To summarize: the four examples show that the nutritional powder obtained in example 1 is higher in nutritional value and obviously higher than the nutritional powders obtained in other examples, and the nutritional powder obtained in example 1 is easier to be absorbed by the elderly;
the use method and the dosage of the tea polyphenol compound nutrition powder obtained in the embodiment 1 are as follows: 30 g (divided into 3 times) per day, 10 g per time, 200 ml of warm boiled water is added, and the mixture is stirred and dissolved for drinking.

The composite nutrition powder for old people comprises a component A and a component B, and is characterized in that: the component A comprises 15-25% of hydrolyzed whey protein powder, 5-15% of egg white protein powder, 15-25% of casein, 15-20% of L-leucine, 5-10% of L-valine, 5-10% of L-isoleucine, 10-15% of maltodextrin, 0.5-1.5% of beta-cyclodextrin, 2-4% of beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate calcium, 0.02-0.04% of tea polyphenol powder, 1-3% of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.05-0.1% of xylo-oligosaccharide, 0.1-0.3% of galacto-oligosaccharide, 0.2-0.4% of polydextrose, 0.2-0.4% of xylitol, 0.1-0.3% of isomaltitol, 0.05-0.2% of L-arabinose, 0.2-0.4% of refined corn oil powder, 0.2-0.4% of sunflower oil powder, 0.2-0.4% of linseed oil powder, 0.2-0.4% of soybean oil powder, 0.1-0.3% of camellia oil seed oil, 0.1-0.3% of rice oil, 0.1-0.3% of medium chain triglyceride powder, 0.5-0.4% of medium chain fatty acid powder and 0.4% of long chain fatty acid powder;
the component B comprises 0.05-0.1% of selenium-rich yeast powder, 0.05-0.1% of chromium-rich yeast powder, 0.05-0.1% of zinc-rich yeast powder, 0.01-0.02% of ferrous gluconate, 0.02-0.05% of calcium gluconate, 0.01-0.02% of zinc gluconate, 0.01-0.02% of vitamin A, 10.01-0.02% of vitamin B, 20.01-0.02% of vitamin B, 0.1-0.2% of nicotinic acid, 0.1-0.2% of folic acid, 0.1-0.2% of glutamine, 0.1-0.2% of vitamin De0.1-0.2%, 60.1-0.2% of vitamin B, 120.1-0.2% of vitamin B, 1% of vitamin C, 0.1-0.2% of pantothenic acid, 0.1-0.2% of carotene and 0.2-0.3% of magnesium chloride.
2. The compound nutritional powder of tea polyphenols for old people as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the casein is beta-casein.
3. The compound nutritional powder of tea polyphenols for old people according to claim 1, wherein: the tea polyphenol powder is prepared by mixing flavanols, anthocyanin, flavonoid and flavonol.
4. A method for preparing the composite nutritional powder of the aged tea polyphenols according to any one of claims 1-3, which comprises the following preparation steps:
