the present disclosure, only the wheel 201 of the bicycle 200 blocked by the parking device 100 is taken as an example for explanation, and the principle of blocking the rear wheel of the bicycle 200 is substantially the same as the principle of blocking the front wheel of the bicycle 200, which is not repeated herein. Optionally, the bicycle 200 locked by the parking apparatus 100 in the present disclosure may be a manual bicycle or an electric bicycle, and of course, the bicycle 200 may be a shared bicycle or a non-shared bicycle. The present disclosure will be described with reference to the example in which the bicycle 200 is a shared bicycle.
The shared bicycle is a pile-free bicycle, and the phenomenon of disordered parking can exist during parking, so that the parking piles are introduced to standardize the parking of the bicycle, the bicycle is locked through the parking piles, and the problem of disordered parking of the shared bicycle is solved. However, after the bicycle is locked by the parking piles, the bicycle still moves towards the rear side, and the safety of the bicycle after parking is affected.
Therefore, the parking device 100 can limit the movement of the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200 to the rear side, so that the bicycle 200 cannot move to the rear side after being parked, the degree of freedom of the rear side of the parked bicycle 200 is effectively limited, the bicycle 200 is reliably locked when being parked, and the safety of the bicycle 200 when being parked is guaranteed. The specific structure of the parking apparatus 100 is described in detail below.
For convenience of explanation of the front-rear direction, the forward direction of the bicycle 200 is the front side, the rear side of the bicycle 200 is the rear side, and the left and right directions of the bicycle 200 are the left and right sides of the bicycle 200. When the bicycle 200 is parked in the parking apparatus 100, the parking apparatus 100 can limit the front and rear sides of the bicycle 200, and restrict the degree of freedom of the front and rear sides of the parked bicycle 200.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in one embodiment, the parking apparatus 100 includes a mounting base plate 110, a front cross tube 120, a blocking assembly 130, a locking assembly 140, and a parking peg 160. The front cross tubes 120 are provided on the mounting substrate 110. The blocking assembly 130 is rotatably disposed on the mounting substrate 110 and disposed opposite to the front cross tube 120, the blocking assembly 130 has an unlocking position and a parking position, the blocking assembly 130 can bear wheels 201 of the bicycle 200, and the wheels 201 can drive the blocking assembly 130 to rotate and switch between the unlocking position and the parking position. The locking assembly 140 is disposed on the mounting substrate 110 and is used for locking and unlocking the blocking assembly 130, and when the locking assembly 140 locks the blocking assembly 130, the blocking assembly 130 can be kept at a parking position. The parking peg 160 is disposed between the front cross tube 120 and the locking assembly 140 and electrically connected to the locking assembly 140, and the parking peg 160 has an insertion hole for matching with the insertion tab 202 of the bicycle 200 and controlling the locking or unlocking of the locking assembly 140.
The mounting substrate 110 serves as a carrier for carrying various components of the parking apparatus 100. The mounting substrate 110 supports the components of the parking apparatus 100, so that the parking apparatus 100 can be formed as a unitary structure, thereby facilitating the mounting of the parking apparatus 100. Of course, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the mounting substrate 110 may also be a mounting platform. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the mounting board 110 may be omitted and the parking apparatus 100 may be directly installed on the ground.
The front cross tube 120 is used for routing cables of the parking apparatus 100, so that each component in the parking apparatus 100 can be electrified to realize the locking and unlocking control of the bicycle 200. Meanwhile, the front cross tubes 120 are disposed at the front ends of the mounting substrates 110, and the front cross tubes 120 extend laterally. The front transverse pipe 120 can also play a role in stopping and limiting, after the bicycle 200 is parked, the front transverse pipe 120 is located on the front side of the bicycle 200, limiting is performed on the front side movement of the bicycle 200, the bicycle 200 is limited to continue moving towards the front side, and the bicycle 200 is enabled to move in place.
The blocking assembly 130 is disposed corresponding to the front cross tube 120, and the blocking assembly 130 is rotatably disposed on the mounting substrate 110. The blocking assembly 130 is switchable between an unlocked position and a park position. When the blocking assembly 130 is in the unlocked state, the parking device 100 does not park the bicycle 200, and after the wheel 201 of the bicycle 200 moves to the blocking assembly 130, the forward acting force of the wheel 201 pushes the blocking assembly 130 to rotate relative to the mounting substrate 110, so that the blocking assembly 130 moves to the parking position.
After the wheel 201 drives the blocking assembly 130 to move to the parking position, the locking assembly 140 contacts the blocking assembly 130 to limit the blocking assembly 130 to rotate, so that the blocking assembly 130 is kept at the parking position. Meanwhile, the blocking assembly 130 is in contact with the rear side of the wheel 201, and the blocking assembly 130 cannot rotate because the locking assembly 140 locks the blocking assembly 130, at the moment, the blocking assembly 130 can limit displacement of the rear side of the wheel 201, the wheel 201 is prevented from moving towards the rear side, and reliable limiting after the bicycle 200 is parked is achieved. When it is desired to use the bicycle 200, the locking assembly 140 unlocks the blocking assembly 130, and the blocking assembly 130 is no longer secured and can rotate relative to the mounting substrate 110. At this time, when the bicycle 200 is pushed to the rear side, the acting force of the wheel 201 will drive the blocking component 130 to rotate towards the rear side, and the wheel 201 can move out of the blocking component 130.
The parking pegs 160 are disposed on the sides of the front cross tube 120 and between the front cross tube 120 and the barrier assembly 130, and the parking pegs 160 have insertion holes for mating identification with the tabs 202 of the bicycle 200. The parking peg 160 is a part of the parking device 100 adapted to cooperate with the bicycle 200, and controls the locking and unlocking of the blocking assembly 130 through the parking peg 160, and meanwhile, the parking peg 160 can also cooperate with the insertion piece 202 of the bicycle 200 to identify the information of the bicycle 200.
Parking pegs 160 are electrically connected to locking assembly 140, and the locking and unlocking operations of locking assembly 140 are controlled by parking pegs 160. After the bicycle 200 is parked, the insertion tab 202 of the bicycle 200 is positioned in the insertion hole of the parking peg 160, the parking peg 160 recognizes the bicycle 200 information through the insertion tab 202, and after it is determined that the bicycle 200 is moved into position, the parking peg 160 controls the locking assembly 140 to lock the blocking assembly 130. When it is desired to use the bicycle 200, the two-dimensional code of the bicycle 200 or the parking peg 160 is scanned and the parking peg 160 controls the locking assembly 140 to unlock the blocking assembly 130.
The parking device 100 of the above embodiment, through the cooperation of the locking assembly 140 and the rotatable blocking assembly 130, makes the blocking assembly 130 switch between the unlocking position and the parking position, effectively solves the problem that the current bicycle and the parking pile can move to the rear side after being matched, makes the locking assembly 140 lock the blocking assembly 130 at the parking position after the bicycle 200 is parked, and the blocking assembly 130 can accurately limit the rear side movement of the wheels 201, thereby ensuring the safety of the bicycle 200 after being parked.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment, the blocking assembly 130 includes a rotating member 131 and a blocking member 132 rotatably connected to the rotating member 131, the rotating member 131 is rotatably disposed on the mounting substrate 110, and after the blocking member 132 contacts with the wheel 201, the wheel 201 can drive the blocking member 132 to rotate around the rotating member 131.
The rotation member 131 is a rotation base point of the blocking assembly 130, and the blocking member 132 is rotatably mounted on the mounting base through the rotation member 131. That is, the blocking member 132 is engaged with the rotation member 131 like a lever structure. When the stopper 132 rotates about the rotating member 131, the stopper 132 can move to the parking position or the unlocking position. After the wheel 201 contacts the blocking member 132 for a certain area, the force of the wheel 201 pushes the blocking member 132 to rotate around the rotating member 131, so that the blocking member 132 moves to the parking position or the unlocking position.
The blocking member 132 can bear the wheel 201, and after the blocking member 132 is contacted with the wheel 201, the blocking member 132 can be partially wrapped on the outer side of the wheel 201. When the blocking member 130 is moved to the parking position, the blocking member 132 can be at least partially disposed at the rear side of the wheel 201, so that the blocking member 132 can block the bicycle 200 from moving to the rear side after parking.
Specifically, when the bicycle 200 is parked, the wheels 201 of the bicycle 200 move onto the stoppers 132, the bicycle 200 continues to move forward, and the contact area between the wheels 201 and the stoppers 132 increases. When the wheel 201 moves on the blocking member 132 to the position of the rotating member 131, the force of the wheel 201 pushes the blocking member 132 to move from the unlocking position to the parking position, and then the locking assembly 140 locks the blocking member 132 to fix the blocking member 132 in the parking position. At this time, the stopper 132 is located at least partially on the rear side of the wheel 201, and can block the wheel 201 from moving toward the rear side. When it is desired to use the bicycle 200, the locking assembly 140 unlocks the blocking member 132, the blocking member 132 can rotate freely, the bicycle 200 is pushed to move to the rear side, the wheels 201 push the blocking member 132 to rotate around the rotating member 131, and the bicycle 200 can move out of the parking apparatus 100.
In one embodiment, the rotation member 131 includes a mounting base and a rotation shaft disposed on the mounting base, the rotation shaft is rotatably connected to the blocking member 132, so that the blocking member 132 rotates relative to the mounting substrate 110. The mounting base has a supporting function, and supports the rotating shaft on the mounting substrate 110, so that the blocking member 132 is connected to the rotating shaft, and the blocking member 132 rotates relative to the mounting substrate 110. It should be noted that the form of the mounting seat is not limited in principle, as long as the rotatable mounting of the rotating shaft to the mounting substrate 110 can be realized.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment, the blocking member 132 includes a limiting component 1321 and a connecting plate 1322 connected to the limiting component 1321, the connecting plate 1322 is disposed at an end of the limiting component 1321 and is connected to the rotating component 131, and the limiting component 1321 can contact with the wheel 201 to limit the movement of the wheel 201.
The stopper 1321 is connected to the connecting plate 1322 at one end, the rotating member 131 is rotatably mounted to the bottom of the connecting plate 1322, and the stopper 1321 is located at an end of the connecting plate 1322 away from the one end. When the blocking member 132 is in the unlocking position, the wheel 201 of the bicycle 200 moves to the limiting member 1321, and after the wheel 201 contacts the connecting plate 1322, the driving force of the wheel 201 pushes the connecting plate 1322 to rotate around the rotating member 131, so that the connecting plate 1322 and the limiting member 1321 drive the wheel 201 to move to the parking position. Subsequently, the locking assembly 140 locks the connection plate 1322, restricting the rotation of the connection plate 1322 about the rotating member 131. At this time, the stopper 1321 can block the wheel 201 and restrict the wheel 201 from moving rearward. When it is desired to use the bicycle 200, the locking assembly 140 unlocks the connecting plate 1322 and pushes the bicycle 200 rearward, and the force of the wheels 201 pushes the connecting plate 1322 to rotate about the rotating member 131, so that the connecting plate 1322 is moved to the unlocked position.
In one embodiment, the connecting plate 1322 is obliquely disposed on the limiting component 1321, and when the wheel 201 contacts the connecting plate 1322, the connecting plate 1322 can be driven to rotate around the rotating component 131. That is, the connection plate 1322 and the stopper 1321 form an obtuse angle therebetween. Thus, after the wheel 201 contacts the connecting plate 1322, the connecting plate 1322 can be pushed to drive the limiting component 1321 to move, similar to a lever structure, so that the connecting plate 1322 can be switched between the parking position and the unlocking position.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment, the limiting component 1321 includes a hollow limiting frame, the limiting frame is connected to the connecting plate 1322 and encloses a limiting space, the wheel 201 moves to the limiting space and abuts against an inner wall of the limiting frame, and the limiting frame limits the wheel 201 to move.
That is, the position limiting part 1321 is a position limiting frame with a hollow structure, and the edge of the position limiting frame is connected with the connecting plate 1322. When the bicycle 200 is parked, the wheels 201 are located in the limiting spaces of the limiting frames, when the wheels 201 contact the connecting plates 1322, the connecting plates 1322 can be pushed to rotate to the parking position, and at the moment, the limiting frames can contact the wheels 201 to limit the wheels 201 to move backwards.
In an embodiment, the limiting component 1321 includes a limiting plate and a limiting rib disposed at an edge of the limiting plate, the limiting plate is connected to the connecting plate 1322 for bearing the wheel 201, the limiting rib is disposed at an edge of the limiting plate, and the limiting rib can abut against the wheel 201 to limit the movement of the wheel 201.
That is, the limiting component 1321 is no longer a hollow structure, and it carries the wheel 201 through the limiting plate, and after the wheel 201 moves to the limiting plate, the wheel 201 is blocked from moving by the limiting rib at the edge of the limiting plate. Specifically, when the bicycle 200 is parked, the wheels 201 move to the limiting plates, when the wheels 201 are in contact with the connecting plates 1322, the connecting plates 1322 can be pushed to rotate to the parking position, and at the moment, the limiting plates and the limiting baffles can be in contact with the wheels 201 to limit the wheels 201 to move backwards.
In an embodiment, the locking assembly 140 includes a driving member 141 and a locking pin 142 connected to the driving member 141, the blocking member 132 has a locking hole, and the driving member 141 can drive the locking pin 142 to extend into or move out of the locking hole after the blocking member 132 is in the parking position.
The blocking member 132 has a locking hole, and particularly, the locking hole is formed on a flange of the connecting plate 1322, and the locking hole is formed through the flange. The latch 142 is disposed at an output end of the driving member 141, and when the driving member 141 is operated, the driving member 141 can control the latch 142 to extend or retract.
After the bicycle 200 is parked and the blocking member 132 is moved to the parking position, the driving member 141 controls the locking pin 142 to be extended, so that the locking pin 142 is extended into the locking hole. At this time, the lock pin 142 engages with the stopper 132 to restrict the stopper 132 from rotating around the rotating member 131, thereby fixing the position of the bicycle 200 and preventing the bicycle 200 from moving to the rear side. When the bicycle 200 is used, the driver 141 controls the latch 142 to retract, so that the latch 142 moves out of the locking hole. At this time, the latch 142 is no longer engaged with the stopper 132, and the stopper 132 can rotate around the rotating member 131.
Parking peg 160 is electrically connected to driver 141 of locking assembly 140. After the bicycle 200 is parked, the insertion sheet 202 of the bicycle 200 is positioned in the insertion hole of the parking peg 160, the parking peg 160 identifies the information of the bicycle 200 through the insertion sheet 202, and after the bicycle 200 is determined to move in place, the parking peg 160 controls the driving member 141 to drive the locking pin 142 to lock the blocking member 132. When the bicycle 200 is needed, the two-dimensional code of the bicycle 200 or the parking peg 160 is scanned, and the parking peg 160 controls the driving member 141 to move the locking pin 142 out of the locking hole, so as to unlock the blocking member 132.
