Further, the stirring speed in the steps S4 and S5 is 100-120 rpm; the stirring time in the step S4 is 2-5 min; the stirring time in the step S5 is 10-15 min.
The lipid-reducing molding cream provided by the invention has obvious targeted effect on local lipid reduction by reasonably selecting and limiting substances and proportions added by each component, and has clear principle: by adding caffeine, the metabolism of the human body is accelerated, the blood circulation is promoted, edema is removed, the phosphodiesterase activity is inhibited, and the degradation of fatty acid triglyceride is accelerated; meanwhile, the skin conditioning agent which is composed of the marine lipid-lowering factors and the extract of the Chinese zodiac olibanum seeds according to a specific proportion can be used for synergism, and the lipid-lowering effect is effectively improved. The added marine fat-reducing factors induce the expression of white and non-active beige fat cells UCP1 to brown, activate heat generation to increase beta-oxidation of fatty acid and promote the degradation of triglyceride; the added extract of the Chinese zodiac olibanum seed can improve the level of the lipophilic protein, reduce the level of the apocynin protein, prevent fat aggregation and ensure that the fat of small oil drops is easier to degrade than that of large oil drops. The experimental data in the experimental example show that the caffeine and the skin conditioner (the marine fat-reducing factor and the extract of the Chinese zodiac olibanum seed) are mutually synergistic, and are indispensable to be combined according to a specific proportion, so that the waistline size of a subject is effectively reduced, and the waist elasticity of the subject is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the shaping cream and the preparation method and application thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages:
(1) The fat-reducing plastic cream provided by the invention has reasonable proportion of each component, and can effectively promote in-vivo triglyceride degradation, has obvious fat-reducing and swelling-reducing effects through the synergistic effect of the added caffeine and the skin conditioning agent according to a certain proportion, and simultaneously can improve skin elasticity.
(2) The fat-eliminating plastic cream provided by the invention belongs to a non-invasive product, has higher safety compared with methods such as botulinum toxin injection, fat extraction operation and the like, can not produce adverse effects on toxicity, paralysis and drug resistance of human bodies, and does not need risk and pain of pathogenicity and sequela.
(3) The fat-reducing shaping cream provided by the invention has strong operability in use, does not need to go to a beauty parlor, is assisted by instruments and equipment or other people, only needs to be simply smeared and massaged, and can be matched with a V-face hanging film for use in a motion process. And the cost performance is high, the popularity is strong, and the cost required by the liposuction operation is lower than that of buying the shapemachine and the botulinum toxin. Meanwhile, the user only needs to maintain normal diet in the process of using the shaping cream provided by the invention, and does not need to strictly control diet, so that the tedious and bitter of meal replacement products are avoided.

In the following examples and comparative examples, the reagents not specifically described were conventional reagents, and were purchased from conventional reagent manufacturers and sales companies, and the information of some raw material manufacturers and the like are shown in Table 1:

S1: heating deionized water in the phase A to 85 ℃, adding other components in the phase A, and homogenizing at 3500rpm for 5min;
S2: mixing all components in phase B, heating to 85deg.C, and stirring until no particles are present;
S3: adding the B phase component obtained in the step S2 into the A phase component obtained in the step S1, and homogenizing at 3500rpm for 5min to obtain a mixture 1;
s4: stirring and cooling the mixture 1 obtained in the step S3 to 60 ℃, adding the C phase component, homogenizing for 2min at 3500rpm, and stirring for 3min at 110rpm to obtain a mixture 2;
S5: and (3) stirring and cooling the mixture 2 obtained in the step (S4) to 45 ℃, adding D, E phase components, homogenizing at 3500rpm for 2min, stirring at 110rpm for 10min, and discharging.
Comparative examples 1-6 fat-reducing and shaping cream and preparation method thereof
As shown in the following table 3, a weight ratio table (in parts by weight) of 6 comparative examples of the lipid-lowering molding cream of the present invention is listed, wherein the differences between comparative examples 1 to 6 and example 1 are: caffeine was not added in phase a of comparative example 1; no marine lipid-lowering factor was added in phase E of comparative example 2; the extract of the boswellia serrata seed was not added in the E phase of comparative example 3; comparative example 4 caffeine in phase a was replaced with laurocapram in 1 part by weight; comparative example 5 marine lipid-lowering factor in phase D was replaced with ACTIPORI NE 8G, 4 parts by weight; comparative example 6 the weight fraction of marine lipid-lowering factor in phase D was reduced to 0.8 parts and the extract of boswellia serrata seed was increased to 3.3 parts.
The procedure for the preparation of the fat-reducing and shaping creams of comparative examples 1 to 6 is the same as that of examples 1 to 5.

Test example one, performance detection
1. The test method comprises the following steps:
Volunteers were screened, and the volunteers were pertinently recruited to have body fat rates (BMI of 23-30) and were divided into 11 groups of 6 persons each, and fat-reducing plastic creams prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 of the present invention were used respectively; in order to facilitate the test of fat-reducing effect, a waist with relatively more fat is selected as a tested part, and the value of the change is also conveniently measured.
The using method comprises the following steps: taking 5-8 g of test sample to be smeared on a tested part (the tested part is the waist) once in the morning and evening, and massaging for 5-10min; the test period is two months; three-point positioning determines the test site, reduces errors, and increases the elasticity test of the test site, the instrument being measured (instrument name: cutometer dual MPA, probe specification: a=0-200 b=720-780).
2. The waist circumference variation and waist elasticity variation results of the subject are shown in fig. 1 and 2.
As can be seen from the data of FIG. 1, the waist size of the test person in example 1 is reduced by 4.42cm, the effect is most obvious, and the next is that in example 4, examples 5, 3 and 2, respectively, the effect of the raw material proportioning of example 1 is optimal. Comparative example 1 the waist size of the tester was reduced by 1.05cm, and the effect was also positive, but the effect was not obvious enough, compared with example 1, it was demonstrated that caffeine 50C was an indispensable raw material, and the active ingredient thereof was caffeine, which can promote internal circulation, metabolism, promote the discharge of excessive moisture in the body, detumescence and the like. The extract of the seed of the Chinese zodiac in comparative example 3 is removed, the formula does not show positive lipid-removing effect, and the raw materials can increase the content of the lipoavidin and reduce the secretion level of the lipocalin, so that the fat at the tested part is prevented from being aggregated into mature adipocytes from small liquid drops, and the small liquid drop fat is generally easier to degrade than the mature adipocytes, and glycerin and fatty acid are released. Thus, the material is directly acting on adipocytes. Comparative example 4 replaced caffeine 50C with laurocapram, which was mainly used as a permeation enhancer, had poor lipid-lowering effect, indicating that caffeine 50C was also not replaceable. The comparative example 5 has positive effect, but the effect is not obvious, the ACTIPORINE G is used for replacing the marine lipid-lowering factor in the skin conditioner, the lipid-lowering effect is greatly reduced, ACTIPORINE G acts on mitochondria, the effect of promoting the lipolysis and the collagen synthesis in fibroblasts is realized, but the lipid-lowering effect is not obvious in comparison. When the ratio of the marine lipid-lowering factor to the extract of the Chinese zodiac olibanum seed in the skin conditioner is changed in comparative example 6, the lipid-lowering effect is obviously weakened compared with that of example 1, which shows that the lipid-lowering effect can be more obvious only when the addition amount of the marine lipid-lowering factor and the extract of the Chinese zodiac olibanum seed is in the range of 1-6:0.1.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the waist elasticity of the test subject of example 1 was increased most, and the waist circumference decreasing trend was nearly regular for example 4 times. In contrast, in example 1, the waist elasticity of the test person is not as obvious as that of the test example, and it is explained that caffeine 50C and skin conditioner (marine fat-reducing factor and extract of Chinese zodiac olibanum seed) are synergistic and matched with each other in the test example, and the dosage is also a certain amount of the test person, so that the more obvious effect can be achieved.
In conclusion, the formula of the embodiment 1 has obvious fat-reducing effect, has high application value in the aspect of fat elimination of double chin according to the analysis of mechanism and experimental data, can provide a closed and pressure environment in the process of promoting the hydrolysis of triglyceride by being matched with a V-face hanging film, has the effects of promoting the penetration of functional components of a material body, improving fat-reducing effect and simultaneously has a plastic lifting effect, and is a combination with very good market prospect.

the phase B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 3 parts of emulsifying agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of auxiliary emulsifying agent, 0.5 to 3 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 1 to 4 parts of mineral oil, 1 to 7 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1 to 7 parts of isononyl isononanoate and 1 to 7 parts of butter fruit tree fruit fat;
the phase C comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane;
the phase D comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2 to 0.4 part of pH regulator, 2 to 6 parts of deionized water and 1.1 to 6.1 parts of skin conditioner;
the phase E comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.005-0.01 part of essence;
the skin conditioner consists of marine lipid-eliminating factors and a Chinese zodiac olibanum seed extract according to the weight ratio of 1-6:0.1;
The permeation enhancer in the phase A is caffeine; the emulsifier in the phase B is a Lubo GlucateTM SS emulsifier in the United states; the auxiliary emulsifier is French Sibirex MONTANOV 202,202 emulsifier; the pH regulator in the phase D is triethanolamine.

3. The fat-reducing and shaping cream according to claim 1, wherein in phase a, the preservative consists of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol in a weight ratio of 5-7: 5-8 parts.

6. A method for preparing the fat-reducing and shaping cream as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
S1: heating deionized water in the phase A, adding other components in the phase A, and homogenizing;
S2: mixing and heating all components of the phase B, and stirring until no particles exist;
s3: adding the B phase component obtained in the step S2 into the A phase component obtained in the step S1, and homogenizing to obtain a mixture 1;
S4: stirring and cooling the mixture 1 obtained in the step S3, adding a C-phase component, homogenizing and stirring to obtain a mixture 2;
s5: and (3) stirring and cooling the mixture 2 obtained in the step (S4), adding D, E phase components, stirring and discharging.
